Ived used them twice. They were cheaper, faster, and closer than using dealership. Prices are reasonable and i like the less formal atmosphere. Sent me pics of damaged parts as they repaired it, and kept my vehicle clean. They had to tow my truck using a flatbed and didn't damage my aggregate driveway. If you live in the Mount Washington/Bullitt county area i recommend them.

Great experience! They arrived 30 minutes after we called and gave us updates on timing as they were on their way. Super professional and polite. Definitely priced well, I would recommend to all!

Danno s Towing, Recovery, & Auto Service saved our vacation. Danny came and towed my vehicle, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my truck (with it still on the truck) all within a couple hours. And at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend!

I normally don't do reviews but felt I absolutely needed to. Danno's Towing and Recovery really went above and beyond the call of duty so to say. Very professional, very careful of my vehicle, very knowledgeable and just overall stood out from the rest. I will use Dannos again and highly recommend anyone to first reach out to Dannos.

Today one of our service vehicles broke down while at a clients property. The technicians mentioned he use Danno s Towing and Recovery for his personal vehicle and was extremely satisfied with their service. During our conversation with the dispatcher, it was mentioned they also have a full service auto repair shop. We were told the tow truck driver had been dispatched and he arrived shortly after our phone call. Once the service vehicle arrived at Danno s repair shop, the staff contact us to discuss the issues. Danno s Auto Repair Shop not only repaired the service vehicle the same day, they also dropped it off at the owner s front door. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end doing business with Danno s. We highly recommend them for your towing and auto repair.

Danno and his crew are honest and dependable people. I needed a tow for an old car.that doesn't run anymore and to put it in a small garage. They displayed superior problem-solving skills and got things done in short order.I highly recommend these guys.

My tire had blown as I was leaving work and I called Dannos to help. With the freezing weather, they got out to me fast. They worked quick and efficiently to get my tire changed and get me back on the road! Definitely recommend! And a huge thank you to them!

I have use them twice. These ppl are amazing. The second time I had broke down. They came pick me up. And fixed it that night even when they was closing. He took the time and got me on the road that night. You don t find too many of these mechanics like this these days. He was deff a life saver and as always got me together

Someone lost a ramp in front of my husband and he couldn t avoid hitting it. Bike was not rideable. It took our insurance company almost 3 hours to find someone who would come tow a motorcycle at 3am. Danno s was the only one that was able to. He was very professional and knew exactly how to handle a bike and was careful to ensure no scratching or damage would be done to the bike. The whole situation turned into a mess and he was super patient and willing to work with me. We got it dropped off at a shop only to be told later that morning that they don t service Hondas. Danno s was contacted by our insurance again and he showed up and towed our bike around 7 hours after he dropped it off there. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! The starter on my vehicle failed. I initially called Danno s to have my vehicle towed. After a brief conversation about my issue, he he explained they were also a repair shop and wanted the opportunity to earn my business.By the time I gave him my address, he already had the new starter ordered and said I would have the vehicle back by that evening. Mind you it was 3:30 when I called for the tow. I must admit, I didn t honestly think that would happen. That type of turnaround is unheard of.Within two hours I had a call letting me know that I could come pick up my vehicle!!!! They also found and repaired another issue while it was there.I would HIGHLY recommend using Danno s!!! Honest, courteous, and friendly. Kept me informed and was upfront about the pricing and repair.Great group of guys.Service: Car towing

When the tow truck showed up the driver was very polite, helpful, and informative about where I could take my car if needed minor or major repair within 15miles of where my car had broken down. Thank you so much to Danny and his shop. Our tire completely blew out on the interstate late at night. We were hauling a trailer and he completely took care for us. Towed the truck, trailer, and our family to his shop. He even gave us a ride to a local hotel so we could get some much needed rest. The next day he worked on our truck and got all repairs done quickly so we could get back on the road. I cannot thank this company enough for everything they did. We called and spoke to Danny about my driver with dead batteries in our semi truck. Found his number after calling about 20 other places that couldn t make it out to my driver or tried to severely price gouge me.I m definitely glad we found Danny. He showed up when he said he would be there, got my driver going very quickly, and was very respectful and courteous. 100% recommended to everyone. We got into an accident while moving and needed our enclosed trailer put on a rollback and towed about 100 miles. We called so many companies and no one was able or willing to tow a trailer of that size or to tow at night. We found Danno s and they were friendly and responsive and willing to do the job for a reasonable price. We must have called close to 10 companies. The area where we live has some difficult roads and the driveway is a hill and they didn t have a problem. We were very impressed with how well they unloaded and they consulted us to make sure they put it exactly where we wanted. They were quick and profesional. They even went above and beyond to tell us about a company that sold the replacement part our trailer needed. As we are new to the area we appreciated that a lot. They did what so many other companies weren t willing or able to do and I would use them again if the need ever arose.Service: Special vehicle towing

Needed a tow of my completely dead car out of a very busy intersection. Danny recognized the danger of the situation and moved some things around to get right to me. He was amazing and knew exactly what he was doing (thankfully because I was clueless!). He took the car right where it needed to be and everyone left the scene safely. I am so thankful for Danny and his team! After dealing with car issues for more than 3 hours, dealing with AAA (who kept saying the service was declined by the companies and could not tell me how much longer I would have to wait) and being stranded on the side of a two lane highway, I called Danny and he saved the day! He was so kind, put my mind at ease, and was super quick to get my car towed home! From call to drop off was less than an hour. It was really nice to see a group of younger men working HARD!!! They towed my car and took it out to Mt. Washington where they repaired it quickly. The owner was very honest about my problem and the fix. They had my car less than 24 hour s and repaired something very time consuming. I HIGHLY recommend them. I will never use another mechanic besides Danno's! My car broke down first thing in the morning (radiator) and my tow truck driver suggested Danno's. While my car was IN ROUTE to the mechanic shop, Danny was already calling around to make sure possible parts were on stand by. He kept me informed during the entire process. They called me that SAME afternoon with my car up and running! They not only fixed my car but did thorough testing to make sure the problem was fixed (2 hour pressure test, test driving the car 30 minutes, etc. ) They answered all of my questions. Extremely professional. Reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
