Customer service is seriously lacking.Brought my vehicle to them for repair, when I was given my quote they automatically added an oil change and air filter replacement without even attempting to ask if that was something I wanted resulting in a significant price increase. I had to request to not have this added expense.When the repairs were done I was provided a final price which was significantly higher than what was quoted and not provided an explanation until I asked why the difference. I was told it was due to the fact they broke another part during the repair and the cost to replace that part was added to my bill.Not how you should treat your customers, I won't return nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Absolutely honest, friendly and affordable. Such a rare find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic that you can count on. If your in the area I cannot highly recommend enough. My Tahoe was down for over a year and they got her back right and road worthy within a week. Steve is a joy to talk shop with over the phone and in person. Took care of me like family. Absolutely send your personal vehicles and feel confident sending your closest friends and family. I have found the shop that I will revisit for years to come.

Outstanding service! These guys are top notch at taking care of 4-wheelers. My 15 year old Honda Rubicon runs like a new machine because of them. On top of that, they pick up and deliver. Not only 'No Boundaries' but 'No Hassles' as well.

I originally came into the shop to get a tire alignment and an inspection of an odd noise in one of my front tires. The wonderful mechanic, Stephen, contacted me before further proceeding with the alignment because he had discovered that to make the odd noise go away I would need some work done to the actual body of the car and probably some new tires. He didn t cheap me out of anything or not share any important information. This company is wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone needing some car help!

For friendly, honest, and great service I highly recommend getting you a mower or vehicle needs done here, down to earth and upfront.. I was in and out (minus the chit chat) in about 30 minutes with a new dixie chopper ... low payment and bumper to bumper warranty for 3 years.. they will answer questions for what your looking for and needing, and not try to rob your pocketbook... thank you Hutch Auto!

I had brought my Golf cart to No Boundaries for issues that it would not run smoothly in forward, so they checked it out and found exactly what was wrong with it and was fixed within 5 days.They were very quick, and did a great job taking care of my issue. These guys are very good and I would recommend them to anyone..Thanks for a great job...

Our Chinese Side by Side 4x4 500 UTV front end was not locking in 4 wheel drive. The guys Kevin owner and Travis service manager did a great job in getting it fixed. Price was reasonable. I would go back here for sure for my mechanical needs.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

This place is a joke for boat repair. I took my boat in and it set outside for 3 weeks waiting on a diagnosis. I finally stop by after calling many times and the owner was not there. I was told he would call me later. He did call me stating that my boat needed a complete lower unit. I told them not to touch it! I was getting a bad feeling and decided to trust my gut. I went to go pick up my boat or at least have them talk me through the work to be done. No diagnosis. Nothing at all written up. My lower unit laying sideways on the floor. I picked up my boat and put my lower unit in my truck. Then they charged me 200 bucks for taking unit off. I paid him 100 and got out of there. My lower unit needed a seal kit and water pump. I got it fixed by an HONEST mechanic for just under 300.00 bucks. Stay away!!!

They looked over a car we wanted to purchase and gave us honest feedback. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite, considerate, reasonably priced, and generally cared about the issues we presented. We have added them to our exclusive list of mechanics we trust. It is a short list. You can't go wrong. Give them a try.

Bought a Dixie Chopper zero turn. This thing flies!!! Todd at Hutch was very professional, personable, and very helpful. Gave me a tutorial on the machine and answered all of my questions. I m ready to take my Dixie Chopper on the road! So if you see any traffic on Hwy 44 it s probably me cruising down the road so sorry.

Brought my jeep here to have a rear main seal fixed. They did fix my issue but they cracked my upper oil pan which wasn t there prior to getting to the shop. I had the oil pan seal fix a few days before it got to the shop. Yet instead of being held accountable for their mistake, they just treated like it just happened . Which is complete bs bc there was no crack and I know that it was their fault when putting the transmission back on. Finally got to looking at it and there s no way I ve could of missed that since the crack is very noticeable especially when putting on the bracket from the lower bell housing of the transmission which is next to the back of the pan.

We just got our RZR back from No Boundaries. Kevin, Mike and Travis did outstanding work for us. Very pleased! They told us upfront what all was wrong and they stayed true to the estimate. All 3 were very knowledgeable about our RZR and at anytime we could call w/questions and any of the 3 would be able to provide us with the answers needed. They told us, showed us, then followed through with everything that needed to be done. If you want good, honest, quality work, then we HIGHLY RECOMMEND No Boundaries. They will be doing our repairs and service from now on. Thanks guys for bringing our ride back to life!!

I bought a used 4 wheeler from No Boundaries with a long list of recent repairs. Once I got home with the 4 wheeler I had some issues and even after signing a paper stating I was buying the unit as is, they insisted I return it for repair on them. It ended up being a pricey repair but they handled it quickly and professionally.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Brought my suv in to have work done. Everything was explained and shown to me. Prices were reasonable. Their all extremely nice and take great pride in their work. They ve definitely made a new lifelong customer/friend with me. Highly recommend this establishment for all your automobiles needs!

First time visit. Impressed with how clean the shop is. Looking forward to evaluating their service. Picked up my 2005 Sea-Doo after extensive services were performed and it runs great. All services were priced and communicated in advance. Very pleased with the outcome. I have found my new service location for my PWC. I highly recommend NB Powersports if your outdoor toy needs service.

Owner is very nice, but I was not happy with the service. The bike didnt run properly after replacing the intake and I thought it needed a re-jetting. However, he didnt seem to want to do it after I returned the bike to him. He "tinkered" with it but basically did nothing. The front fork seals were supposedly replaced but the right one still leaks. Also, the new airbox he put on was not installed correctly. A screw that secures the filter either fell out or was forgotten and my bike had been using unfiltered air for many hours before I realized it. 3 parts of the intake were also missing and I had to order those about 6 months afterwards ($43). I also wanted handlebar guards installed and he wanted ME to order a part that was missing from the kit. He had it for 2 months and i get a bike back that ran worse than when I took it there, and not everything completed. I took it back to him (35 min drive each way) and he just said that's how they run sometimes?!?! I loaded it again and took it to S&S in Brooks. They installed the handlebar guards and rejetted it. Runs perfect and I had it back in 2 days.

Was told repair to mower would be between 200 and 300 got the bill 349.40 they did not call and tell me it would be more than they told me will not use them again. I like people to be up front with me so I will know what to expect. Was goin got buy a new mower from them will look else where. There lost

Did a great job and quoted the work within 3% of the actual price. In the original quote I was given a list of everything that needed to be fixed and they talked me through what was most important and what was just cosmetic. I have now sent nine 4-wheelers for full service and repair. Great customer service.

These guys have been servicing our boats and jet skis for several years. They ve fixed stuff we ve broken, winterized, summarized, and have always been quick. I drive out of my way to bring my stuff to them every season - highly recommend.

Brought a well used wheeler in for various service needs and the folks at No Boundaries exceeded expectations. On top of performing all the work on time and at quote they detailed the quad and it runs and looks as good as the day I rolled it out of Arctic Cat of Wasilla, AK. Thanks guys...will do business again.

Just dropped my cf moto atv off for routine service. My atv is my primary tool for Superior Agricultural Services in custom herbicide application. I am glad to have found No Boundaries Powersports as professional dealer/service centers with ASE accredited technicians are a rarity in the powersports service industry. My questions have been answered with detail. Quotes and services intricacies have always been communicated. I will continue to repeat business with Kevin.
