I would recommend this place to anybody. These guys just saved my weekend. Broke down 100 miles from home on a day with nothing else open. Nobody had a clue, until I came here. This crew is the best in Winchester, maybe even Kentucky.

Called yesterday to confirm hours of operation. Was assured they would be open at 7am. Almost 8 am and nobody has opened the still locked door and surprise there is no answer when you call the number repeatedly. Very disappointing practice of business. It s not like getting new tires is important or anything .oh wait safety while driving IS important to some of us. Will not be recommending or trying again. If this is any indication of the service I ll receive should an issue arise, I ll pass. Way to drop the ball Walmart.

This Walmart tire center is pretty average, I left a 4-star review due to the lack of answering the phone (they are very severely understaffed), which leads to longer wait times or even repeat visits if they are too busy when walking in if you don't have an appointment. But overall, I've never had an issue with this tire center, aside from the understaffing issue. I would HIGHLY recommend making an appointment, if possible, rather than walking in.

They never answer the phone.I went there for my tire change, an issue came up with one of the tires, they worked with me, but had to get the management involved. The blonde lady that works there is rude and not friendly.

I had my oil changed at the Walmart car center and the gentleman were really rude first of all I paid for the service and I went outside and had a seat on this bench as I watched three of the men that worked there peeling around talking to each other eating a candy bar going to the pop machine one was on the phone there was one car in the bay I think there's two or three days I'm not sure but I sat there for a good 15 minutes while they put it around I don't know if they were on lunch or not but there should be some differentiation between and being on lunch break they need to be out of the bays and so you can differentiate if they're working or not. Then it took what seemed like forever an hour on a small Chevy car and then I had a big old leak in my gravel driveway the next morning and my oil stick would not retrieve a drop of oil and I should have gone back and got my money back but instead my friend tightened the filter and check the oil pan and we had to put three quarts back in it never again never again what I go back to there

When I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change all I asked the very rude older blonde lady was for someone to take a look at my tires and see what might be causing a shaking in the steering wheel. I had plans on purchasing 4 news ones (which since my visit I have only because Walmart carried the cheapest set for my car) When I went to pick up my car 4 hours later she tried to tell me nothing was in the notes on the paper and that they don t do that after just overhearing a technician speaking to man about his tires so I explained to her that my fianc� would be to pay for my oil change later. I went outside to ask the technicians if they had checked my tires and they told me my oil change was complete and that she had never even relayed the message

There was a 4 hour wait just to get a oil change... absolutely ridiculous!! I left and my husband changed the oil himself.

Went have a tire plugged. Short staffed registered my vehicle. Thry let others in before me. Complaoned about the situation, tech got smart, asked for the manager. Tried tp lie jad the manager pull last vehicle serviced number was 4 spots down from mine. Also the computer showed 4 cars was serviced before mine. Have me a 50.00 dollar gift card for the mistske, that's fine but wasted 4 hours of my day.

Absolutely the least customer focused Walmart in the planet. Showed up at 750, had to wait u til 8:10 before anyone decided to open the door in automotive.It then takes TWO HOURS to rotate tires and do oil change. They were short staffed, I get that. But I was the FIRST person. There was NO WORK in front of me.I could have done it faster myself with a jack in my driveway.

All the employees are helpful and polite. They always get you in and out quickly, I get all my oil changes done here and every time it's a totally painless process.

Terrible. The website says they open at 7. I was the only customer there . The tech got there at 720. Walked around until 740 when I ask him if he was going to fix my tire. He finally started fixing it. The older lady working was not friendly . All was done at 818. Not happy at all
