Waaaaayyyy overpriced. $120 for a battery that you can buy at Walmart for $65??? I don't think so.$166 for a sensor amazon can deliver in one day for $25???? Hell naw. Keep driving and go to maysville before you stop here. Better yet go home and check on Amazon or ebay.

My company van battery died, and Troy came to the rescue. When I offered to pay they said it was all good. I was super impressed with everyone at the store to go out of their way to help me even though they weren't making a sale. Would definitely recommend.

Needed front and rear brake pads on very short notice. After looking around the Napa website, I called to make sure they had what I needed. The Napa associate was very friendly and helpful. Although she couldn't find the specific front brake pads I wanted (computer said they had a set in stock but she couldn't find them in inventory), she was able to help me pick out a different set. I couldn't make it to the store for several hours, so she offered to set both sets of brake pads aside for me, to ensure they wouldn't be sold before I got there. I got there half an hour before closing to pick up my parts. They were in a bag right behind the counter where the employee said she would put them. When I paid, a second employee rang me up. He was just as friendly as the lady. Both employees let me know if I ended up not needed the rear pads, I could bring them back in and they would issue a return for me. Great service all the way around.

There are no men that work there it's all women which is amazing! They need to rename the place to napa women lol

I love going to Napa, friendly helpful service, help carrying stuff from & to the car. Knowledgeable workers, that's always willing to help find the parts you need.
