Took my 2013 Mercedes there for an alignment, my first trip to their shop. Very nice staff, clean comfortable waiting area and reasonable prices. I walked to a nearby coffee shop while I was waiting and they called twice to give me updates since another job was running a little behind, but they still got mine finished in a reasonable amount of time. Will go there again.

HRS Wilmore is fantastic!! They are trustworthy and dependable, and I love that I can count on them for reliable service at a reasonable rate. This week, we were quoted (at a different place) $2200 +labor to fix an oil leak. HRS took care of the oil leak, replaced my spark plugs, and replaced the air filter...all for under $700!! If you need any car service, I recommend you head directly to HRS!

I had brake work done. Easy and fast scheduling. Great communication from the shop as work progressed and completed on schedule.I will definitly return to the Wilmore shop for future repair and maintenance needs.

I d give zero if I could. Had a stripped drain plug was told I needed a whole oil pan I corrected him and told him no just the bolt needs replaced and because I m female he basically told me I had no knowledge of vehicles (I m a mechanic ) and that it needed the whole oil pan. So I took it to OIL CHANGERS in NICHOLASVILLE KY and they were GREAT gave me a free 10$ car wash AND A FREE DRAIN BOLT !!!! super nice guys will never use this place for ANYTHING not even advice cause clearly it ll be wrong anyway

Thomas, and the crew at HRS are awesome. I have not had a better experience anywhere. I was given all of the important information I needed to make decisions about my car, and treated with respect and kindness. I highly recommend giving Thomas at HRS a call if you need anything for your vehicle!

Had to replace my breaks here and when I went to get my car it wouldn't start, I'd had issues starting it for a few weeks so o asked them to check it out since I was there. They gave me an estimate and we're genuinely sorry it would cost so much. I got the phone call to pick up my car yesterday and they excitedly informed me it would cost less than half of what the estimate had been. Very thankful for the work they did. Will be coming here from now on.

Amazing! They got my daughter in, got her tire fixed and got her car ready for a 9 hour drive! Such a peace of mind knowing they are so close to her campus, so helpful and very reasonably priced!!

Excellent service. Really like the web-based reporting that tracks my car's history with your garage, a long with the reminders for recommended services. Really appreciated the office manager/scheduler/receptionist that handled communication. Told I was low on oil and needed an oil change. Completely false.Told I needed a new battery. Completely false.Told tires had dry rot!! The biggest lie.If there was less than 1 star review you would get it. My contact person Thomaswas very nice but someone at the shop was trying to scam me. Who I don t know, but I would never recommend your service. I belong to an Asbury parents group thru social media. I will alert that group to the complete scan your business is.

These folks aren't cheap, but they're extremely good. I have used them for all my auto repair on two separate cars I've owned. Getting a recommendation from me in Auto Care is tough, It takes perfect work Everytime for me to be happy. It's just my standard when repairs can be very expensive. HRS won't let you down. They don't take shortcuts! Do not EVER take your vehicle to HRS! They are total scammers. They do not actually replace parts or they use used parts and lie to you about them being new. They refuse to give you needed information about the parts and warranties because that would reveal what they hide. They totally miss clear issues and in my case put me in danger. They over charge. They lie and get combative. This isn't a one time experience with both locations. I had to get an attorney to deal with them. Had to have work re-done elsewhere. Their incompetence caused serious issues that cost me even more in repairs. We're up to $3000 to date all because of the shoddy scamming service of HRS. I've been in their area for years and their reputation is extremely poor. Wish I'd known this before I took my vehicle there. Hence my posted review fir others. Please do yourself a big favor and do not trust HRS. If everyone wrote their reviews, nobody would use them and they'd finally be out of business. And don't let any good reviews fool you. They write their reviews. And the ones who think they are good as I once did either have or will realize they aren't. HRS Automotive is always willing to work with you to do what s best for you and your vehicle. They are very friendly and always willing to help, even if it is to pick you up when your vehicle is ready. After a mediocre experience and increased repair I will not be taking any vehicles back to HRS. They did not communicate about difficulties and created an additional repair in the process. EDIT: The proper manner to repair a vehicle is to inform a customer if damage could be caused by heating a metal component. I was called after a critical part had been heated and the technician/mechanic suspected change of the part temper. I was left with little option but to replace the potentially damaged part. This auto repair shop over promises. Now I have replaced an portion of my vehicle which is typically a lifetime part.

This place is incredible! I am a student at Asbury Seminary about to travel back home to Fl from Wilmore. As I was getting ready to leave, my battery was dead! HRS had a battery within 30 mins and I was on the road within an hr. They also met me with care and good customer service. I would recommend them 100x over again!

Fixed the engine belt with no issues. Had oil changed as well, drove it a few miles and the Low Oil engine light came on.

From the get-go, my experience was very professional with home-town hospitality! They even came to my home to jump my vehicle at no charge.The staff very courteous of my unique needs and didn t pressure me with add-on services. Each person I encountered from receptionist to owner were very friendly. They put the customer first and treated me as they would like to be treated if they were in my shoes. After, I had my battery replaced, I returned for an oil change. I will continue to bring my car to them for all my maintenance needs!Services: Battery, Oil change

They have always done a good job. And they usually have coupons, which help on your price. If your are going to go on a trip they will give a trip inspection. Cost was $0. It will give you piece of mind to take your trip.

Long story..My daughter is a college student that lives 8 hours away from home. And she called me, very upset. She had gone to a gas station to put air in her tires. And.. as it turns out, the machine was malfunctioning. It was pumping.. but no air was coming out. So her previously low tire became flat.Now she was really upset.. So a worried daddy found HRS online and gave them a call. The gentleman on the phone said that they would take care of it.So, she may not have had a knight on a white horse show up. But rather, a gentleman in a black Mustang! He was there to save the day.Side note.. A friend of hers saw her and gave her a bicycle pump. And they started pumping. But that was going to take forever! Fortunately, help was soon going to be there.We will use HRS for future needs, since Dad can't necessarily be the fix-it guy all of the time.These guys were willing to help, when it was almost the end of the work day going into a holiday weekend! Not many people would do that in today's world!!I am truly thankful for the efforts of the crew at HRS Autocare!!

HRS is the closest thing that I have found to the perfect auto repair shop.Since I found them I have gotten new tires, had an engine replaced, and a bunch of different things in between as I got two under-maintained vehicles back into shape. Their work is excellent, timely, and thorough; I needed it to be after some problems had been neglected or missed by prior mechanics. (HRS inspections come with pictures!) Both of my vehicles are in phenomenally better shape now and none of the issues that the team at HRS have tacked have come back up after heavy use.The truth is my repairs did take quite a bit of time only because it took most of that time for parts to arrive. And once again the HRS team shines: Whether waiting for a new exhaust system because mine fell off or trying to figure out how the supplier lost an entire engine (???), they communicate very well. Zach gets the gold star, but I suspect any HRS location will will be staffed with a great team. Every time something came up or HRS received an update concerning my repair, I have been notified; everything that that they knew, they told me. This was especially appreciated when they had removed the old engine and their supplier admitted that the new one had disappeared. Even more-so when another 3rd party had oversold on the final part for the same repair and told HRS they weren't getting one. I hope my experience isn't common, but I know firsthand that the HRS team will go above and beyond to do what they can to make it right.For all this service, they still charge competitively. I've been to a couple of mechanics nearby and recently had some work done by AAA and even with the membership discount, it didn't beat HRS.All in all, it's a very pleasant experience working them; they have great people, a nice space, and do reliable work. I've had to move about 150 miles away recently; I don't think they are the only auto repair shop that I can trust in 150 miles, but I have my work cut out for me trying to find a closer one that meets the bar that HRS set. Extremely satisfied with HRS Autocare in Wilmore. Honest, Reliable, Knowledgeable, and excellent Customer Service. Zack goes above and beyond and Sandy at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful. Thankful to have found this reputable company right in my hometown. Will definitely use them for all our auto repair needs. Highly recommend.

I have visited HRS on two separate occasions and feel that I need to highlight this company for those of us in the area. Zach and Casey made me a priority on both occasions. They were professional and provided excellent customer service. Both of the automotive issues were immediately addressed--in the first instance, the issue was resolved the same day. I could tell immediately that they care about every single customer. We are fortunate to have HRS in Wilmore, KY and hope and pray their business thrives for many years to come.

I came in rolling in on a shredded spare tire at closing time. One of their guys stayed over to help me. Got everything fixed and back on the road in less then 30 minutes. The manager and guy that fixes everything were extremely nice. I really liked this place
