In a hurry, had to get distributor cap and rotor for van, charged over 80 dollars.Auto Zone has SAME CAP AND ROTOR FOR 34.00.Rip off.

Kind of expensive parts but good quality. Other part stores in the city have other branded parts with around the same quality but cheaper prices. Not saying this place is bad, just costs more than other places; however generally speaking they do have more items in stock than any other auto parts store. I'd give a solid 4 out of 5.

Usually when a non car person walks into an automotive place, they receive condescending looks. Here, your basic or silly seeming questions are met with enthusiasm and helpfulness. Employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable

Napa is a very good place to get auto parts the people always take time to help you,and they have never turned me down when I need to borrow a tool,I even bring the tool home and use it and take it back, always kind at Napa

No 1/2" drive ratchets , back wall of tools nearly empty. Just close already if your response to everything is I can order online. Whats the point in having a storefront if you don't stock anything ?

This place is the best place in Winchester for all your car needs as for as I'm concerned, that let me change my plugs there plus gave me the tools to do it with and I didn't even buy the plugs from them,I give the place 5 stars and more if I could.

Same guys there every day on the counter that knows there cars and parts.Never had a bad experience with them.They don't care to go out of their way to find you parts.
