Our RV died on I75 North just before the exit to Walton. Once AAA managed to get their system working on us, complete towing worked very hard to help us. Bobby was the lucky one to tow us back to the auto repair shop. Colin was waiting for us to arrive. Despite arriving later than expected, he got it in just in time for Will to do a quick before the end of the day.Our RV was up and running. Obviously something small but very big response to us.Colin even called us the next morning to make sure we had safely made it on our way.Superior quality service with no fluff just details. Would highly recommend recommend both the towing as well as the repair shop.HaRVey says thank you!

The guy put his life on the line to remove the driver s side wheel on our camper/trailer. Fixed the seized brake and got us out of a bad situation. Fair price.

These guys are awesome, they towed my hunk of junk BMW in the middle of the night with no hassle. They showed up in 10 minutes - no exaggeration. Driver even helped me put the car in the garage! A++ would use these guys any time.

Absolutely horrible company and staff !!! Would absolutely never recommend to anyone !! I can t stress that enough!!! Extremely unprofessional, very rude employees, pain to deal with. Very bad company. Ide purchase a rollback tow truck myself for a 1 time use and sell the rollback after 1 use before ide ever call complete towing. Ide leave my show car on the side of the road before calling them. Horrible customer service, will definitely be contacting the BBB. I am stunned how they are even in business. All their good google reviews are their friends and family members. This is the only review you should ever need to read. Highly do NOT recommend!

On our way to Ohio to a funeral of high honors from the army and we didn't even know where we was in Kentucky not from there, and we ran over something in the road and blew out our tire John was amazing got to us took us to a tire shop best tow service I have ever had thank you so much for all your help would definitely recommend them

These guys are 5 star and so much more I had just bought a truck in Portage Indiana I made it to their shop before it broke down A wheel seal led to the oil pressure sensor and several other things needing fixed they We're professional and fast and Dallas even took time out from his off time to run me to a store and let me get some thing and to a Motel To stay until the truck was fixed and then make sure I got back from the motel to pick the truck up I am so glad I broke down in front of this shop these people are absolutely amazing can't say enough good things about them every team member is great and very reasonably priced on top of all of that Here are pictures of just a few things they fixed ty all so much

My boyfriend and I went on a road trip from Fort Wayne, IN when his car broke down in Kentucky. We called Complete Towing and in less than half an hour they located us and got the car on the tow. Our driver (Bobby) was kind enough to let us ride up front in his truck all the way from Kentucky back to Fort Wayne (about 5 hours!). Excellent service!Thank you, Bobby so much for your excellent work and conversational skills! :D You saved the day

Great service I had sensors pop up that prevented me from driving the truck they were there in an hour Andy worked magic with his computer and in an hour all was fixed and away I went I would recommend this place in a heartbeat very nice people

Some real good people here; helped me out of a pickle and without robbing me blind- very fairly priced for this area. Their driver, John M, was extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient; took the time to get to me in my hour of need at 2:30 in the morning. I'm so beyond thankful!! For Complete Towing and Repair. I had locked my keys in my car accidentally this evening And after hour's of calling local towing companies and getting only voicemails or getting long waiting time. I decided to give them a call and so grateful I did the lady on the phone was so awesome! and the tow truck driver was at my house in little to no time!!

This place did a very good tow for me. The driver took extra caution not to damage my new bumper ( the guy who towed it 2 years ago cracked my old bumper). I went home the night before the tow and gave them instructions the next morning for the tow. He got my tow hooks out to get me out from under my trailer and replaced them where they were when he was finished. I was very pleased with the service. I called in a few days later to their dispatch to tell them I was very pleased with the service. I've only used them once but was a great service as far as I'm concerned.

Your employer picked me up last week, pulled out 2 of my axle shafts from my curbside drive because it was easier instead of disconnecting the drive links. Towed me to nearest shop from TA to Fyda Freightliner. I walked inside to check in came back and noticed that your guy did quick on putting everything back together. Didn t realize that I m leaking gear oils until few days later by discovering the puddle from my drive area. I inspected the area, front one was replaced with the gasket and the rear was missing an gasket.... Called my maintenance account company and they ve been trying to get ahold of you. I got fed up from the wait times and discovered that my rear axle shaft plate is damaged.

Jesus was my tech guy he was a cool guy laid back. Hook up the computer and cleared me out and got me back on the road. Customers service was pleasant and prices was affordable. God bless guys.

My husband and I were on vacation and our car broke down. We called Complete Towing and they came right out and picked us up. They helped us find a hotel nearby and took us there. They repaired our car in a very timely fashion and then came to pick us up at the hotel to take us to get our car. They even helped load and unload our luggage. Very professional! Very polite! Very helpful! Highly recommend!!Service: Car towing

This repair shop may be the worst. I had my sons brakes done there. The bill ended up $100 over what they quoted me after they had already looked at the vehicle. About 3 weeks later my roadside assistance dispatched them to pick my car up. After almost 2 hrs of waiting no one showed up. Called them. They claim they never got the order for a tow. I forgot to mention that I wasn t having it towed to their facility after being taken for an extra $100 On the break job so I m pretty sure they decided they weren t going pick the vehicle up. I did receive a confirmation text that showed them contacting dispatch for the tow. The customer service rep for roadside assistance says this has happened more than once with this company. Very disappointing. I wouldn t trust this business as far as I could throw one of their tow truck!!!!!!!Services: Car towing, Brake service & repair

Headed to North Carolina when my trailer started lurching, brakes on trailer were not working, showing a short, had no lights on my trailer. Limped into parking lot of auto parts store and called around to get some help. Could not find anyone to come out except Complete Towing and Repair.They worked and worked on the wiring on site and then I followed them to their shop. They drove around with me to find the relay (deep in my dash) that was bad.They had a lot on their plate, they don't even really work on non-semi trucks/trailers, but their whole team was very concerned for my situation and stayed with me.These are great guys--extremely knowledgeable, competent, they are craftsmen, and just very good people. The young lady that answers the phone is kind, concerned, genuinely cares about you, and you know from talking with her that you are in good hands.My whole family thanks you, and we will never forget you, Complete Towing and Repair Team. Thank you!

Complete towing did the impossible when I had a hub tire and rim assembly fall off my 14,000 pound trailer It didn t matter that it was 1:30 in the morning and I was 45 minutes away from their shop The service tech met me in a parking lot and we successfully loaded the trailer and got it delivered to the mechanic before the sun came up the next morning! I cannot be more satisfied

Best mechanics I ve dealt with in about 5 years in trucking I only had two small issues but didn t get charged for nothing not even a single penny not even for the turn signal bulb they put on wow we need more people like them in this world.Thank you so much TYLER & TERRYI REALLY APPRECIATED YOUR WORK

I waited over 3 hours for them, sitting on the side of the interstate. They finally called and had the wrong location. Said he was on his way. Then he turned around and canceled. Never bothered to call and tell me. I'm in a rental and the rental company called to tell me they had canceled. I would NEVER use this towing service!!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I have a rollback truck that had a major brake line failure; I live on a very narrow road and have a very narrow driveway - a very difficult tow for a semi tow truck and given the size / length of my truck. I worked with Tricia ahead of time to look at Google maps satellite to make sure it was possible. Tom arrived and was super experienced; he made getting my truck onto the road a piece of cake. Last night my moms cars check engine light came on and she didn't really know of any towing places where she was (we aren't from here), well State Farm called this towing company. I was still in Louisville at work so couldn't help my mom right that moment. She was towed last night by Colin who not only let her ride with him and dropped her car off, but took her to the front entrance of the hotel I booked for her!! Amazing Service! Then today we talked to Colin today who helped us have her car towed to our dealership at home, no questions asked. He answered her questions calmly and just made sure she was taken care of as a customer. As a daughter, I will always appreciate you taking care of my mom while I couldn't be right there! And thank you to Bill who towed it today for us!! You guys are awesome and we will continue to support and tell people about your place!! Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!

Needed my car towed from my house to the repair shop, this is the company my insurance sent out to us. Greg was absolutely wonderful! Arrived on time, called when he got here, loaded the car up in no time and placed it perfectly in the spot at the shop. Start to finish, less than fifteen minutes. Would recommend them to anyone!

Have car club paid difference it cost to tow my vehicle. Then driver show's up refuses to tow unless I paid 127.00 to him. Won't use them again.

About the towing itself was fine I had to have my car towed to a friends shop. I just got my car back I had emergency cash I kept in my car not much but in came in handy.
