I'm so happy with experience today.! Had a flat tire, in the rain, after work. Pulled in, they were able to fix it quickly & get me back on my way. Anthony was professional & friendly. Highly recommend

Store was busy, searching for tires. Told them I would come back. Told me just wait a few minutes they answered all my questions and I purchased a set of tires. Bob and Anthony did a great job at store. Sure was busy. I get both of my Car Service there each all change appreciate the customer service and a good quality product. Rick Hampton

Awesome guys there! Walked in 7 mins before closing with a screw in my tire and they were probably not so thrilled to see me so close to closing time but happily took care of my tire. Very thankful for such awesome and generous customer service.

Originally took my car up there because of a flat driver front tire and I couldn t find the hole. Well they couldn t find the hole either but they recommended new tires because the tread on the front were around 2/32 so I said go ahead and replace the front. They replaced the front and moved them to the rear and brought the rear to the front. Later that night, driver front tire is losing air again but supposedly this is the rear tire. Took it up there a couple days later, they couldn t find the leak but replaced the valve stem and thought it possibly due to the cold temperature. Next day, it s flat again. Take it up there for the third time a couple days later, this time they tell me they can t even check for the leak because the tire tread is too low and the only option is new tires. First of all, the tread was right around 4/32 so yes they are somewhat low but not completely worn down. Second, why did they check it the second day then and not find a leak? I did not get two new tires. I took it some place else and they found the hole and patched it within 15 minutes. Don t ever recommend taking your vehicle here. Based off of how they treated me, just trying to get people to buy new tires without wanting to actually fix the issue. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ve been having a slow leak in my tire and finally had the time to get it looked at. I called Tire Discounters in Mount Washington around 11am. They said they could look at it and have it fixed by end of business at 4 pm. I brought it in, dropped it off, and around 12:30 pm, they called and said it was ready! I was shocked knowing they had many people waiting and standing in line. They were very friendly and provided great service! Thank you, Terry & Team!

Noticed a screw in my tire. Brought my car in for a quick fix and we were in and out in 20 minutes! Very friendly customer service and the letter board out front is always funny to read! Will be a returning customer!

I picked up a nail in my tire and took it to Tire Discounters an hour before closing on a Friday. I was afraid I would have to cancel my weekend plans, but nope! The guys there were busy but were able to plug my tire and get me back on the road in no time. They did a great job and great customer service!

Terrible service, rude employees. Paid $1300 for new tires, had a flat the next day because they put the valve in wrong then had a bad sensor that they wanted to charge another $95 (that light wasn t on when I dropped it off). Took 4 visits & HOURS in the waiting room for a terrible job!

Called with a screw in my tire. They said bring it on in. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Got me fixed right up. I highly recommend these guys. They are quick , clean , and very courteous. We will defiantly be back to use them again in the future!!

Went to buy 4 economical price tires 215-60-16..I was told they had a 40,000 mile lower price tire that would fit my car. He never said the price of the tires but just added up all of the cost and said it would be $597.20. I said it seem high for a economical price tire and would pass. He then said he could give me a deal and sale them for $520 on the road. I still thought it was overpriced but since I was there and had time I would pay the higher price. He said the cost would be $542.20 and printed out a cost sheet for me to sign. The price had went up $22 - labor was $142 and a $59.95 road hazard I told him I didnt want or ask for the road hazard. He said he would take it off and redo the numbers . When he did a new total amazingly it was $542.20 again. I said no thank you and left

I have a warranty on my tires and the place i have that with always takes forever (days), even just to check a flat. Stopped in here- Manager was patient and nice! Service was timely and excellent!

I had a screw in my tire which needed to be patched. The staff was able to get my vehicle in and the tire repaired rather quickly. The store was clean and the waiting area was comfortable. Thanks for a positive experience!

I LOVE this place. I'm officially switching from being a Valvoline customer for years. Terry is amazing. Customer service from him and Tyler is top notch. The place is nice (coloring area for the kids) the service is quick and the prices are good (they have couponstoo.)

First and Last...Unfortunately I had to have another visit at the Chrysler dealer because whoever did our shocks here did not tighten the bolts. Customer beware!

Let me start by saying I was pressed for time today. I needed a quick tire patch and after the other 3 places I called said they needed to keep my car all day .I got a hold of Tyler at TD. He rotated me in promptly and the guys in the shop jumped on it and got me outta there. Great work and great service. THAT is how you retain customers. I ll be back when I need new tires.

Ok where do I start? They were very friendly fast efficient and if I could give them more than five stars I would ! Service was FREE for a nail on my front tire less than 30 mins I mean you can t beat good service and free!

Like to leave an update, 3 weeks ago i went for a balance and rotate to maintain the tires and the new team led by Tyler did a fine job. Terry the first guy i dealt with on the floor was good to go. Fresh coffee and water was nice also.I bought a set of tires for a truck. After driving on them I went in for the balance and rotate maintenance. Bryce the GM of this location takes my appointment, he was also who sold me the tires. I get there when the place opens and he looks at my placard on the inner door and proceeds to tell me he can't do the job because his lift has had a near miss injury due to the lift being unable to handle the 13k pounds he misread on the gvwr. After I explained to him that was not the curb weight (y, ipp pounds) he told me there was an injury and their lift wouldn't do the job. He told me the J-town location could take care of it. Which their staff was great and told me they each have the exact equipment and this isn't the first time he's sent customers on a run to their location. That was one thing he was correct about. Chris and the GM Adam made quick work of it. Now we all know staffing issues but now Bryce attempted to make another appointment with myself without having the alignment guy because he'd quit. Why would I take my time to take my truck in without the option of an alignment. I can see why someone would quit with that lack of leadership at the branch. I know Bryce and have dealt with him on several occasions and he never deflected my business when I was buying a new set of tires but when it comes time service those tires he'll deflect that work quickly and that's ridiculous. It's a shame to have the convenience of location be negated by the capable staff but treat customers that way.

Went here the day before thanksgiving with a nail in our tire. They got us in and fixed the tire and said "no charge...happy holidays"...they were super busy and we cannot thank them enough. We will be going back for sure!

Mike fit me in right before closing time and quickly took care of my bum tire. His professionalism and quick wit made it a fantastic experience.
