Great Service,We had a break down late at night and when I called these guys they said that they could get me on the road the next morning. They delivered. They were very professional and nice and the rates were reasonable. I do recommend them.

Big Blue Tires is an amazing small, family business. They are extremely polite and their prices are very fair and competitively low. A rotate and balance took about 20 minutes and I had a nice conversation with the guy.

Jokers. Scratched all four new Toyota rims then wanted to paint them with rattle can. I insisted they buy one rim new because it was so bad and when they couldn't find it cheap only then did they allow me to order it, but refused to install it. Wouldn't want them putting a tire on a bicycle.

They put a plugged tire on my car when I bought a used tire, I understand that it s a used tire but I did not receive a receipt and when the tire was low 2 weeks later I had to purchase another used tire . And I knew it would do be no good to plea my case because without a receipt there s no proof. Very very disappointed!!!! Do not recommend getting used tires here!!!!!!!!

Took car to have valve stem repaired. As I was leaving, realized they had broken a stud. Turned around went back. They didn't have one. They told me to get one and they would fix it. Went back, they were busy. Made appointment. Went back and 'he' was out. Made another appointment. Went back and 'he' was out. The fourth time it was fixed but sounded worse. Went straight back and waited an hour. Talked to owner and all I got was a deer in the headlights look. Got it fixed elsewhere. Oh, they did charge 20 to replace the stud they had broken. That's okay. Sorry for the long post but this was a 5 day ordeal

Just driving through and needing a tire shop, we got lucky with Big Blue Tires. Our sensor came on for a low tire, so we pulled in and asked if we could get it checked. The guy working was instantly willing to help us out. He was honest, quick, and very friendly. He aired up all our tires and got us back on the road quickly. Thanks Big Blue Tires for the help.

UPDATE!! May 20th, 2021...I went back and purchased 4 new tires from them. Very happy with the price and they were promptly mounted and balanced.Needed a used tire today for my truck, so I stopped at Big Blue Tires, were they promptly showed me several different ones to choose from, pulled my truck in right away after I found the one I wanted, mounted, balanced and out the door in less than an hour for less than 30 bucks. I will definitely shop there again.

Called in advance to make sure we could get in. Got there at 1 and they said it would be a few minutes. An hour and a half later we asked again only to be told that there was 5 cars in front of us and it would be a couple hours. Do not recommend to anyone who is in a hurry or has kids with them. With that being said the tires were priced to sell.

Got 2 decent used tires,(mounted and balanced), put on the back of my Mercedes SLK for a decent price and was extremely happy with the service there as well--until I got home and realized that the technician had replaced my very pricey, black titanium, "Mercedes Benz" valve stem covers with cheap plastic odd balls!!! When I called them to complain, they did look for my valve stem covers but only found one of them!!! If I had known that I would have to replace those stupid, expensive a$# valve stem covers along with the tires, I probably would have been better off just buying two BRAND NEW tires!!!

Great staff. Dale is a honest man that will try to help get you the best tire he can find. Has a big selection of new and used tires. Does oil changes,tire alignments, and more.

I like the workers but they changed the price of the tire swap, saying the woman up front said that was the price. She had no idea why they were charging me more. Watch some of em they will take more than they are supposed to. But overall I like the place.

Charge too much, took 3 hours for an alignment the first time i had ever gone there. Then had passenger side front and back wheel bearings replaced, they kept my car from 11 am one morning to about 12 the next day, and still failed to plug my abs sensor back up. I took it back and they just hooked my car up to the scanner but did NOT check to see if he left the sensor unplugged. Then my dad had to crawl under the car and found that s what was wrong with it. Will not take my car back (:

Do not go here!! Would not even give a star if that were an option. We were there for over 5 hours to get 4 tires and an alignment. That was after we had already been there twice and told to come back. We will never be back.

By far the cheapest place to get new and or used tires and they have several sizes. I needed 215/45 r17 they had it and at a GREAT price!!

Waited 3.5 hours to have 1 tire changed while I watched numerous people come in after me, be waited on, then leave before me. Staff was rude and a little disrespectful with the exception of 1 worker.

Bunch of good paperwork there work with you on timing as far as getting up there and getting them on and stuff and I gave you a week on used tires if you have any problem more than I can say for a lot of other used tire shops

I went for an alignment and there was a problem with my wheel bearing and they ordered and replaced it for me. It took a little while to get my truck in to begin with though.
