Had issues with my gfs car not starting, answering service was very nice and helpful. I was able to schedule a tow the following morning and was glad to have a professional driver handling it. Highly recommend!

Some of the rudest and most unfriendly people I d ever encountered in a professional environment. They never answer their phone and don t even have a voice mail set up, and come to find out from the smart Alec owner, the number the sheriffs office and Google have on file is their REPAIR SHOP in Mount Washington. They make you jump through hoops and hurdles just to retrieve your vehicle. It s a bogus scheme to get your money and they could care less about common courtesy and professionalism. If you are towed by these people, best of luck to you.

They don't answer the phones on weekends just to get more money out of the folks who get towed at the end of the week terrible front desk people

Terrible communication. No one answers the phone at all during operating hours. And their voicmail isn't set up.

Predatory towing company. Not to mention rude also. These people are not well-liked in Spencer county.

Called and set an appointment for a tow same day, but they never showed or called.... that was 3 days ago.
