Nate Reay was amazing. This guy went above and beyond for us. So very knowledgeable and professional. His patience with us was extraordinary. He kept is up to date constantly. He went over every step with us! The outcome was exactly what he stated. He is a great asset to this store in Walton. Definitely recommend seeing him if you need anything.

Nate moved to Walton Tire Discounters. Took me a little while to find him. Met him at Dry Ridge Tire Discounters. He is very nice and does a great job and explains everything to me, so I c. I completely trust him and the other employees there.

Words cannot explain how disappointed I am! I installed my own tires. All I needed were 2 tires balanced. I showed up at 4:15 in the afternoon. The manager Jeremy said he could get the tires balanced tonight or in the morning. I stated I needed them done tonight as I have a run with the truck first thing in the morning. I do hotshot trucking and "had" a pickup appointment at 8am. Punctuality is important. Especially when you are a business owner. Jeremy said okay not a problem we will get it done tonight! I showed back up at 6. That is the time they closed. Jeremy said I told you I would call. I said you close at 6 I didn't want you guys waiting on me. He said he will get them done it will just be later. I will call you. Jeremy never called I showed back up at 8:15pm. Everyone is gone! I have my truck with 2 tires missing. A pickup appointment at 8am in the morning. I will no longer make the appointment. I might even get kicked off the run. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I don't treat my customers like this. No other business should either. 2 tires to balance! How do you screw this up. It's 15min. Of labor.

My wife stopped by as one of our tires was low, no compassion or empathy from this place they said leave the car over night and they d get to it sometime tomorrow. Luckily Kroger had a tire compressor across the street and she spotted AAA tire near by, who repaired it on the spot. Just a suggestion Tire Discounters if you can t help, suggest another business that can.

I've purchased several sets of tires from Tire Discounters in Walton. They have always performed excellent service + double checking if the tire size I wanted would or would not fit. They actually mounted the tire size I wanted to confirm they would not fit. A fair amount of extra work only to putting the original tire back on my truck. Their were zero negative comments about performing the xtra work. They ordered the size tires that would fit & I returned the next day to have the tires mounted. Truck rides great due to their excellent work, hence this is why I am & will be a returning customer.

Absolutely love these guys! They have been nothing but helpful to me and my husband Justin. We have taken both our vehicles to them. Tires, rotation, cv axel and more. Jeremy is an awesome manager and he leads a good team underneath him. He will help you find best price possible in your price range too! GO HERE AND TALK WITH JEREMY! Good people!

Scratched all 4 wheels on my new car. Even their regional manager tried to deny it but I had pics and video proof of before and afters. They ended up with a complaint via BBB :)

Fast in and fast out. Work done to the estimate and with discount. Friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. Easy to communicate needs and concerns. Competitive pricing and quality work. What else to say. Highly recommended. Easily seen from road. Definitely a repeat.

Mechanic a few weeks ago cracked my wheel bearing. I was expected to pay for the mechanics incompetence. Do not go here. Better shops nearby do a great job and don't have inexperienced people working for them.

They are a complete one stop garage now!! Tires, alignments, oil changes, batteries. They will pickup your vehicle and return it.They don't try to sell you or miss lead you. Awesome awesome service. My husband and I have decided to go to Tire Discounters for full service instead of our Car Dealership.Pricing is very reasonable too.

Jeremy and Mariah were amazing. I had had the worst day ever and before I could even get out of the car I was being greeted and immediately questioned about how they could help. Just the little while I was their waiting they changed my mood completely and I left out of there not only a happy customer but totally satisfied with their professionalism, speed, attitude, and customer service. I ll never go anywhere else again. These 2 deserve a raise!! Thank u both so much.

I am so grateful for this store!!! I was 2 1/2 hours from home and my tire wouldn t hold pressure. I had already been driving two days and it was just me and my dog. Although the store was not taking any more customers for the day, Mariah and the guys squeezed me in so that we could finally get home! Definitely put heart first!

Randomly selected this establishment to have my F250 alignment checked. Very happy with my experience. They explained by the issues, and possible causes. The price was reasonable and the tech seemed knowledgeable. Truck is tracking much better. Will gladly continue to do business with.

The people I spoke with on the phone and in person was nice. The part is did not like, I was charged $59 for them to give me an estimate to repair my vehicle. I provided them with the error engine codes when I dropped it off.So, I picked my vehicle up and took it to my mechanic I have used and trusted for years.

I had my car serviced at Tire Discounters this week, and I had an all-around great experience. First, I didn't know they had a service available to pick your car up from your house and drop it off when it's done. I also didn't know they performed fluid exchanges, fuel system service, etc. So, I bought new tires, got an oil change, had my coolant/brake/transmission fluid replaced, and had a strut repair done. The entire process was super simple. I requested a pickup on their website, and someone called to see what I needed and scheduled my day. Two really nice men showed up on the day of after letting me know that were on their way, someone called with an estimate later, and I paid via a link before my car was dropped back off. It was so convenient, since I was working from home. I'd definitely recommend them!

Excellent Service - Great Price! I am so happy with my decision to purchase a set of tires from the Walton Tire Discounters. From the first time I had my first questions up until they delivered my car back to me with my new tires, everything was handled professionally and quickly. And while I was in the shop, I was impressed by how much the manager (Jeff L) at the front desk was dealing with, almost simultaneously, and yet he managed to maintain a great attitude with all those he was working with! I will definitely be back!

Russ and his team were amazing. I came in for a routine oil change, as I left my vehicle started acting up. I called TD Walton and they were able to get me back in and fix the issue calipers went bad causing damage to rotors and destroying the brake pads and get me back in the road in no time. I can t thank them enough for their professionalism and their willingness to help me out

I don't know how to express my extreme gratitude for this group of men who helped me out. Had my tire changed in Louisville on 12/22/22 and while heading home to Michigan for the holidays my car started making a thud noise. I made it to the Walton store and they took me in right away to find out the store in Louisville put the wrong size tire on. They were able to put the right size tire on my vehicle with no extra charge and found and fixed a bad wheel bearing that same day. They had me on the road feeling safe in wet and windy conditions in no time. Thank you again for fixing my tires and wheel bearing and allowing me to get home to my family! Shout out to Russell who took the time to listen, keep me informed, and took my car in right away.

Probably some of the most caring and compassion people out there, they helped my family out when our car broke down and were able to get us out on the road in around 30 minutes (we had blown 4 spark plugs and the coil connected to them) and we are heading there later for a oil change. They genuinely care and want to make sure everyone can drive safely. In the past we went there, our car was on the verge of collapse after a ball joint and tire snapped and turned out 4 wheel vehicle into a 3 wheel. The person on the register was so worried that night when we told her that we couldn't pay that she called to make sure we made it home ok. They take their job seriously and are the definition of customer service. 10/10 will be going here from now on for everything.

Great Service with Honesty & Integrity!!! The owners of this family owned business would be proud of the way Tony and crew treated me from the moment I walked in!I knew what tires I wanted and Tony took the extra time to search inventory and make phone calls to locate them. I had just taken my car to the dealership for an oil change a couple days before and they told me I needed rear brakes and rotors in addition to new tires. The dealership price quotes for both services were outrageous and TD beat it by hundreds with alignment included! I approved to have TD replace the brakes along with my tires, However when the crew inspected my rear brakes, Tony called me to let me know that I didn t need new brakes at all and in fact they looked to be in really good condition and still had quite a lot of miles to go before a replacement was needed.I ve been a TD customer for years and This. Is. Why!!! It s great that I know that when I bring my cars to TD that I can trust them to provide great service, great prices and treat me with honesty and integrity!

I had a cut tire on my Acura on my road trip. I tried several other tire shop and they did not have my tire size in stock. Tire Discounter had it. The price was excellent and the service was quick and courteous. I give 4 stars because I will never know what the follow up or warranty service will be.

I hit something on the interstate. Got a flat. When I got there they fixed my tire in under an hour.

These guys trashed the wheels on my car and refused to take credit for their mess and resolve the issue. Complaint has already been filed with BBB. Anyone who has seen the wheels have been just as surprised TD thought this was acceptable. Once you start looking around you can easily find similar stories and complaints online..

My car was damaged while in the possession of the Walton, KY shop. When pointing this out to Manager, I was blamed for the damage! No offer of compensation and no responsibility taken AT ALL. At this point, I WILL be contacting the BBB and providing them with photos of my vehicle before and after service. Horrible, aggravating experience with this location. Would NOT RECOMMEND to anyoneREGARDING TIRE DISCOUNTS REPLY...The wheels WERE DAMAGED BY THE TECH. This has been turned over to the Better Business Bureau with before and after pictures

Possibly the worst experience ever at one of these locations, I usually go to Florence and will continue to go there even though this location is closer to home, I thought I d give them the chance, but I was badly mistaken. They charge over $10 more on the same oil change that I get at Florence they told me they are different than other locations. Sorry but they are all privately owned so it should be the same price as the one 15 mins up the road. Amanda is probably the most unprofessional person I think my husband has ever spoken to, I told him to call because the pricing was wrong when I got here, she kept telling him that s not the price we charge here and kept rolling her eyes on the phone with him then proceeds to go out into the bay and runs her mouth to everyone about my husband. Just bad customer service for me and every customer to hear and see that. General manager just laughed about it. This location needs help I won t be back. Florence is so much better they actually treat you like they care.
