What a GREAT shop . I was very impressed. The prices were amazingly low and the staff was so nice and friendly. I definitely will continue taking my car here. I m telling everyone about Auto Doc!Thank you Auto Doc!

Auto Doc is excellent. They have always taken care of our cars and they do a great job. Customer service is great and they are very nice to talk with. Great place.

Had an issue halfway through a 12-hour drive and found Auto Doc on Google Maps as we exited the highway. Arrived 15 minutes before closing and they graciously brought us in, fixed the issue, and got us back on the road even though it kept them working late. Very friendly and efficient.

My mother's Kia was messing up and the dealership was temporarily fixing it. Brought car here and they fixed the issue. Kia wired everything wrong. Don't buy from the Kia in Nicholasville. These guys do a great job!!!!

I was able to make an appointment quickly, paid a fair price for the flat repair. They got me right in and I was on my way quickly.When the mechanic saw my spare he got a little angry because the lugnuts were on backwards. He asked if the tow service had changed my tire.When I told him that I had, his demeanor changed and he used the opportunity to show me what I had done wrong and explained why it was very dangerous.I think that's a sign of a mechanic who cares.

Tested for leak on air,said there wasn't one,two weeks later when it blew hot again found a leak. Second repair they replaced ignition for no reason, gave it back smoking under engine and making terrible noise,acted surprised when I called back,told me to have it towed back again and they'd check it. I wont be back. I think the problem is the owner hires a "mechanic " and puts them to work without knowing skill level. I know good help is hard to find but until you do find it you need to be on site to check work.

Super nice people. The office manager gave me a ride back to my apartment then came to get me when he finished with my car. He worked out finding an electrical problem, found the location of the problem, disconnected the offending stereo causing the issue... Really great service.I think they charged me technically less than his hourly labor rate. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend.

Staff was amazingly friendly and communicated well with me on what my options for repair were. Price was just as quoted and the prices were lower than the dealership's. My repairs were quick, they took the extra effort to use fender 'chaps' and upon completion, gave me a detailed run-down of what was work was done.

Wonderful business to work with! They are prompt and affordable. I am taking my car there tomorrow as a matter of fact. Jim is great and all the staff are exceptionally friendly. I plan to have the A/C serviced there eventually. The only issue I have ever had is they misdiagnosed an O2 sensor as a computer programming error. However, this is most likely do to the fact the a Mercedes can be a complex car to deal with in the area of electronics. I would recommend them for sure!

Took my car here for an alignment and tire change the staff was super easy to work with and nice. Car had a misfire too they found the problem when other shops couldn t. Highly recommend.

Jim has been doing all our work for as long as he's been in business. I wouldn't take my van anywhere else. It is a testament to him that my 16 year old van, which has over 200,000 on it, is still a reliable daily driver, and we even take it on some substantial trips.

Absolutely amazing shop! I can't speak highly enough of the people here. I will never go anywhere else. Affordable, prompt, and everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly. I will reccomend them to anyone that needs work done from now on.

Jim has always treated us well. It seems he can handle just about anything and he and his staff have gone through extra efforts to make sure everything was right. I won't take any of my vehicles anywhere else.
