Today is 2/4/23 - I just left Henderson of Abbeville after purchasing boat supplies for annual maintenance. Wish I would have purchased my new Tracker Heritage back in March 2018 from Jarrod Veazey and Henderson of Abbeville. I live in Lafayette, and have shopped here for parts and supplies the last two years. Always friendly, helpful, and has what I need. Great service and highly recommend !

Great group of people to deal with. My salesman, Josh Desormeaux, was there to help before, during, and after the sale. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was in order, from signing the paperwork to loading the tractor on the trailer. Had an issue with the tires that came on the tractor, too aggressive for what I needed, let Josh know and he said to bring the tractor back to swap the tires out. I did and in less then an hour I was back on the road with what I needed. Would definitely recommend Henderson Implement of Abbeville.

I don't know where to start with the problems I've had from this dealer. I bought a Z18 nitro from here early May 2018. The boat came with a 24 pitch prop and would take 10-15 seconds to get on plane. My salesman recommended I buy a jack plate. After several trips I found a bass forum where multiple people had the same problem and Nitro recognized the issue.Secondly, my trailer hitch completely came apart after my third hook up. The first day leaving the dealership even they couldn't get it hooked up. It took around 10 minutes. In addition, I had problems with the passenger console glove box not latching and a light/assembly completely disappear.Henderson in Abbeville service department told me initially it would be a week before they even looked at my boat although they did put a 22 pitch on order quickly. I insisted that the boat needed a 23 pitch tempest based on my research but it seems the sales and or service ignored this. I went pick up my boat and the salesmen said with three people the boat came right out of the water in 3 seconds but top speed was 52mph.Advertised top speed for the 2017 Z18 with a 150HP 4 stroke mercury is 60-63. My salesman told me I can have one or the other, either good speed or I can have low end get in plane torque. He said I can bring the prop to a prop shop and get cupped or pitched....??? Really? How do you not offer to ensure this is taken care without the customer paying money or wasting his time.He told me to go try the boat out and see how I like it. Now I live in Carencro and Abbeville is a good hours drive. So not only has my boat been in the shop for 2 weeks but I will have to bring it back for a second time which is costing me time and money.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Jonathan was great went out his way to get me my boat after hours and would have went in on his day off to do paperwork if I need to this is the 2nd time I buy from him 1 was a lawnmower and 2 was my boat he does a great job
