Great shopping experience. I don't mind dumping my own used motor oil to recycle. But the young guy working that day insisted he do it since he just started working there and wanted the practice. Otherwise, normal but great visit to this location.

I was put off at the autozone in Georgetown, but the guys here in Versailles are courteous, helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to get my warranty item replaced and even replaced the part themselves for me. Patrick Redding (store manager) and the rest of the staff are AMAZING! We were visiting friends this weekend and right before our 7hr trip home, we noticed a bad leak from the engine. Auto repair is closed on Sundays, so we stopped into AutoZone to see what could be done. Patrick came out to the car, noticed a clamp in the wrong place on one of the hoses, and proceeded to help us repair it in the parking lot. Because of him, we were able to get on the road home instead of staying an extra night. Can t say enough good things about Patrick and AutoZone! Thank you so much!!

James was the most helpful associate I have ever interacted with in a parts store. He was also kind and informative on taking care of my van after it overheated in Kroger parking lot. If I m going to break down anywhere - I m glad it happened here in Versailles.

I had a CD stick in my car's player and Randall worked diligently to get it out. He was brilliant and so generous! Auto Zone in Versailles had been recommended to me as being very helpful, and they were! Thank you!

We live in Lexington and had some friends in town. Hit up the bourbon trail and thick plastic under the car loosened on the front. Stopped here on way back and Patrick was super helpful! You guys saved the day.

Patrick Redding...your team is the epitome if customer service. I was traveling from WV to TN and my truck started messing up as I was getting on BGP..I turned around and found your store. The team helped diagnose the bad alternator...thank goodness you had one in stock and even assisted in putting me in contact with someone to put it on. This was the last week of November. Please convey my added appreciation to all of those that helped me.

I stopped in with a check engine light on. I believe his name tag said Brandon M took care of me. He didn't treat me like a helpless female he was very kind and professional. Even purchased brakes from him. As a women it was much appreciated and as a customer he was excellent.

Good people good service. Bought numerous item here but 1 stands out the most was when. I bought a battery for my truck the guy put it on a cart and with a smile walked out and took my old battery off and installed the new one. I didnt even know that was an option lol.

Stopped in today needing new windshield wipers. Even with all the snow and ice outside the nice gentleman who helped me took off my old wipers, and put on a new set without me even having to ask. EXCELLENT customer service!

This location didn't have the relay switch in needed for my car. The way the staff just had amazing personality. It was worth the stop. I will go back to that location. Even though I don't live in Versailles,ky.

Staff listens closely, looks at the problem with you, and gets you the parts at the best price for your budget. They explain options and help you prioritize issues within your price range. Jason is stellar-and an amazing trainer of staff and guests. Irvin is a solid dude, ready to learn, and Tori always knows you. You *could* spend a few less dollars at Wal-Mart. But you'd make those dollars up in service & convenience.

I bought a headlight bulb for my car and I asked if there was any way they could help me put the bulb in and he checked. Not realizing there was a bolt holding down the headlight the guy says he can't install it and then says "Have fun!" Really? Thats how they treat their customers now? I will never go back to auto zone. I will shop elsewhere and suggest everybody else I know to do the same.

My battery has been messing up on my car so I took it here to see if they could perform a test on it to let me know if my battery was going bad. They came out to my vehicle performed a test there and said they would take it in for me, charge it and they would be able to tell me a more accurate answer. I went back about an hour after and sure enough my battery had gone bad. Thank you for the assistance!

The local Versailles store is very helpful with a friendly staff, reasonable prices and willing to search hard to find parts. Even the back stock and used oil drop-off areas are safe, clean and organized.

I really love the new, bigger store! This location stocks much more parts than any of the local competitors I think; however the biggest drawback is the price!! I've found prices to be out of line with other stores, but with a much better selection and some of the most helpful and friendly employees, well I find the mix to be about right. If you're on a tight budget I would recommend a couple other local stores, otherwise this is the place. And it is located in the new Kroger plaza where "everything" now is at!

The staff was knowledgable and friendly. They had the parts I needed in stock, which saved me from having to drive to Frankfort or Lexington on a locked up caliper. Very grateful!

It was an awful experience. The girl at the desk stayed on her phone the entire time and we had to get our own parts because they didn't have a clue what they were doing.
