I was coming back to Illinois from picking up a load in Cincinnati OH with my old 99 Dodge Ram 3500. I heard a sound under my hood shortly after I lost charge on my gauge and my temp spiked. The belt tensioner ended up shearing off flush at the mounting point while the tensioner wound up somewhere off 71 South. I limped off 71 south where I was lucky enough to find a decent motel and after many phone calls I reached Scott. He offered me two choices. First was to tow my truck and the trailer with the load 275 miles home to Illinois for a remarkable rate. The second was to come pick up the truck and trailer back to his shop the next morning. I decided to head to his shop in the morning. The truck was repaired quickly and I was able to get home under my own power that same evening. They even took the time to help me with repositioning my load. Excellent service and outstanding professionalism. Scott, Laura, and the whole team at Scott s garage were very professional down to earth folks. If you are in the area and looking for a mechanic or just a simple tow I recommend them for any size job.

Scott s Garage goes above and beyond. Anytime I have issues with my car or need roadside assistance they are extremely accommodating and I m taken care of in a timely manor. Scott s garage has a friendly knowledgeable staff at a fair honest price. They are the best. Check them out!

Scott's Garage is amazing and truly cares about their customers. We had car troubles while traveling, and Scott's took care of us quickly. The staff is so amazing! Heather got us in and looked up our part immediately, and Edwin gave us a ride to pick up a rental when we had to leave our car at the garage. Extremely accommodating and friendly folks and a very beautiful town on the bank of the Ohio river. Truly exceeded my expectations! Best garage I have ever used! UPDATE:I noticed a slow oil leak a few weeks ago on my 2011 KIA Sorento. After trying to track the issue down myself, I decided to put my trust in the folks at Scott's garage once again. I can honestly say that I never doubted the decision.Scott personally checked out my vehicle and called me to let me know what his thoughts were on the issue. After explaining what he found, he went through his recommendations and my options and what he expected the repairs to cost. All said and done, he and his team completed the work in a timely manor and actually came in under the original quote by almost $100.00. WOW! Who does that?As always, I am completely satisfied with the quality of service and the home town feel I get when I take my vehicles to Scott's Garage.Thank you Scott and Laura for always being the shop that I can trust. You guys are AWESOME!

Truly caring and compassionate people who helped my family out in a bind when our car broke down while vacationing. I didn't know service like this existed anymore. I never write reviews of any kind, but I feel compelled to write this one due to Scott's going above and beyond to take care of my family. Fantastic garage with fantastic people!

Terrible customer service. I own a dealership out in Louisville. They had one of my vehicles and sent me a letter stating they would take ownership after 2 weeks. Anyway. I called and they told me the truck was in perfect shape. Not a scratch. I asked for pics and invoice cause they said it would cost me 3200 to get out.Drove all the way there 5 hour return trip. When I got there the truck had the hood in the back seat!!! Totally undriveble. Smashed beyond repair. No invoice as to why it was so much for so little time. Plus a waste of a day. Horrible! I spoke to the lady up there over 3 times. Assured it was in great condition. Said it just needed a key. It didn t have tires!!!! Do Not Trust Them!!!!!! Would leave 0 stars if I could.

Recently my sister and I were traveling back to Cincinnati from Louisville. The tire on her left front went low and we were able to pull off at Big Rigs. They were very helpful and referred us to Scott s Garage for the repair work. It was Our first time riding in a tow truck. Dean the driver and also the mechanic was most kind and made us feel at ease. Our conversation with him was warm and friendly. Once we reached the garage Heather was just the same! When I blew out a tire last week, and unexpectedly found myself stranded on the side of a very busy stretch of highway....AAA put me in contact with Scott's Garage for a tow, and my experience with them was great! The woman I spoke to on the phone was kind and reassured me that someone would be there to help ASAP. Dean arrived on scene and was professional and very helpful! He got me and my dog, towed to safety quickly, and also was able to recommend a dog-friendly hotel for us to stay in when it became clear that this was not a fix that would be able to happen same-day.Excellent service. Would definitely recommend!!

This place is absolutely amazing. I was completely stranded from Dayton, OH after hitting a giant pothole on 71S in Sparta. I had my car towed here based on the reviews alone. When they opened the next day Heather was in constant contact with me about the state of my repairs and they went out of their way to even pick up tires for me from another location since they knew I was from out of town & needed desperate help. If I lived closer I would recommend them to EVERYONE. Their customer service is unmatched and they saved my day!! Thanks so much guys!

I broke down on the interstate with my ten year old daughter enroute to Ohio. I called them and they had me towed in a matter of minutes. My car was no fixable and they helped me get a rental car (drove me and my daughter half an hour to get one) and hit the road. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful in a stressful situation. Had car/van trouble in the middle of the night. Serpentine belt broke on my Toyota Sienna van and I wasn't aware of it happening until after the fact. And would have been just my luck and it was raining so hard and I had to try to figure out what was going on with the van and also make phone calls and drive all at the same time. Scott himself came up and got me and after we dropped the van off at Garage and he took me home. Which he didn't have to do that my wife was ready to come to get me, but cudoos to The Entire Scott's Towing

Got a flat on the side of the road and Scott s garage was able to get a tow truck for me very quickly within the half hour. Dustin picked me up and was very helpful and fun to talk to! He was able to take me all the way back to northern Kentucky. I would definitely use this service again.

We picked up a big piece of steel on 71S in KY on our way to TN. It ripped straight into our pickup truck tire, flattening it almost instantly. AAA passed us to Scott s Towing and when Heather contacted us, she was so kind, she understood the urgency given where we were stuck. She sent Dustin out to get us, our truck AND the 18 enclosed trailer we were hauling. They were there within 30 minutes. Dustin was very friendly, he loaded up the truck and hitched our trailer to the back of the flatbread very quickly and got us to the tire shop in plenty of time to get our tire taken care of and get us back on the road. We are very pleased with the friendliness and how helpful both Heather and Dustin were. Thank you!!

Scott and Jeremy were awesome ! They helped me change my flat tire (I had a flat and was sitting at the Dairy Queen on my lunch break). They switched out my tire and I drove my car right over and they took great care of me by quickly fixing my flat tire so I could get back to work. I drive from Louisville to Warsaw for work and so a flat tire is a big deal. It was great that they could quickly fix my tire so I could feel safer driving home. The world needs more business and PEOPLE like these gentlemen. Thank you so much for the great service !Service: Tires

They were amazing! We went on a two night little getaway and the first morning I drove to the gas station and then my cable in my gear shifter went out! I walked back to the hotel and we gave them a call. They were super nice and super helpful! They came to us to get the keys, then picked up our car and took back to the shop. Then the next day when our car was ready they came and picked us up! We got back to the shop paid our bill and was on our way! I would suggest to anyone around them to check them out! Amazing service!

My AAA membership introduced me to Scott's Garage LLC and their highway towing service. I was about 60 miles from my hometown when an engine problem occurred with my truck. First, Brandon Smith came to assist and then Dustin O'Neal to eventually haul my Chevy Silverado back to the dealer in my hometown. Both men were very courteous and professional and patient. They addressed my situation at time in a top notch manner. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Well they took in my car and told me the price for what all was wrong they told me the price would not change. Well the price did change and my car ran and started before dropping it off after they were done working on it my car wouldn t start they tried saying it was my anti theft system it wasn t it was a burnt fuse well after replacing the fuse they made the total higher even though it wasn t burnt out when I gave it to him and then when I tried to pay with a card the front desk lady told me it was gonna tack on another 20 dollars for us using a card I believe she lied because we were young and tried to trick us I paid the extra amount becuase I didn t wanna argue they are in it for the money and don t mind scamming people if they think they can get away with itServices: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Great customer service and work! We had them replace our fifth wheel tires and work was well done in a very timely manner. From the first call to work performed to follow up every aspect was top notch! Scott and Laura are a great team who run a great shop! Call them for your vehicle needs!

I have been using Scotts Garage LLC for many years and I live in Dayton, OH. Not only is this business very professional, every repair they have completed for me was exceptional. I had a vehicle that had been disabled for many months. I had that vehicle towed 109 miles to Scott's facility. My van messed up in the middle of no man s land tonight. Called AAA and Scott was there very quickly plus even let me ride with him. Really enjoyed talking with him. Very funny guy and awesome service Hope I don t need towing again but if i do he will be my go to guy.

I was traveling from Ohio to Alabama had issues with a brake caliper. Ended up at Scott's garage no appointment. They took my car in and had it fixed in 2 hours. Very professional and helpful. Couldn't be more appreciative.

We made an appointment to get a tire changed on our travel trailer. They were very accommodating, making sure to clear a space prior to our arrival and even blocking traffic while we backed in. The tire change itself felt like a pit stop at a race! The mechanics had us in and out in no time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

My roadside assistance company called there last night after midnight for me. My battery was dead and I needed a jump start. They did not hesitate to come out to help me at nearly 1 am. Fantastic customer service and they do GREAT work! I've been taking my car all the way to Florence for work. Not any more! Scott's Garage is affordable, you can't beat the service and attention to client satisfaction and the location is perfect!
