They sold us a lemon. They fixed it up just enough to let it break on us. We were told the transmission was rebuilt but the place that did it lied just so they could sell it for more, even broke of some bolts. They are a joke and scam artists i would never buy another vehicle from them and i suggest you don t either.

This is the only used Car lot to be trusted all the other lot as like M and L jack up prices and take advantage of people too much Bickels is fair and easy to work with

It's not easy to find a used car dealership that combines great quality cars, honesty, and fair pricing. This dealership does it amazingly. After a very long search at local dealers and online, I came across the Bickel Brothers website. Among their listings, they had exactly the car I was looking for. I called and left a message, and within 30 minutes, I received a call from Michael. He described the vehicle to me in detail, and the pictures on the site were very detailed in showing the vehicle's condition. Even though I am not local to them, I decided to make the purchase. The dealership worked with me from start to finish to make the whole transaction smooth and easy. I contracted a shipping company to transport the car from Kentucky to Massachusetts. When it arrived, it was exactly as Michael had described it. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and with the service I received from the dealership. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle, this will definitely be the first place I check. You won't find a better place to buy a car.

I had been hunting for a specific Jeep Wrangler, with specific options for weeks. I found one at Bickel Brothers that had everything I wanted. The negotiations were straight to the point, and friendly. We came together on a price, and I was out the door and on the road in no time driving my new Jeep. The owners are professional, personal, and experienced. They even give you a 90 day warranty with your purchase. I highly recommend Bickel Brothers for your used auto purchasing experience.

I bought a car off these guys (they are brothers) by the way. They sold me a car with a lien on it and I did not know until I went to go get it registered a woman from West Virginia still owed money on the car no way possible for me to get ahold of her plus this Auto Sales place absolutely would not help me after they sold me the car. Also 3 days after I bought the car the car was running hot had to go pour money into the car. The engine warranty on a car did not cover it getting hot. Not knowing there was a lien on it just watch out for these guys they are hustlers I wouldn't do business with them they don't do good business they definitely hustled a young couple for $4,500 cash they are rude and would not help us after the fact.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Bickel Bros Auto over the years and both times it was a perfect transaction. Easy quick and very friendly with a great deal both times on a very clean used car. Excellent guys to work with and I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a solid used car/truck.

Best place in town to find a car. Good down to earth people. People who take honor in insuring that you walk away with a dependable clean and reliable car. As long as you are honest, they will go the distance, and get you an affordable monthly financed payment. I've gotten two vehicles financed here. I bought my first for myself, and second one for my son in college, and for the price of one new car most people will pay for on the month, I pay for two cars at the price of that one. They take honor in the cars they sell, and you can tell it the moment you arrive. People's bad reviews given here are a result of their own deceptive attitude. Not only do you get a good affordable clean like new car, you get good honest fun people you love to do business with at the end of the day.

I bought a cute little Mazda for my daughter and the Bickel Bros were so awesome! I seriously hate buying cars and haggling and dealing with it all, but these guys were honest, super helpful, and they gave me a 3 month/4500 mile warranty with it. And when I had some issues with the car a month later they jumped in and went above and beyond to help me when they really didn't have to. I appreciate them and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Bickel Bros!!

Driven by this place over 100 times over the past 15 years. I'm in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and they had (3) of the them on site, so I figured I stop by. While looking at the Wrangler I was specifically interested in, I asked if I could take it for a test drive. Which the man on site said, hold on, I need some information from you first. I understood this, as most dealers get a copy of your license and take down your info to call you after you leave in case the sale is not made that day. I spent 10 minutes with the sales rep inside and for the most part felt like he was scrutinizing me on how I was going to pay for the vehicle. Which would have been for in paid for in full with my TRADE + CASH if I liked the vehicle. So after 15 minutes inside, he would NOT let me test drive the Jeep unless another sales rep drove up from down the road to review my trade. In all I spent 30 minutes here, and if they allowed the test drive, I probably would have purchased the Jeep this week. But since the rep specifically said "Look I'm not trying to be a D!CK, but I just can't let everyone take a test drive". So I do not recommend using Bickel Bros if you like to take the vehicles you are interested in on Test Drives. Now if you want to waste 30 minutes and go through some of the "financing" part of the purchasing a car without even Test Driving a vehicle, then Bickel Bros is the right place for you.As for me, I will gladly drive to anywhere in Louisville, or drive all the way to Elizabethtown or Lexington to work with those dealers than to waste my time with this small dealer.Jared

Nice people easy to deal with. Very fair price on my 2007 Cadillac Escalade. After test drive and look over they fixed everything I asked them to. 3 month warranty no extra on my used vehicle. Based in this one experience I would recommend them.

I have bought a few vehicles from Bickel Bros auto sales over the years and they all was reliable, I've also sent multiple people to them in which the lot helped the people get financed and they all had good experiences. Listen folks things happen and if you expect to get a brand new vehicle with an unlimited warranty then you should buy a new vehicle, but if you need help due to bad or low credit or are in need of second chance financing or want to buy a nice used vehicle then this is deff a good lot for you.

Bickel Brothers is an awesome place to buy a car. My sister bought a car from here a year ago and I was settled I was coming to bickel brothers for my next car they had what I wanted and they are very honest and upfront about their cars. They give you the best deals they can. Awesome place!!

These guys did an amazing job, From beginning to end. Michael went with us all the way to the BMV to transfer the plates. The vehicle was everything he said it was. He was easy to work with and even offered to meet us after hours. I would definitely visit him again , and recommend these guys to others.

These guys just buy these cars cheap at auctions and make them cosmetically appealing so that people will buy it. The car I bought they only paid like 3000 at auction (left the receipt in the owners manual) and I paid almost 3x that and realized I got duped after repeated repairs of different things also make sure to check out the fenders really good they used some touch up paint to cover up a bunch of rust on mine, lastly the car also had a broken anti-sway bar. I'm glad early in my life I got duped because now I know what to look for when buying used cars

Bought a toyota camry from Mike. I really liked Mike's attitude and professionalism. He worked with me on the price. The car has what was advertised and is in great condition. I would recommend seeing Mike and coming to Bickel brother's auto.

This place deserves zero stars. They sold me a truck and did not disclose everything that was wrong with it. The truck is basically junk, and the frame is rusted out. The brakes were rigged making it completely unsafe to drive. I have a daughter and do not want her riding in the death trap they sold me. Very unprofessional, my boyfriend called to see if they would do anything to rectify the situation or help and of course they would not. Just another crooked car dealership. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. by all means, they should go out of business.

I purchased a vehicle back in June and within 3 months of owning the car here's a list of the parts that needed to be replaced.Transmission2 valve control solenoidsLower control armsUpper control armTire rod endsAxlesWindow regulatorValve cover gasketSpark plugsAll three motor mounts were literally none existent they were so dry rotted.So essentially I paid 10k for a 2k car. Pretty gnarly.

Bought a car here and worst mistake I ever made in life !!!!! Had it less then a week and in the shop costing almost a total of 700 dollars.After the repaires were made the car needs so much more. Dishonest sales rep and I would buy from someone who is honest.-

Great communication but the car I bought did have some problems with starting just after a week of having it . I would highly recommend test driving multiple times and really inspecting their cars. Hope this helps.

I bought my truck from them and whoever put brakes on the truck, they put them on wrong. The brake line was rusted out and had to replace the line with in the 3 days i got this truck from them and then after that, it has done nothing but go down hill from there with everything with the truck i got off their lot. They said they looked and fixed things that was wrong with the truck before they put it on the lot, but they should have looked twice. if i had the choice of putting no stars i would.

These guys are completely dishonest, Sold my wife a truck that had multiple problems that weren't disclosed over 3K in repairs. Also sold her a bogus warranty that NO ONE WILL ACCEPT... Save your money or go ANYWHERE ELSE
