Scott and the Advance crew are Definitely ALWAYS courteous, more than helpful all the time, and they'll try to make sure you are getting the best and right products for whatever you need-even if it's just windshield wipers! Keep up the Positive Environment and Friendly Services guys & gals!

Had everything we needed. What they didn't have in stock they got in the next day. Tested my battery for free and it was bad. So we got that replaced. Knowledgeable employees answered all my questions.

Im a retired disabled veteran, i stopped here because i was having trouble with my motorcycle battery. Scott who works there did everything in his power to help me out, awesome human being. Thank you so much for all your help very happy with everything you did for me, God bless you my brother.

People are nice as can be don't forget to set up you gov/veteran/vip discounts that's straight up and probably the only place in mccreary that does discount vets and there local USP with discounts. Saves you tax for sure.

Excellent service and knowledge about parts and assembly. Very helpful staff that take the timr to explain the details to you and to make sure you understand what to expect. I highly revommend this store location. I would like to mention 2 employees that always go above and beyond the requirements of their job and are exceptionally helpful....Ashley & Scott

Prompt Service. I would say with a smile but he was wearing a mask. Boost hoses are confusing on my old 6.0 he brought out the 2 that it could be and was dead on!! Great Service!

This place has just about anything I need and if they don't then they can order what it is you are needing for your vehicle.And the workers are very nice and helpful

Was put on hold for over 15 minutes then hung up and called back 5 minutes later just to ask if I care to hold I said yes I mind for being on long hold before and the gal was very rude so we told her forget and called Parts City and got our part ordered...
