Was told by staff that it would be a few minutes. Waited in line for 1 hour. Couldn't wait any longer so I left without service.I'm not sure what the issue was, maybe they were short staffed.But there were 3 lanes open and not a car moved the entire time I was there .

I got a flat driving today, and I pulled into the parking lot beside here to change it. An employee named Nick noticed I was struggling to change my tire and came out and changed it for me and put air in my spare at no cost. These people are the nicest employees ever, and I always go here to get my oil changed but this is above and beyond! Nick if you re reading this, you re a lifesaver.

I picked the bay with the new guy and he pulled the oil fill tube out of my engine and sprayed it all over my motor stand my windshield. It was and is everywhere. Valvoline refunded my money and they are coming to my house Tuesday morning to clean my engine. So they are taking care of the problem with no problem. Just curious to see how they clean it and what they do with the oil water that is cleaned off.

Someone needs to come and train these kids how to properly change oil, wipers and not make a mess. So far they have sprayed liquids accross the shop, couldnt work the air hose to air up the tire, couldnt get new wipers on the car and had to refund my money for them. God I hope they actually put the oil in correctly. I may have to get another shop to look at my car to ensure it isnt messed up.. Valvoline, train your employees!!! Stay away from here. Go literally anywhere else. $91 dollars, I didnt get a refund, but I should have!

Waited for 45 minutes and watched 8 cars go ahead of me. They said it is how their system sets everyone up. My wife got oil change a week ago and they did not top off fluids. My sister in law got oil change a month ago before returning to Atlanta and they didn't tighten her oil plug. She was bone dry before reaching the Tennessee line.I would not recommend.

The service attendants did a great job. I like that they check all the fluids and the tires for correct inflation. The cost is a little high, but usually, they will find "coupons " to help make it more affordable. It appears that they have others double-checking each other, which is reassuring. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend taking your vehicles there.

Amazing. Only needed tire pressure checked in my tires as my car alerted me that one of my tires had low pressure. Got me in and out and was courteous and smiling the entire time

Fleet truck.Only needed tire rotation at this time.Got oil change at different location.They were not able to rotate tires.In the future I will visit this location.The BEST one I have be to around the state.Very nice ,and professional.

Wow! Got in line and was told to pull behind this van that was waiting for 30 minutes. Not good customer service!

Went in for some very overdue maintenance on a near- emergency basis. They were very gracious and got me right in despite it being the Friday of a holiday weekend. Cooper went through a very thorough checklist and gave me a very good price for all of it- the dealer's quote was more than double, they are not the cheapest but they're far from the most expensive- they offered but didn't push additional services it was all done in less than an hour. The staff was very professional and they worked very well as a team to get everything done extremely efficiently. We'll definitely be back in the future.

VIOC has always been my go to for a quick in and out oil change. I mostly try to do it myself to save a few bucks, but sometimes life gets crazy and its easier to stop in at Valvoline to have them take care of it. I don't mind spending a few extra bucks for the convenience. And the Winchester location especially is really great! All the guys in there know what they're doing and seem like they work really well together. They're not afraid to cut up with you either, really friendly and personable. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I love going here. Everyone was so kind and patient with me. I was in and out so quick and had a lot of discounts for the battery, which was just so unexpected and nice. Genuinely I can t even find the words to express how great of an experience I had today. Been going here long time but this time everything went fine until I turned down air filter replacement. The technician left and stayed gone around 20 minutes. I finally asked what was left to another technician. He said he would find out . When the guy came back working on my oil change came back the only thing left was the start up and check oil level . Had my oli changed there asked to change the air filter which I was told they they are hard to come by and get um Ok ? Aren't you all a oil change place & should carry them and when I asked to check the lights I found out I had a driver low beam light out and yup you guessed it they didn't have a head light either why are you all even in business ?

Was greeted nicely but almost immediately I was informed of other services but started with rear end service and declined, 2 days later my rear end started making noise and ended up being extremely low on fluid that I have checked regularly and has never been low. I feel like they sabotaged my truck! A couple years back had a similar incident with another truck that had no prior issues and had oil change and 2 days later had engine problems and was 4 quarts low on oil! 1st vist and im impressed. Sat in the car and was presented no pressure options, some i took, some i didnt. Ive worked at a car dealership as a service manager so i watched with a critical eye and can say i will be back.

I have visited this location 2 times and both times have been wonderful. The process is easy and comforting. You do not leave your vehicle and the crew never handles any personal items such as keys or credit cards. They have made a point to show safety, professionalism, and communication with clients. The crew members are very vocal while working on the cars and you have cameras allowing you to view what is happening. The manager is very thorough and even gives pointers on what NOT to do. I will continue to go back!

I have a fleet account and WEX bank that they use says its gonna cancel my account cause i havent used it in 5 months.so we had used it just a month ago and now cant get into the portal to pay the bill. So i called the customer help line and no help there so i told them send me a bill so i can pay and you can cancel my acct. Poor service, no fixes, told em to send bill and I will no longer use them. Think they done canceled it maybe cause im late on paying a bill that no one has sent me and i cant get into portal to pay. You wanna make it difficult for me to do business with you then Ill go elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Was driving from Indiana to Virginia when the oil change light came on. Stopped here, explained we were in a hurry. Joel and his team gave us great thorough service and we were back on the road within a half-hour. Very professional, very honest service. Highly recommend.

Really cool place, took less than 15 minutes for an oil change, even got to stay in the car, there was a cool camera that you could look at that showed if they were working under the vehicle, very friendly workers and very affordable. The window sticker even features a date when you should get the oil changed again. Very nice.
