Stopped by to pick up supplies and equipment needed for trailer and truck. Jimmie, the rep is hands down the best guy I have dealt with in years on the road. Words can t describe the level of good service I received and the prices were much more reasonable than the website conglomerates. I hope Robert sees this review. Happy GKZ sent me their way. Definitely got a customer for life.

Don't buy tarps from these rude people. After just one use, the vinyl starts to crack as seen in these pics.. Cheep materials. I asked for 53 foot lumber tarps, but when I got down the road and unfolded them I learned different. They are 48's. These kids on the parts side are rude and to lazy to help cary out. They have very little knolage of the trailers on the lot.

Had a great experience purchasing a used trailer from this dealer. Rick Bowman was honest and took care of our purchase. This was over a year ago and we are still happy. Their parts department customer service is great. Angela Enda in the parts department was very helpful and has a lot of patience when it comes to indecisive customers like myself.

Hands down one of the best shops around. Nice people very knowledgeable. Have everything you need for flatbed tarps straps everything. They also carry a lot more than other trailer shops they keep it in stock here. Hard to find quality shops like this.

Had issues with sliding the axles on my stepdeck trailer.after going to numerous shops, no one could figured it out the issue.finally came across TMI & explained it to the service staff what was going on and they knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue.now everything works on the trailer like its supposed to.i am very pleased with the service provided and the whole staff!!Definitely will be back for future repairs even if i have to go out of my way!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The gentleman name Patrick who was very kind to wait for me way past closing time did me a huge favor. I had another truck hit my trailer and take out 2 of my rims and tires on my Reitinouer I drove from E St Louis to get these. I am very appreciative to this man for waiting for me. This places has everything you want for step/decks equipment. Thank you PATRICK God Bless!

All aces, incredible selection of uncommon products tires, rims, good service, very friendly, reasonable price. Our truck broke down on Saturday, he came into the shop just to serve us. Rare example of excellence in our industry. An absolute gem.

My family and I were passing through the area and were having trouble with our horse trailer lights. The service foreman very kindly helped me diagnose what was wrong and fix it on the spot. They really went out of their way to help when they didn't have to. Thanks so much TMI, your helpfulness did not go unnoticed.

I love this place it's like a toy store for truckers. They always have the parts or truck accessories I need when I need it for them do it your self jobs or they can do it for you in there service department they also have a wide variety of trailers, and great customer service! I can't really say anything bad about this place

Well I had these guys repair my trailer frame a a little over a year ago few months after they repaired some welds failed ( really wish could post pics ) anyways frame broke again same place . This time I was close to home I have a friend who is a very good fabricator n he says let me look at it I say ok n I call Kelsey n he says repair was done with 1/4 inch or 3/8s material he didn't remember ok understandable well trailer was stripped of what they put on n find out 3/16 was used and the only crack that was there WAS NOT CLEANED N WELDED SHUT they put this 3/16 plate over it n welded it like a band aid not fixing problem my friend took all apart cleaned the break n welded everything back solid . I don't like to be lied to therefore you get this kind of review . Would not recommend these guys to fix any trailer I feel they band aid it so it will break again so you will be back then it breaks again then manufacture says trailer can't be fixed so then they can sell you new trailer n I paid 4500 n this barely lasted a year

Stopped to get a brake light under warranty fixed. was told 45 minute wait. 2 1/2 hours later and still waiting. Went back in and the guy a spike with this morning us gone new guy said five hours if they could get me in. Told him I had already been in and the lady saudbyea he checked in already. wanted to get to back up lights installed while in the shop was told I'd have to come back tommorow.

The men and women here are helpful and hard workers. They will do their best to get what you need done and in a timely manner. Management is top notch with excellent customer service skills. From trailer parts to trailer sales, TMI is the place to go for your tractor trailer needs in the entire Midwest.

Had a very bad experience with this dealership!!! Did an application for a trailer over a month still don't have a call from them! Rick the sales guy told me i will have an answer same or next day, first week i was calling every day and they drop the call or telling me that they gonna call back! They have a good sale season and don't really take care of the customers at least to give you an answer or an update! I got their first call after i left my review here and still telling bs that can't get in touch with my employer(500 units company that works 24/365)! Rick didn't take my call and never tried to call back , can prove with call history! You are not the only one trailer dealership in US, so we gonna keep looking somewhere else!

Usually a pretty good experience, Until I dealt with "Jordan" - Didn't return calls, lame excuses, Facts obviously wrong - clear bullcrap- - I get it people are busy, but come on man, so am I! Got things worked out, eventually, by working up and sideways on the the chain. Be forewarned.

Don't know for sure if 24 hours a day or if 7 days a week shop but are 24/7 road service the company I work for park some of our fleet park there and they do minor services they are quick and very nice to deal with

Went there to resolve a problem with a loose trailer suspension bolt, Patrick was very helpful and solved the problem and got me on my way in 30 mins! Great place and would definelty recommend you come here!
