Stop to get a plug for a cord , should have been an easy in and out considering it was 20 minutes before they closed. Couldn't find the plug i needed, wanted to ask if they had one. I seen the salesman once and he seen me then he was gone. Went back to the front counter and stood there until the girls got done talking to each other. Finally one of them asked me if they can help me said need this plug and out of nowhere the salesman popped up and said out, should have back in next week moral of the story if you're in a hurry go somewhere else

Great employees and generally have a fair selection for the store size, but they charge wayyyyy too high of a markup for their products. I know that big retailers like Lowe's get better deals on their merchandise, but Frazier's charges anywhere from 250%-350% more than large retailers for basically everything they sell. You'll never convince me that they aren't making huge profit margins due to the fact that there isn't a competing business in the area (the next closest hardware store is about 25 miles away)

Awesome group of folks and locally owned. Typically have what you need and if they don t they apologize. Great small engine shop but get behind on their work due to being good at repairs.

Usually have what I need. Great friendly staff. The lumberyard guys helped me load in the rain the other day. Quality hometown hardware plus! Still dealer, small engine repair, appliances, paint, plumbing, electrical, farm animal and pet care. So much more!

Good place to shop. Some items are high priced. Great place to get garden seeds. Repair Dept has always been there when we needed something repaired. Reasonably price. Staff very friendly.

This store provides many products beyond farming needs. It is a hardware store for non-local customers. I was looking for Wet It and Forget It cleaner.. for a tombstone to clean mold like growth....they had this product available! It saved me a second trip...from Cincy to take care of my dad's headstone. Thank you. Be Blessed for the service you provide.

They have stuff no one else has. Wish prices were lower on fishing supplies. And that they had more flowers. But all in all not bad at all.

Nice place and the front desk is very friendly and helpful, but I have had several problems getting assistance and information about lumbing and electric. They are one of only a few "hardware" stores in the county, and thier prices are way too high.

Bought a weed eater with the wrong string feeder and didn't know it for couple months went back and couldn't be more satisfied totally took care of it and helped all the service department could will always return sooo happy
