I ve had nothing but headaches dealing with this business ! Countless times. The most disorganized place ever. Just call ! If they answer the phone! Miracle if you get what you paid for a the time you invest to receive the wrong part period ..

I'm consistently impressed with the level of service at this establishment. The sales team, both men and women, go above and beyond. Their facility is always immaculate, and the warranty is a great perk. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly knowledgeable. I'll be a regular here

Really helpful people. Went to pick up a back window for my bf's car at Grassy. When I got there, a chick at the window did the necessary paperwork, then had me pull to the side door. She came out carryin' it herself! I was wowed! Lol. You go girl! Ya'll...get whatcha need at Grassy!

Ordered a wiper motor and transmission. First one didnt bolt right though their system showed only 1 type available for my year model. They quickly switched the part for me with the correct unit and it works fine. Price was great and service was impeccable. Great place for parts. I will definitely be doing more business here!

I needed a very hard to find rear differential. They had one. I drove 8 1/2 to pick it up. The price was very cheap. The differential worked perfect in a 4wd.. Thank you so much for such professional service. Tom from Tennessee.

My mom Melissa Smith paid them $83 for a rack and pinion and they told her multiple times they would refund her money. A month later she has no part and no money back. They are not trust worthy!

I paid 1001.00 for a 2008 Mercury Mariner engine with unknown miles. Was quoted a 200.00 core charge on a recorded line. They took the 1001.00 out of my account and redeposited 100.00 for the core instead of quoted 200.00. Then told me it was in Lexington and it had to be shipped to west liberty the next day. I received a phone call shortly after money was taken out of my account saying it was there. No way it got from Lexington to west liberty in 1 hour. But you better believe they charge me 51.00 for it...damn crooks. I' pay double next time before I will ever dial that number again.

Parts come with a warranty yeah right. Had a customer buy a 3yr warranty we thought it was through grassy but NOOO they had a 3rd party warranty. Oh ya know they just love replacing engines so after they denied claim guess what grassy said after doing ALL our business with them for 6yrs. We're sorry nothing we can do. WOW thanks! Will never use them again and HIGHLY recommend you get out before a warranty issue gets you.

Very rude delivery driver. One of our workers offered to back the truck up as they do for everyone and she threatened to take the part and leave if he asked anymore questions . A no would have sufficed.

Good luck if you ever need to file a warranty claim. When I called to dispute the guy on the phone told me that the part in question wasn't covered by their warranty and his actual quote was "I am sorry that we gave you a free part." Terrible way to run a business and they will never see another dime from me. If I can do anything in the future to keep others from spending money there, I will.

My name is Greg Field from hartford CT. I am 61 years old and disabled, on very low disability income, $1267 a month. Kristin Allen is the VP of this business who cares more about her profits than she does about her responsibility to her customers. This is a disreputable auto parts company which does not stand behind the quality of its parts. I have sued them in small claims court and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Prior to purchasing an ECM computer for my year 2000 geo metro 3 cylinder engine, which I had installed in a 1997 Geo necessitating that I get the matching ECM, I spoke with a sales rep at Grassy Auto Parts to be sure of what I was buying. I was very clear about the application for which I needed it. I have worked on Geo Metros for over 10 years, rebuilt and changed engines, and have quite a bit of expertise with these cars. I then purchased the ECM unit for appx $75 with shipping. I installed it and the car ran, but with the check engine light lit, and I couldn't figure out the problem because I assumed the ECM was good. When my mechanic tested it he found that it was the ECM which was defective, specifically it signaled the check engine light to indicate a problem, when there was in fact no problem. It is a defect in the circuit of the ECM. The mechanic had state of the art test equipment and there is no doubt that this computer will not function correctly in any car. It may have been an honest mistake on the part of Grassy Auto Parts, but rather than take responsibility for it they are trying to blame me. I have the written test printout as well as the repair invoice. As a result, I had to pay the mechanic for another ECM as well as the labor for diagnosis and installation, appx $350.00. When confronted with the issue legally, Vice President Allen lied in writing about the circumstances, claiming that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong part. She failed to differentiate between the Car's year, and the year of the engine, using the car's model year as an excuse. It is the engine year which dictates the type of ECM as well as any and all other drive train, mechanical, and electronic parts. In her response to my complaint against them she also lied in stating that they had offered a refund. She further claimed that she did not receive my 2 emails describing the problem and requesting a refund, though I can prove otherwise based on server records. If she didn't get my email then how can she say they offered me a refund? I doubt very much that vice president Kristin Allen knows much if anything about the mechanics of a Geo Metro or has any standing to make the statements she made, and she certainly was not a party to any conversations or transactions. Lastly, when she received my written complaint, she made no good faith effort to contact me to discuss a resolution. That speaks volumes. Any reputable business puts the satisfaction of its customers first and foremost. That means sincere and good faith conversations regarding quality issues. They made no attempt whatsoever. Making matters worse, they are trying to cheat a disabled person out of his very limited income. I am seeking a court judgment ordering full restitution for purchase/shipping, plus reimbursement for the labor required to remedy this. I have attached hereto all documented proof of the facts stated herein, including a document wherein VP Kristin Allen lies to the court about the facts and circumstances. She may very well find herself charged with perjury if she persists.

Its hard to give a accurate review during a pandemic but as of now they're slow , I called 3 days straight and couldn't get through on the phone so I took a chance and went there and have to wait another day on the part , they wouldn't take the time to remove 1 10mm bolt so I've got to make another trip back ..again a lot of this is due to the pandemic

I've tried calling more than 10 times in 1 day just to try and see if they have an alternator for my suburban and still get no answer at this point it's actually pointless to be open if ur not gonna answer a phone to sale parts
