I recently setup an appointment with Jack Kain Ford to do an inspection on the Rear Axle Pinion Bearing Lubrication recall on my newly purchased Ford Transit Cargo Van and was extremely pleased with the results. After setting up the appointment, a reminder was sent to me from my service advisor. After arriving for my appointment, the service advisor sent me a text to let me know if I had any concerns or questions, I could contact her at that number.�When the inspection was completed, and my van had passed, I was very relieved. The dealership is 70 miles from where I live, however with the great customer service that I have received since I purchased the van in January from Jack Kain Ford, it is worth it to me to drive the distance, knowing I will be taken care of whatever the situation. Thank you.

They were incredibly professional. I m from out of town and needed an oil change. I did not know that they use Appointments because my quick lane back home does not. They didn t hesitate to work me in and get everything done for me. They were so friendly and kind. I highly recommend this quick lane location.

I've always had a great experience at Jack Kain Ford, with one exception, the Quick Lube, nothing quick about it even after the new addition, as far as the actual service dept, top notch customer service, my only other complaint is with the FORD itself, two oil pan replacements, the first was covered under warranty, the second I had to pay for , was not happy about that. Supposedly FORD came out with a fix for the pan, that tells me that it also should have been covered as well. I've always liked the FORD brand, all my father and grandfather would own, the working mans truck they would say, and I absolutely love my F-150 EXCEPT the oil pan leak. There rant over, if your looking to buy a FORD product, then I recommend Jack Kain, they're honest folks and will do what they say and will try to work with you anyway possible.

Jack Kain Ford provided me with their usual superb service in the "Quick Lane." I was in and out in no time with an itemized listing of everything they checked and found. As I was about to leave on a long distance driving trip, it allowed me significant peace of mind.

Came in for an oil change on a 2022 Ford Edge. As soon as I mentioned it was a Fleet Vehicle they no longer wanted the business. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience for them to handle. This is never an issue with other quick lane places and the approval code for an oil change is on the information I provided them. Also asked to check brakes and that is when they absolutely didn t want to help. All I needed was a brake check and I fully understand an approval is needed for a fleet if repairs are needed. They clearly did not want to take the time to help.

New manager Brad was awesome and advisor Nik was awesome. Great job! Bout time ya got rid of the jerk Bradley you had in there!!! However, was informed by another civilian that I have something hanging down from my vehicle. Come the find out the tech or mechanic failed to put all the bolts / screws back in the cover after changing the oil. His name started with a C. And he was working the third bay from the waiting area on the front side of the quick lube shop.

Was a walk-in, no appointment. Customer service said appointment is not necessary but recommended. Had to wait a little while before they pulled my car in for oil change. Told them I didn't need tire rotation, they did it anyway. The report said they serviced the cabin air filter, but I was watching, and they did not do that.Overall, a good job was done.

I purchased four tires from Kain Ford. The service department Manager and service staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable, due to having to wait much longer than usual to have tires installed. There was a problem with one of the new tires and they said, it would take approximately 2 hours to go get another tire. They offered to take me home. I waited, and they got it done much sooner than expected. Because, I had to wait so long I was given a much better Kain Ford discount than the Military discount. They probably could have installed the faulty tire and I would never know. I recommend Kain Ford for all your car needs.MAE

The service folks are very nice and attentive but I I would have to say that too many appointments are being booked. There is nothing quick about the quick lane . I was there for at least for 2 hours.

I picked up a screw in my tire and got there late in the day and they got me in and got it fixed along with an oil change and a tire rotation. Very pleased.

Worked me in did good job. Only thing make sure put paper on floor mine was not and will require cleaning I wish I told them before I left there boots scuffed plastic trim I just noticed

Great customer service. Had an appointment but for some reason it wasn't in their system. Bradley my service rep was able to keep my appointment time. The service took a little longer than I anticipated but they were busy. Very spacious and clean waiting area. Plenty of comfy chairs and high table top with plenty of outlets to utilize, I'm pretty sure they had a phone charging station too.About two hours later my service was completed and Bradley processed my paperwork and sent me on my way. 48 hours later he calls me to tell me he overcharged me and owed me some money! Honest mistake only $13.00. My wife and I were pretty impressed that he would call and correct the issue two days after the fact. Glad know he is taking care of his customers even for just $13.00. Oh and my truck is running like brand new again! We will definitely be back with our other Ford vehicles!Service: Transmission

I would give Quick Lane at Jack Kain Ford negative stars if possible. This team knowingly put myself and everyone on the road with me in danger. I have been a customer here for multiple years and that came to a complete halt on Thursday. Not only did Bradley mishandle my entire transaction and waste my afternoon, but the manager, Max, blantanly lied to my face! It took hours to determine I had a cracked rim. Knowing I was leaving for a road trip and there was nothing they could do to replace my rim in a timely manner, they put my spare tire on. They assured me I would be fine to drive 300+ miles on my full size spare and advised I get the rim replaced as soon as possible. Max handed me my keys, looked me dead in the eye and said, "I had the spare tire put on and tucked the bad rim under the truck". While driving I realized my spare tire inflation was lower than the other tires. They didn't even add air and check my tire pressure! And come to find out, the spare was NEVER put on the truck! I drove all that way on a cracked rim, where I had to add air to my tire twice in a matter of hours. I called the next day to speak with Max, getting voicemail, I left a message. Bradley returned my call saying Max had just left for the day. Calling back the following day, refusing to let this go, someone picked up the phone and just hung up, twice. I will never do business there again!Service: Tires

Jack Kain Ford provided excellent service. They came to our home and picked up the Expedition, leaving a loaner vehicle. Once the recall was completed, they returned our vehicle and even switched out the loaner with ours in our driveway. I highly recommend Jack Kain Ford!

This rating is for the lady that worked at the front desk. She was amazing! Her people skills could not be any better. She made me feel like I had known her my whole life and I trusted her. I would go back there just to talk to her. Haha. As far as my car goes they couldn't align it because I needed something fixed. But I did have a good experience there so I'm getting that tie rod fixed on my car and then I will be back to get it aligned. I really enjoyed sitting in the waiting room it was a good atmosphere and again the lady that worked there was amazing
