Bo went above and beyond! We were looking a tow but what we really needed was a part that was only a 10 mile drive! After chatting with Bo, he hooked us up with his buddy and within the hour we had our part and we were back on the road! We appreciate him helping us out! It s rough when your truck doesn t work, stuck with an 35 ft camper, 2 kids and a dog!!!! He gave up a tow job and still helped us out!! A real plus one experience.

Bo is absolutely amazing. My three year old daughter and myself were traveling from south to Cincinnati a couple weeks ago. 75 north in Jellico, TN and I hit about 5 potholes in a row. It was dark, extremely foggy, and rainy. My tire blew and I had to stop immediately, which left my daughter and I in an extremely danger spot on the highway. I was in tears for over two hours for fear of us getting hit by a semi. I called every number over and over that I could find on google. The spot where we were at did not have the best cell service, so I kept losing calls. I called the police, no one came. I finally found Bo s towing and called. He answered and I told him our location and how scared my daughter and I were. This incredible man left his house as quick as he could to come help us. Even called me back when my phone dropped the call. Called me when he was starting up the mountain. He loaded my car and got us to a safe location. He didn t have what he needed to change my tire but he took us to his friend that could. He is the absolute BEST!!! If you are looking for someone who cares, gets to you quickly, and extremely nice, this is your guy!!!

On our way back home from vacation and got our keys locked in. We gave him a call and for the bare minimum he came out at 7 AM on a Saturday to help us out and helped lighten the mood. Best wrecker service out there! Highly recommend!

During our family trip from Cincinnati to North Carolina, our car suddenly lost power on I-75 near Williamsburg, KY, forcing us to pull over onto the shoulder. Nothing worse than being broke down at 3am halfway through a trip.Luckily for us Bo answered our call and towed us to a local shop then gave us a lift to a hotel for the night. He also offered to take us back to the shop in the morning if necessary. He was very profesional and empathetic to our situation even though he has to get up at 3am. Thank you Bo for your kindness and tow truck!!! Very reasonable price too

We got a flat tire in the mountains on Tennessee, and these guys came and picked us up in 8 degrees. Not only did he do that, but he offered several different options as to how we will resolve our tire issue. Even offered to assist further if we did not find a solution on our own. My family and i were in the middle of moving from Georgia to Michigan. If not for their services, we'd of been stranded on the mountain in freezing cold weather as semi's flew past us. I cannot express enough how grateful we are and how much i highly reccomend this service.

We had car troubles on our way home from Tenessee on the weekend before Christmas. We were at the very start of our 10-hour drive home. I made the dumb mistake of filling my deisel tank with gas. I called 4 different places at 730AM on a Saturday, with multiple people not answering or sounding like I woke them up. I called Bo, and within 5 minutes, he was putting on his shoes, calling anyone who could help him siphon my tank and driving the 20 miles to my location. 2 hrs later after driving my truck back to his facility, siphoning the tank, and then towing me back to the nearest deisel station to fill up, we were back on the road and made it home without any issues. Everywhere else would have charged a fortune to get this done on Christmas weekend, and they would have taken their sweet time. Bo charged more than reasonable rates and got the job done far quicker than I could have ever expected. Thank you, Bo! You saved us!

Great service and great timing! I was stranded on the interstate with a flat tire and stripped lug nuts. He towed it for cheap and put my spare tire on. Highly recommend!

Fast and friendly service. We were on our way home from vacation, broke down 4 hours away from home on the highway. He got to us quick and took us and the car to O'Reilly, even offered to come back and help us out if we didn't get back on the road. Highly recommend. We broke down off the side of the highway and we contacted your company for help. For a Sunday there was not much or willing to come out to provide service for us. While driving through Williamsburg on our way to Gatlinburg our vehicle broke down on Sunday morning. Bo not only towed the vehicle, he recommended a repair shop, that was great, he also help us find a ride to the Knoxville Airport to get a rental car. I would highly recommend Bo s Towing. We had a tire blow out as we crossed over the Tennessee line heading to Dollywood. He answered early on a Saturday morning and was to us with help in about 25 minutes. My tire has security lug nuts so he even took us to the parts store and went in and helped us find the right one just in case the place putting on our new tire didn t have one. Highly recommended. Very professional! You won t find no better service.

If you re ever in need of emergency auto service please contact Bo. We were stuck on I75 with a blown tire. He arrived within an hour, replaced the tire and had us back on the road within 15-20 minutes. Great guy, called to make sure the van was driving ok which it was. I was up the creek without a paddle on I-75 in my broken down car. To make matters worse, it was dark, in the early morning hours, on a Sunday.Bo got to me quickly and helped me come up with a plan of action towing the car to the closest dealer then dropping me off at a nearby hotel.He is very familiar with his stretch of the highway - knows what is at each exit. If your car is ever Found Off Road Dead (did I say that?) - call Bo!He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, fair, a safe driver, and an interesting person to chat with.Thank you Bo for making an unfortunate event less distressing!

Battery died and so did our car at the top of the exit ramp. Bo got to us quickly and got us out of traffic. He suggested heading to an auto parts store (it was Sunday with no repair shops open) to see if the problem was the battery or the alternator. We chose Autozone and fortunately they had the correct battery. They also tested the alternator which ended up being ok. Bo stayed with us in case we needed to head to a hotel and wait for a service shop to open Monday. Very personable and courteous. We highly recommend him.Service: Car towing

My college student s car broke down and we are three hours away. I called and talked to Bo on a Saturday evening and he left right away to pick it up in the next town. Even made a good recommendation for a mechanic. He made the whole process much easier. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a tow!
