I had to change my review because of the days after owning the car. Branden was very friendly & was really trying to be as honest & as helpful as he could be, but I m not really sure about anything else. 2 days after owning the car, the gear shift cable snaps. I knew there was some issues with the car as it was bought As is (the valve gasket covers needed replacing), but the shifting being an issue was not brought to my attention (idk if they knew about this issue or not as it wasn t mentioned). I honestly think Branden was amazing & genuinely cared about helping me, but I m not sure the owner cares about the integrity of the vehicles he s reselling, the cars are quick, bandaid fixes & once you get home that bandaid has flown off. I m really disappointed though because I was super excited & so pleased at first.

Justin Trent lied about the kind of options that he had in stock and then worse, he refused to pay me back for my deposit after I got there and realized they didn t have the one he promised me. Tyler, in the office, is just as shady! I will be suing them as soon as Christmas is over!

DONT BUY FROM THEM THE PRICE THEY TELL YOU ISNT THE ACTUAL PRICE !!! IM REPORTING THEM YO THE BBB !!! SOLD A BAD VEHICLE WITHOUT HEAT !! And it's in Feb !!; Justin is a lie & so id DEAN !!

After having thorough communication about a particular vehicle, we drove 45 minutes to test drive. Upon arrival, the salesman showed us a much more expensive vehicle and we asked where the van was that we wanted. He told us the van had already been sold, though he told us it was there an hour before and he knew we were on our way. Just because we were approved to a higher amount, he felt it was acceptable to try to upsale us and ended up wasting our time and gas.

Paid 5k cash for an 09 Acadia said they would replace the bad axle. Haven t received my tags title or anything else. Temp tag is now expired and they wont return my phone calls or messages. The vehicle had a lot more problems than what I was told. Will definitely not be doing business with them again.

Worst experience buying a vehicle from these people ever!.. Do NOT RECCOMEND! They sold me a vehicle which I started not to buy but one of the guys there Guaranteed it was a good vehicle and that if anything happened to it he would take care of it for me at no cost. Well only having this vehicle no more than two weeks it breaks down on me and come to find out it needs a whole new transmission, I called them to let them know and they tell me they didn t care to have it towed to their place and figure out what s wrong with it but only at my EXPENCE! I even asked them to at least give me half of my money back and they wouldn t even do that! .
