Told me a different price for a part over the phone, 30 minutes later I go to get it and it was$30 more than what they said on the phone. The man claimed shift change when I told him I didn't know the man's name I spoke with.

I stopped by today for new wiper blades. Colin was very helpful. In less than ten minutes my wiper blades were purchased and installed. Great customer service!

Stopped in and workers were excellent! They helped me with my car that wouldn't start. Checked my battery and installed new one!!! Definitely have my business from now on!!

I've not had any problems with using my Fetch Rewards at the location in wise But for some reason I always have a problem with using it in Whitesburg I just don't understand.

If you buy a tool's from them and have your Receipt and never been open they still won't take them back not a good place to buy any thing

Great service, they took the initiative to test and install a battery for me a good distance from store in Walmart parking lot in freezing temperatures. Thanks for what they do.

I live 30 min away and they always seem to give you the wrong parts and after you drive 30 min again to exchange it (2hr of drive time) they don t even want to give you a discount to make up for the gas you wasted
