The co-owners and staff were all extremely professional and knowledgeable. Woodford automotive took their time to explain to me what was going on with my vehicle. The customer service here is phenomenal! The absolute best service I have ever had during a car repair. My vehicle was fixed promptly and I would definitely recommend this auto shop. I was pleasantly surprised to hear my vehicle did not need a transmission and the repair was much much cheaper. I am extremely please with the honesty and integrity of this establishment. Thank you for the exceptional service. I am so happy I stumbled across Woodford Automotive.

On our way home from boys state tournament. Had small engine issue pulled in off the road and these good people got right to us and got us back on the road in matter of minutes. Thank you all so much!!!

It s honestly tough to come up with a different point of view then all their other loyal customers. Kyle, Justin and the Crew are just flat out consistently great! I feel these folks really do their very best to provide honest, upfront and timely service at a fair price. They are extremely professional, hard working and kind. I trust if you walk into Woodford Automotive you will see and agree.

I never leave reviews, but I've always had such a great experience with Woodford Automotive that I want people to know what a great business this is! I've taken my cars to them several times, and they ALWAYS take care of me. I never have to worry about them overcharging me or performing "extra" work that my vehicles don't need. As a woman, it's easy to be taken advantage of when you need automotive work. I can honestly say that I trust Woodford Automotive completely. The staff is awesome and they do GREAT work. I would NEVER take my vehicles anywhere else! If you need work done, I highly recommend them!

The staff is incredibly friendly and is very quick getting jobs one I have used them over the years making improvements to my Chevy Impala 2012 and just basic maintenance they treat me fair and have always had my back if an emergency comes up there normally able to help. They can be very busy so I wouldn t recommend just walking in always try to call ahead. Definitely a place I recommend to all my friends and family.

Justin and Kyle are the only people we take our cars to when we need work done. They are trustworthy, on time with getting the work done and very personable. Happy to call them friends as well.

Justin was kind enough to help me out in a pinch the day before WCHS graduation...very busy day for me. I had a flat tire that I tried to change myself because the garage I pulled into didn't have time to put on my spare for me. It became a much more difficult process and long story short, on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, I had to have my car towed somewhere and Justin said 'bring it on in'. He kindly took care of the situation the same day at a very reasonable cost and made me aware of some other work that needed to be done. Needless to say, as I write this, my car is in his shop for brakes. I'm glad to give him my business and grateful for the way he helped me when he certainly didn't need to take it on that close to closing time on a holiday weekend. We need more businesses and business people like this - willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Justin and Woodford Automotive!

Carrie at the front desk is extremely kind and professional. Kindness and professionalism extend to the mechanics working behind the scene. They got my job done in under an hour with perfection. I highly recommend Woodford Automotive for anything job you need done.l to your ride!

We were passing through town when our car started making concerning noises, locals recommended we go to Woodford Automotive. My husband Darrell had our 2009 Honda Accord with over 300K miles hauled to WOODFORD Automotive after the car would not start. We tried to jump it off. Figured the starter was bad. Had it tolled to WOODFORD Automotive. JUSTIN called and asked if any noise occurred. I said no that the 2009 Honda Accord had over 300K miles but runs like a kitten and no signs of why it would not start. He said the Engine would not turn and other ignition parts appeared OK.we were very concern. Justin said he would spend sometime, taking the Serpintene belt off and try to turn the frozen engine. Two days later he called and said he got the engine to turn and unlocked and it starts well. He insisted on keeping the car a few days and driving it to see if the problem returned. Two days later he called and said the car started many times and is running good. Suggest we observe it with in town driving for a week or two. Justin checked the belts and everything related to starting prior to releasing the car. His repair fee was extremely reasonable but more importantly his communication, personal concern and knowledge and honesty was outstanding. What a refreshing experience in automotive repair. By far my best experience at an auto repair shop. Being from out of town I was recommended Justin and he did not dissapoint. Honest and fair, my car feels great. Will surely be telling friends and family to go there too.

We are so glad we decided to have Woodford Automotive do a diagnostic on the wrench light that appeared on the dash our 2012 Ford Escape. When I called another repair shop and told them of the wrench light coming on I was told I could keep driving it, unless it started to blink then I would have 20 to 30 miles before I needed to get it in. We were bothered by the light and not knowing what it really meant so took it to Woodford Automotive without an appointment to have it diagnostically annualized. They did it right away and we were told that when we pressed on the brakes our brake lights did not come on. Wow, we could have gotten rear ended, and been responsible not only for our damage and possible injuries but also of the one who hit us. They said that they could get it right in, since we didn't feel safe driving it that way, and it would take about an hour. They did the work within the hour. We are so happy with everyone at Woodford Automotive, for not only their technical knowledge, but how pleasant and professional they all were. Also the cost seemed very reasonable. We felt like we were the only one there with the attention we received, although they were obviously very busy at the time. We saw a wide array of vehicles that were either being worked on,waiting to be worked on, due to waiting for parts or to be picked up, from our 2012 Escape to a vintage Corvette and others newer and older. We will be taking our Escape there for now on and even my husbands 1986 Ford farm truck. We were traveling back home with 2 hours to go when the car started driving very rough and we could smell gas in the cabin. We found this shop by Google, looked at the reviews and took a chance. I am always quite happy with the team at Woodford Automotive. They have always done ys right on the big jobs, and lately when we hust needed a tire patched or plugged they work it in. Be aware, they are busy and backed up somewhat like everyone else, a sign of the times. But all interactions have been friendly and as accommodating as possible. Be sure to ask about buying some Girl Scout cookies too... support the girls!

Took my Jeep in for an estimate on a window repair. Not only did they provide an estimate but they got the part and fixed it the same day. They even came in $10 under the estimate. Will definitely be giving them more business in the future.
