This was my first time at this location. It's easy to get to, off the interstate. It wasn't busy at all. The store was cool and clean. The employees were nice and quick to help. They even have Coke in the old glass bottles, which was awesome in today's heat. Most importantly, they honor the selfless men and women who serve this country.

This is a great store with very helpful employees! I went to advance auto in Walton the other day thinking that I just needed them to tighten a connection to my battery, little did I know my bolts were stripped and I needed the battery and the bolts replaced. It was barely 12 degrees outside and jimmy and sam helped me get everything pieced together even though it almost took a hour of being out in the freezing weather. The guys were very friendly and accommodating and I really appreciate their help!! Thank you advanced auto, I will 100% be back again!

I was able to pickup my online order, and drop off my UPS return package at the same counter :). The folks working there were so helpful and so nice! Thank you!

I am always greeted in less than 10 seconds, and they always have everything that I need. I never thought they would have my brake shoes in stock, but they did. The staff has no problem answering questions and most of them are very knowledgeable. (I have only met one charlatan)

The time was good. Friendly employees all " 4 " times. But it shouldn't have taken 4 times.They had to order the parts, ok that's fine. The 3rd time there , was we had to get the same parts but for the other side. Then I went to pick it up the wrong part was in the right box. This shouldn't happen at at, especially if they have to order it. But it was in stock at another store. But the employee there argued about it that we were wrong about the part.( We don't have it, you don't need it).

The customer service is terrible! Only get whatever you need from here if you re absolutely 100% sure it s the right thing because if it s not and you need to return it, Jay will harass you, going as far as to say you knew it wasn t right when you bought it. REALLY?!? So everyone knows everything is going to be exactly right every time they buy something? Very rude! In looking at other reviews, I see someone had an issue with the same exact employee (Jay) 2 years ago who is STILL THERE AND STILL COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would advise to go across the street to AutoZone. Think I ll also post all over social media what their customer service is like here also.

I use Advance Auto parts quite regular, I can order it on line if it's in stock and pick it up within 30 minutes, and not waste anytime waiting for them to look up the part, and most Parts come with a lifetime warranty, so I preorder and prepay for it, works out great for me.

Drove 25 minutes each way on my hour lunch to pick up an altenator that they ordered for me, since they didn't stock it. Only to get back to my truck to find it didn't fit. Upon return they found the part I was given was for a 6 cylinder engine and I have a 4. I ask for a refund and took my business elsewhere.

I called and ordered part for next day pick up. At time of pick up we realized that it was not correct part. I did not give enough info about part. Guy called dealership that had part without me asking and reserved part for me. Great customer service. Thank you.

very poor service bought a stereo and was missing some main components and when I go back to get them I am treated very bad and the short older gentleman with glasses wanted nothing to do except argue??? not a very good experience I do not recommend. AutoZone is across the street way nicer!

I needed to clean the posts of my battery because I had a bad connection and my battery was going to overheat. I tried to buy a pair of vice grips and a post cleaner and my card was declined. They told me to borrow the tools and bring them back . So I did!
