I went into this location a week ago while visiting friends and I have always been a fan of O'Reillys, mostly because my step dad is a long time employee. However, I have never met such a rude associate in my life. Robin was too busy flirting with a man at the counter to pay attention to customers and touching up her makeup. Highly unprofessional when waiting to get assistance. I ended up leaving and going to Napa.

Great place to get parts. Nice rewards program. Staff friendly & helpful. Always able to check and charge batteries.

All the employees but 2 are either late everyday or while there at work, work on personal stuff instead of actually doing there job if I could rate any lower they would get a negative review. Also always selling people the wrong parts

My wife came in to get a key fob battery changed. They destroyed it and now I have to buy a whole new unit at about 250$. If you don't know what your doing keep your hands off of it.

So far any parts I ever needed where in stock, if not they would get it delivered by that evening...Advance just wants to run me to death, so I avoid them like a disease at this point.
