My dads truck unfortunately stopped working at a Loves Gas Station at around 3:30 - 4:00 am, After calling 3 different Road Side Assistance companies only to them not having availability since I wasnt an account holder, I called Cummings Towing and the guy who helped us was very nice and arrived at a timely manner. I appreciate him so much for helping my father out at such a last minute notice. I definitely recommend this company!

I would like to highly recommend Cummings Towing & Recovery. We were on our way home and still had 3.5 hours to go. My bushing fell off my car. The driver, Michael, went over and above to help us. Thank you so much! Your kindness was greatly appreciated.

After waiting for over an hour on triple A to get back to me, Cummings towing called me and let me know triple A had *just* gotten in touch with them. They immediately got the ball rolling and quickly got on the way out to my car. They were super helpful, kind, and made me feel like my car was in good hands. I didn t ride with my car, so they even sent photos showing me my car was safely home. Great service.

My husband with a fully loaded truck had a mechanical breakdown an hour away from home and eight hours from his delivery. After contacting 5 24hour recovery services and no one was able to help up, we lucked up with Billy at Cummings Towing & Recovery. Billy was at our location within 20mins. He was able to diagnose the truck, get my husband s truck started and followed him back to his shop. The next morning he worked diligently and efficiently in fixing the issue and getting my husband back on the road in time to make his delivery in Mississippi. The total price was VERY reasonable and I appreciate him for his dedication. I couldn t have picked a better place (besides home lol) to break down! Thank you Billy!

I was out of town for work and unfortunately hit one of the many potholes on 71 that somehow don t ever seem to get repaired. Michael came out right away and towed my car to a repair shop and was nice enough to drop me off at a local hotel since this happened at 10:00 pm and all the repair shops were closed. I would definitely give them a call if you need help.

AAA never came but Cummings Towing & Recovery showed up to assist us with a flat tire on the shoulder of I71, at 12:30 am! They had a couple other jobs going on, but knew we were unsafe and came to the rescue. I recommend their services.

I greatly appreciate the fact that he came and jumped us. Yes, I called several places to see the price of a jump start. My father had a Dr's appointment and he couldn't miss it. The man went as far as to lower his price to help out. He took a loss. He was the only one who asked what he could afford and met him at that price. Recommend him to anyone. On January 15th, 2024 My husband and I were leaving Belterra Casino in Florence, Indiana were walking across the parking lot to our 2022 Jeep Renegade, hoping to head home. Unfortunately, the car would not start, and as the temperature was under ten degrees, we retreated back to the casino. We called Triple A to have the car towed, and settled down to wait. five hours later, we were still waiting, and finally called a family member in northern Kentucky who drove the forty five minutes down to pick us up and take us home, leaving the Jeep in the Belterra parking lot. Ten minutes after we got home, our phone rang and Mr. Cummings was on the other end of the line. He wanted to tell us that a driver was on the way, and was very surprised that we were already home and that our car was still at Belterra. He indicated that he had just received the call from Triple A, and was very upset that we had waited so long, and that our car was still forty five minutes away in Belterra. After a brief discussion we hung up and I returned to the dilemma of "how to get my dead vehicle back home". a half hour later I called Mr. Cummings back and asked if he would like to help us get the Jeep back to northern Kentucky to the dealer for repairs. He immediately answered yes and the next morning, he picked up the Jeep and delivered it to the Chrysler dealer in Florence , Kentucky even before I knew he had picked it up. I have talked with him subsequent to the process and it is apparent he is a man of his word, and cares very much how his customers or proposed customers are treated. He completely diffused a stressful situation, where we were feeling let down by everyone, got our car back to Northern Kentucky and let us get back to work the next day. We would absolutely call Mr. Cummings back for help in a situation like this and be confident he would be there in a hurry to help us.Darrell Wright

This company was able to assist me in under 30 mins. I was renting a car from enterprise and got a flat on the highway. After enterprise tried finding a tow company 4 times, they ended with this company and they helped me quickly. I was stranded on the highway for almost 2 hours. The owner called and assured me that he would be sending help. The driver also called to ensure they had the correct location on the highway after enterprise entered the incorrect location. I travel from Cincinnati to Southern KY often for work, I will add this company to my phone list for future reference.Service: Tire change

They did an awesome job getting my car off the side of the highway and get to me very very fast!! Very friendly even gave me a ride to a gas station to be picked up from so i didn't have to wait on the side of the road! i Highly recommend them!!

My husband locked our keys in our car while we stopped to eat at Hometown pizza on our way on a trip. We called Cummings and they sent Michael out in minutes and got our car opened. Michael was professional, quick and polite and we really appreciated him getting this done for us so we could move on and enjoy our trip!

Great group of guys I needed a quick pull out some mud and within 45 minutes they were there mind you I was in a semi with trailer and they got it done in 30 minutes. Pricing was fair and highly recommended them.

I'm a owner operator truck driver and I found myself out of fuel 15 miles from the truckstop I called Cummings towing and I definitely made the right choice they were very perfessional there services were reasonably priced I know who I'll call if ever in need if in their area I recommend them highly!!

Truck wouldn't start while at a friend's house and needed to be home and needed the truck there it was late night and called Cummings towing and he even worked with me on price to get it home at 1 in the morning. Great service!!!

My experience with AAA has been a night mare left me on the side of the road for 8 hours telling me they were coming the owner of Cummins towing showed me proof they were dispatched at 730 or 745 they were great to me helped me find a garage very reasonable never go to Scott's garage in Warsaw horribly priced I was ecstatic over Cummins would definitely use them again and again over all there owner and employees are also 5 star

Hey People. I had the very best experience with Cummings Towing. I talked Bo, the owner about my car and he sent TJ out and they had my car all tied down. I knew watching him do that, that my car was safe. TJ was very polite and thanked me for the business. We had a tire go flat on I-71. John was there within 25 minutes of our call to AAA. He changed our tire with the compact spare that came with the car. Michael was a hero! He arrived much sooner than was estimated by AAA and was extremely professional and kind. He towed us to the nearest repair shop, which was closed, and even looked at what was dragging under our car. After showing us the problem, he offered to just pop the broken piece off for us so we could drive the car. He completely saved our weekend and saved us from having to leave the car at the repair shop. I would absolutely recommend Cummings if you need a tow! These guys went above and beyond what is normally expected. They even would have gotten us a motel room for the night had they known we were in the middle of our trip and miles from home and from our destination. They were very compassionate and kind in helping us recover personal items from my completely totaled car.
