I must say, I was hesitant to go here as they were independent of all the other Discount Tires but I m sure glad my husband decided to call them. The group of young ladies in the office were unbelievably knowledgeable and so welcoming. I will definitely go back here next time I need tires even though I live in Houston. Also they were so quick with the service that I was shocked when they said they were done. Thank you all for making us feel so comfortable during our wait. With living in Texas, the sounds of the ladies cajun accent, I felt right at home. Thank you again and we ll see y all again!

Would give ZERO stars if possible!!! These people are just down right rude and incompetent!! I had an appointment on Wednesday for an alignment. Got a call from them on the Monday to verifyappt on Tuesday. I told the lady it was for Wednesdayand she corrected me, and insisted it was for Tuesday, and to be there early so they could get started. Arrived at 7:15 and was met at the door being told that they don't open till 7:30, I explained to the woman that I was called the day before to be there early. She told me that that was too bad you will just have to wait. Once open, I went in and wasn't asked what I was there for for 30 min. Told them that I was there for a alignment and then was told that my appointment was not till Wednesday and they were booked for the day. I told them to cancel and give me my keys, then they said that they would take care of it. While waiting for them to get it done, they were talking about putting nails in nearby parking lots to get more business. These people are crooks!!

Very rude and not very helpful at all. Was not happy with their service. The lady that helped me had a very bad attitude!! They charged me $25 to take my tire off and mount it back & a different shop charged me $13 to take it off, plug it (Like I requested) and mount it back!! Won t be back for sure.

Incompetent! We walked in for our appointment and they could not find us anywhere in their system. We bought brand new tires there plus we had another vehicle's tires serviced there as well all under the same account yet they couldn't find it. Once they found it they spelled my name wrong and couldn't figure out how to fix it at the time. They told us they weren't busy yet it took 2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. I gave them my number before I left and they assured they would call me when it was ready. That never happened! When I went to pick up my truck they couldn't find my account yet again. There were two people both on the same computer trying to find the account and add another contact phone number to the account. It was a mess!

Don t waist your time or money with these people. Went there for a simple tire patch just for them to call an hour later claiming they can t patch it because I have 6 or 7 holes in the side wall. Then followed with a suggestion that I buy one of their tires for $150. Initially I agreed but a few minutes later I called back to cancel the new tire. All 4 of my tires were no less than a month old. So I declined and went fill the tire for my own inspection. There were ZERO holes in the side wall. (Nor were there any holes in the tread). Even though I specifically told them the tire I needed inspected was on the backseat. Later that day I realized they never inspected the original flat tire to begin with. As it was still dirt dry and in the exact same position on my backseat when I retrieved my car (I know this because I wrapped the towel in a very specific way around the wheel to protect my seats) and on top of that, it had ZERO air in it. Which doesn t make sense because it held air just fine after I filled it. If they would ve filled it to check for leaks prior, then it would ve still held air by time I came to pick it up. I understand that mistakes happen but the fact that I almost waisted $150 over a miscommunication within the shop is unacceptable. That mistake would ve cost me 150 bucks for no reason. And I highly doubt they would ve been willing to refund me for selling me an unnecessary new tire. Not sure why they told me the tire had holes in the sidewalk if that wasn t the case. The only reason I can think of is either they got my contact info mixed up with someone else s or they tried to finesse me. Not sure and I don t care. Shame on me for expecting competence in a crack head town like Abbeville.

Great place to buy and have tires mounted or repaired. They also perform numerous vehicle repair. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

Receptionist were friendly to customers . But staff argue amongst each other Infront of customers very in professional. And I understand when family works together they clash but don't show it Infront of customers

We went get an alignment and they told up our truck pulled too much to the left now it pulls way too much to the right and I went with no lights on my dash now I have two. That was an absolute waste of time and money at this point I think the truck drove straighter without the alignment than after.

Best place to buy and service your tires in Vermilion Parish. They are very nice and take care of you! They let you know what you need and dont try and sell you more! Always a busy place and they take all comers in stride.

I went in because of a noise coming from my brakes. The service may have been fast, however the mechanics said I needed ball joints and that 1/2 my brakes were still there. Fast forward 3 months my son comes to change my ball joints and look at my brakes. Ball joints did not need changing, but my driver side tire was locked up and my rotor RUINED BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE ANY BRAKE PADS LEFT. WHEN I CALLED TO TALK TO THEM, THEIR RESPONSE WAS WELL I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT US TO DO! A simple brake job would have saved me hundreds. THATS WHAT I WENT IN FOR TO HAVE MY BRAKES CHECK AND WAS TOLD I WAS GOOD. 3 months later I m without a truck for a week while waiting on parts. They won t even own up to their mistake!!!!!

So maybe not the cheapest tires in the world but very friendly staff. The guys in the shop are ready to get you in and out fast. I brought them a rim with a blown out tire and they changed it before I could even pay for it. Great local business!

Outrageous cost of $20 dollars to patch a tire and it didn't even hold 48hrs..more expensive then everytire shop around to mount and balance was quoted $13 and $23 to remove remount and balance a tire that I had already ,,other tire shop La tire rite down the road does that for $10 and took Mr Tam Nugyen 10 min ...However Josh is the best alignment guy I've ever seen and met however y'all still high on alignments bc in Lafayette at several dealerships it's $80

had tires put on 1/29/18 then front end work done 2/2/18 on Monday 2/2 the right front tire started rubbing on something . they said they would look at it for me nice of them. 1 worker speaking under his breath or so he thought said " Take it to a mechanic". Great idea i will never return to discount tire. You can take $1400 from me for work but if i have a problem well not your problem? my free tire rotation will not be used thank you. desk staff very nice and mechanic very helpful but one bad apple ruins this place
