This is my go to mechanic. I trust that Craig is going to take care of my vehicle and I can rely on his knowledge and know he will get the job done.Jamie is very personable and easy to speak with over the phone. Even though I have to pay for repairs, I know my money is going to a person that deserves it and is going to use it to take care of my issues.I had a wheel bearing and sway bar link issue and I thought it would take quite a while to get finished. It only took half a day and I spent half of what I would if I tried getting it repaired at a dealership.I appreciate Craig's auto repair. I'll be going here exclusively for quite a while.

Craig's has always been top notch. Used to take my Jeep here back in the 90's and early 2000's. Been out of town for awhile, but these guys know what they are doing.

They were recommended to me by numerous coworkers and I took my Fusion in after having work done at another shop. If ur looking for an honest mechanic that keeps u informed this is the place to take it.

Craig has helped me on several dofferent repairs now. Each time I was confident that he was honest in his assessment of the problem and his price was reasonable compared to other places. I now will bring my cars here for any issue. Craig also gave me some advice and assessment on an old truck I recently purchased. He's been in business for a long time and it's obvious why.

I just called and spoke to Jamie to ask if I could get my car in to have it looked at. She stated that unfortunately they wouldn't be able to look at my car and recommended I take it somewhere else. When I asked why they would not be able to look at my car when they can look at everyone else's she advised that unfortunately because of the urgency they would not be able to look at my car because they were booked up for two weeks. When I advised her there was no urgency she advised still that she would recommend I take it in somewhere else. Wow, I can't believe this kind of poor treatment especially when I have highly recommended this repair shop to sooooo many people. Oh well no more high recommendations from me. I'd rate it a zero if possible. If you want to be treated like a human being don't go here.

When I first moved to Winchester, I took my truck in for brakes cause they were really noisy, they ended up telling me the pads still had plenty of mileage left and didn't charge me anything. That honesty at the beginning, when they could've easily just changed my brakes and charged me and I wouldn't have known any better, made a life long customer out of me. I've been back several times since then and don't plan on going anywhere else.

I believe he is a good mechanic. However not so good with communication. Very expensive and definitely will rip you off on the price of parts. They told me on the phone around 450.00 and ended up being double.

Very friendly, honest, and happy with the repairs completed on my Suburban. A dealership was going to charge me just to tell me what was wrong. I will hopefully never have to go back, but if I have a repair I won't hesitate to use this company.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Craig's Auto Repair is an amazing organization that truly cares about their customers and getting the job done the right way the first time! My husband and I are truly blessed to have found such a great mechanic, we recently had our vehicle fixed there and it runs like a dream!! The customer service is phenomenal to say the least! Very satisfied with the service they provide!

I was having issues with my A/C but didn t know what was wrong so Craig came and looked everything over and told me exactly what was wrong and how long it would take to fix! I got to sit in the comfort of my car while they fixed the two A/C belts! The amount I paid was a lot lower than what I thought and the kindness they showed me was way more than I expected definitely will bring my Subaru outback here any time I have issues! Thanks again!

If you live in the Winchester Ky. area and need vehicle repaired this is where you need to go.They have the knowledge and experience to take care of most any vehicle problem you may have.

Craig and his wife were incredibly pleasant to work with. The issues with my car were resolved in a very reasonable amount of time and within short notice on my end. I did not feel nickle and dimed in any way at all! Craig and his team get an A+ in my book.

My wife and I were on vacation, hauling a 24ft travel trailer when my 2006 GMC blew a power steering line. We were 200 miles from home. We called Craig's Auto and they said they would look at it, so we limped the truck and 2 hours later they had it fixed. They were wonderful! Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Craig's auto.

For one, Craig's does good work. More than that, though, they're honest. A few years ago, I had some work done on a car. They gave me a total, I paid it. I know nothing of cars or mechanics so I certainly wasn't going to argue. A few days later, they called me to tell me they'd made a mistake and over charged me by almost $200. I was impressed they didn't notice and walk away with my money. Perhaps that's a low bar...but I have low standards.

Craigs Auto Repair is absolutely fabulous!!!They are the best!! We wouldn't take our car anywhere else. They are friendly and most of all fair and knowledgeable with any kind of repair. We know when we go there we will never get ripped off. That's so important!

I found Craig and his staff to be top notch. They spent several hours trying to diagnose a difficult problem and in the end only charged me an hour labor. After spending all of this time he was honest in explaining he did not have the specialty tools required to further diagnose and determine the issue. I will use Craig's again.

I have used him a few times in the past, takes 2 weeks to get a appointment then he wants to take 2-3 days to fix it, then when you say something about needing your vehicle, him and his wife Jaimie can be very rude, we left with our vehicle this last time without having him fix it, plus the work usually last a year before you start having the same issues

My sister was given a price of a service, $50, and then charged $83. Didn t receive any notification when the vehicle was ready, so had to call right before they closed and they assured us the vehicle would be able to be picked up even after close. When we arrived they had locked the keys in the car and we had to wait in the dark for over an hour for a locksmith making my sister late to her job and I missed the entirety of a work event I was supposed to attend waiting with her.She called to work out the issue with them the following morning and they offered no compensation simply that they would talk to the guy that locked the keys in the car. She had to push to get them to even cover the cost of the locksmith and they offered a credit instead of actual payment, but finally agreed to pay her for the locksmith. No apology of no notice, making her wait, late to work, the overcharge of agreed upon service, or locking the keys into the car.Disappointing and unprofessional service.

I've been using Craig's for 5 years now. Multiple issues from wiring shorts to overheating. He is honest, dependable, and fair. If he can't fix it, he tells you right away. Highly recommended!

Wonderful and professional atmosphere! Down to earth and very helpful and fair pricing. If they can't help they point you in the right direction. But always have been there to help over the years with all of my vehicles. The only place I will go!!

Craig's gotta be the most honest man in the business. Straight shooter on everything from pricing to what was being done, and extremely fair when the car dealership decided to take over repairs (And it is still not fixed. Wish I'd kept it here). If I can't fix it, I'm taking it to Craig.
