I arrived at 7 am and knocked on the window. what the woman did not like. my appointment was at 9 am. and she specifically started giving doc doras to everyone, even those who have an 11 pm and 1.00 pm apppointment. and those who came after me

Quick loading about 45 minutes. Tandems slid back and drop trailer while loading. Bring in your 9 digit pick up number and broker's name.

Kingsford is a wonderful place, and the lady at the shipping window was absolutely the highlight of my experience!! Very kind, fast, and efficient!! Wish there were more like her at every shipping department!

It's not that glamorous because the people there did not let us in. But the tubes looked pretty cool making the coal.

Great people receiving shipping office open at 7am.. my appointment was at 9am checked at 7:20am check out at 8am

No appointment needed they take first come in order. But very fast and swift. Also big facility to overnight park. They start at eight am to unload. Just know you will be heavy 44 to 45 thousand. But never over weight just heavy. Love coming here.

No excuse for the shipping lady to be that rude. If she hates her life that much that s on her don t take it out on the rest of the world.

Easy to find and big enough lot to make it easy to get backed in and maneuver around. That's about the only upside to this place. The lady in the shipping and receiving office talked to the driver in front of me like he was a piece of trash. Come my turn, she still had a really crappy attitude and didn't seem like she enjoyed her job. Ran across another employee in the lot and did the normal Hey, how are ya and he just stared at me like I was below him. Kingsford might have good charcoal, but they need to work on their employees attitudes towards the drivers who help them keep their company moving. Without the drivers that you keep disrespecting, you wouldn't have a job to come to each day and wouldn't be able to provide for your family. That's all we're trying to do out here, make money to provide for our families. Companies that have employees like this place make it alot harder on us than it already is.

Instead of Open appointment, shipping and receiving open 7am to 3pm Central.Beware, starting last Monday, road is closed and bridge is out.Don't get off Cumberland Pkwy on to route 80 West. You will run into a horrible detour over country roads that's not fit for a semi.Instead, get off Cumberland Pkwy at route 90 East and take it directly to plant.No restroom onsite, just porta potty.Quick loading..

the woman who works at the shipping offices is so disgusting to the drivers, it's cold outside and she sees and knows that, and when you come to check in, she just looks and turns her head towards the computer and the driver waits for 20 minutes for her to ask him why he came, she's just DISGUSTING

Great place to deliver, off the beaten path , but a great scenic ride thru the hills. Twenty minutes to load. Friendly and professional service. Fairly easy to find.

1st hard to catch cell phone service. 2nd you need 8 digit pu# and broker company name.In n out 1 hr 30mins. No restrooms inside. If following gps you have to put Beaumont as city instead of summer shade. Overall allright place.
