This place is a sham ! Don t go if you want honest service . This guy and dale from Saylors auto stole 14k from a State Farm claim when my car was stolen . I trusted these crooks and they stole the money and did a botched up job that was never authorized from the beginning! The guy keep my car from march til June telling me lie after lie until I had enough and just took the car back ! I m now pursing legal actions against both shops ! Just wanted to let people know about this place and how the operate before your the next victim . The photo are from a door where someone tried to break into car while on there lot ! They never repaired it ! You should see this horrible paint job and missing Chevy sign and missing B from decals ! This place completely robbed and took advantage of me. I wanted my 92 Buick Roadmaster Lifted ... Me and the main mechanic looked up and ordered a lifted kit on his computer... The kit costed around $1200 plus I paid him around $800 for labor... Coming to found out he never put the 1200 hundred dollar kit on my car, just some lift blocks in the springs... I also paid for dual exhaust and he didnt put duals on.. left me with single exhaust and he clamps the pipe instead of welding it... I really hate being taken advantage of and that's exactly what happened after they seemed so nice..

My truck stalled out on the highway and I called Saylor's first cause they were the first and closest mechanic to pop up on my phone. They turned me away and told me to call C & C, and I'm glad they did! I will no longer let anyone else work on my vehicles. I was skeptical about this place because I've taken my truck to the same mechanic for the past couple years, but now nobody else but C & C will get my business. I was chasing a crank no start problem for months, along with stalling out while driving. Nobody could figure out the problem with it until I took it to C & C, and they charged me $400 less than what my normal mechanic would've charged to fix the issue! They're old school over there and they don't send you on your way until they know your vehicle is safe to drive. They are honest and they communicate well. I could sit in there for hours and talk to those guys. They're the shop that does all the hard work that nobody else wants to do, and they do it well and at far cheaper prices than the rest. Made appointment with gentleman face to face for Monday. Quoted me $200 for about 2 hours of work for motor mounts. Stating i would be bringing the parts and wait on it since i live 20 miles away. Got message they need to move from Monday to Wednesday at 9am. 4:32am Monday morning they messaged me asking to do noon. I get there at 11:50. No one there. Messaged them,they said they would be 15 minutes. Half hour later ,12:20, they show up. Then said he couldn't work on it right then like promised. Asking if i was leaving it. I remined him that we spoke about that and i messaged his son stating the same thing,that i would be waiting on it since i do not live close. He then said it would take longer than 2 hours each side.So now his time and cost have doubled.Bait and switch pricing.Doesn't keep appointments, that THEY themselves set up.

I bought a car and took it in to C&C to have it looked at. Not only did they do a great job they had even stayed later to walk me around the car and explain some of the issues. I was treated like a friend instead of a customer and both of them did an amazing job. I was on the road to Florida for the winter in my truck pulling a camper when all of a sudden black smoke was pouring out of my exhaust pipe. I found a camp ground to stop for a while. I was connected to Sonny . He told to bring it in and he will look at it. Two days later i was on my way to Florida again. Sonny did a very good job and he also wrote down some things that my truck needed to have done when I get home. I thought he was very good and honest so later on I drove 127 miles to have him do all the work that my needed.After all the work was done i was very pleased with. E ery thing. I m from out of town and didn t have the tools to change my own oil so I went to C&C instead. Since then I ve been getting regular maintenance done plus other mechanical issues that happen on my 20-year-old jeep. I enjoy working with Sonny and Crystal and their prices are the best in town. This place is highway robbery, I would never send no one not even a dead dog to this repair shop. There scammers and complete liars. If you have a half decent car don t take it here you will be highly disappointed. Had them to do engine work and 2 months later had to end up junking the whole car, after they had my vehicle for a month, but told me the work would be done in one week. C&C clearly stand for Clarence & Crooks automotive. Don t waste your money you will be upset and out of a vehicle.Service: Engine repair
