Waited about 4 or 5 years to write this review. We had our vehicle towed here for possible transmission issues. They looked at it and gave us a quote, which we were willing to pay. Got our car home a few days after they "fixed" it. A couple weeks later, another issue came up and we had to take it back. They "fixed" that issue and we took our car home. Then a different issue started up with it. We started to wonder if our car was just really messed up or something else was going on. We decided to take the car back to them and they "fixed" it again. After that and we realized that each time they "fixed" an issue our car would end up with another one. So we decided to take it somewhere else. Our car got fixed and didn't have any issues after that. I think these people at Grant County Auto were purposely sabotaging our vehicle to get more money out of us. I would not take my car back here.

Great service, good prices, and great communication. They won t say you need something unless you do. Highly recommend them for all your automotive maintenance!

Got an appointment right away. Only took a few days to get parts. Decent price quote. They exceeded my expectations and got my car done sooner than I thought. Nice waiting room. Friendly and professional. I will trust them.

Awesome customer service! While traveling south on 75 I started losing air pressure in a tire and this was the closest tire shop. Although my tire was ruined, they were willing to put my spare on for me! Got me in and out and back on the road in 10 minutes! Highly recommend these guys! Best part is, he didn t charge me a dime, said he was just happy to make someone s day better!

Excellent service. They are intelligent and thorough in what they do. I highly recommend this establishment. One thing--- your appointment has to be in advance. They are usually booked in advance a week at least. 10/10

If you need service done on (anything) with a motor...they are the place to go this side of the Mississippi River. Extremely professional & honest people. Great service Made an appointment, took my car in, fixed it. Cost $250. They only said it would be $200 when made the appointment.

Absolutely the best. Jared and Grant County Auto have taken great care of my vehicles (3) and tires for about ten years. Never a hard sell, never a ripoff. Cheapest and best oil change in town, too. Busy, as they deserve to be, so plan ahead for your appointment. SO worth it! I travel a half hour each way to come here.

Fast friendly service. Made a appointment, showed up a little early they got me right in, figured out what was wrong with the vehicle. We then scheduled a day for them to fix it. I left the vehicle there and the finished the repair several days before they said they was. I would take any of my vehicles there to get worked on.

Great service, great people and always willing to help. Very knowledgeable mechanics. If you are having and issue with your vehicle and it's something that can't diagnose they will be honest with you and refer you to another garage that can.Great place, highly recommend!!!!

Manager Jared is Lacking Customer Service! We took Trailer tire to have new mounted and picked up tire got to house and its wrong size and tread. Called today to advise asked to exchange or return even offer him to keep wheel just return . He advised it's considered a used tire. He offered no solution or Customer service . Surprise that after being long time Customer he wouldn't try make some solution..Service: Tires

Took my Sebring to this shop for what I thought was a leaking radiator hose. I even said that to the owner. Instead the pressure check indicated a faulty cap. Instead of ripping me off for a $200 repair they simply charged me $2 for a new cap. Finding an honest repair shop is almost as difficult as finding an honest attorney. I never go anyplace else. Honesty, quality and integrity are found here.

I moved to Grant County about four years ago and was looking for a good repair shop. I am happy to say I found one. Jarrod at Grant County Auto was great to deal with and did an excellent and fast repair on my 2008 Silverado 2500 HD. This is defiantly my new go to repair shop.

happy with the results. they explained the difference between a regular wheel, and the reverse mount wheels i had purchased (after another shop put huge scars in my brand new wheel). highly recommend them

They are very highly liked by me as far as the work they did on my vehicle, but there was a young man there that made a smart remark when I dropped off to be worked on that I didn't appreciate what he said, but as far as mechanics goes, there top notch

Give them a call only place in town that will work with you as far as mounting tires that you don't buy from them
