I didn't have any service done to my vehicle, but the reason for my reviews is because I stopped there asking for an address and the guys at the counter were very helpful and professional. The place was clean and had a lot of customers getting their vehicle service. If I ever need maintenance done and I'm in the area I will stop here without a doubt. You can tell this place had a good vibe and atmosphere. Trust me, I know I thing about cars and service. Keep up the good work guys.

I've been coming here for years and just finding out about the Women's Wednesday.. you get 5$ off just for us ladies... That really made my day. Service is amazing... They were closing and took me right on in 4 minutes before closing... I really appreciated that... 5 stars every time

Went in for an oil change on my 2013 VW Touareg...bought the car used about 5 years ago and it did not leak oil. Took it to Don's for an oil change and check before purchasing the car and has leaked ever since. Took it to VW dealership where they could not find a leak when they changed the oil. But they did say VW are famous for burning oil. Ok, but it was leaking oil. Not burning it.Anyway, Pit stop was super nice when I explained my issue and when they changed my oil they found the cap that fits on the oil filter was CRACKED!! Gosh only knows how long it has been cracked, but it is now fixed and it has been 2+ weeks and my car has not leaked oil yet!!!! They will be taking care of my car from now on. Thank you!!!

The service here is always impeccable. My mechanic explained each part of the process every step of the way. He went so far as to ask if I would like him to clean out the old ketchup packet from my glove compartment while changing my air filter. The guy at the front desk is always professional, honest and hospitable. Pricing is reasonable and always explained up-front before the service begins. I've been there several times over the years for oil changes and more, and I've been please with every visit. It's nice to have a dependable and trustworthy place to bring your vehicle.

My family has been doing business with Ryan and his family for over 20 years. This is the only place I bring my vehicles to get worked on. They are honest with the diagnosis and the quote. Their prices are reasonable and the service is quick. The customer service here is tip notch. I recommend Pitt Stop to all my friends and anyone looking for a great mechanic shop. Great place to have various vehicle repairs performed large or small. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. The employees are knowledgeable, honest and helpful, and they don't try to sell you what you don't really need! Drew and his guys will take care of you!

Thank you to Drew and Ed at Pitt Stop for a wonderful experience. I came in from out of town to get a oil change for our truck. Ed changed our oil and filled up the windshield solution and check the air filter. I had the best experience here this week. I dealt primarily with Ryan, but I know that several of the guys there had a hand in repairing my vehicle and getting it back on the road. Great communication and affordable prices and provided me with excellent customer service. Truthfully, I don't of often think of businesses in Abbeville, but this experience and one other has me changing my ways. I highly recommend them.Service: Brakes

The wait was minimal and the oil change was quick. Not to mention the customer service. My mom loved Mr Ryan and would bring all of her vehicles, so naturally I started to bring mine. And Mr Andrew at the front desk very helpful and so nice.

Didn t catch the name of the man working there who changed my oil for me, but he was very kind, helpful, and thorough with his work! I ve been here multiple times and this place has always had just the best staff members and excellent service!!Considering how hard they work, especially in the hot heat of summer, and with all of the messy dirty work they do, I don t know how they are always so helpful and kind!! For oil changes specifically, this place is great. Fast, but can be on the pricey side for the exotics like amsoil, etc. I have had only one thing that you could really say that was not perfect in my visits there. That would be an oil substitution. I normally park my vehicle and let them out it into the bay for the oil change but this time I was in a hurry so I pulled it in and stayed in the truck. I normally use Amsoil. So while waiting and watching the technician change my oil I noticed a different container being used midway through the oil change. They had switched over to a mobile product, still full synthetic. The question I have is would the technician have told me this if I hadn't asked him about it. No harm, no foul. For mechanic work, I have had good luck with these guys. They have performed repairs on all of my current vehicles and have done a good job with what I would call reasonable charges and prices.

This shop is efficient and friendly. They did an excellent job changing the oil and rotating tires on my van. My wait was a truly pleasant experience as I visited with other customers and the manager. Will definitely return.
