The folks here got me in and out within 45 minutes for a repair that was estimated to take an hour or more at the shops in Lexington. On top of that, they even beat the lowest quote by nearly $100! The service is amazing, folks are friendly, and they ll make sure your needs are addressed. You ve earned all my future business, even if I have to drive an hour to get here. Thanks!

Called to see if they could work on an old dodge van and was told to bring it. We had it towed there, for $250. When we checked on it 2 weeks later we were asked to bring a battery in.The issue was the computer. Advised the van was hurting the looks of their lot. We are out $500 for nothing. Will not recommend to anyone. Even spoke to the owner who never offered to help.

Since moving here 4 years ago I was amazed at the service I got on my other vehicles. Recently I traded in a truck and bought a new SUV. The deal has settled and I've looked everything over and am completely happy dealing with their sales. Now I have more great service to look forward to that I already know to trust!

Gonna have to say WOW! Incredible service for what little I spent on a touch up paint pen. First one was too light - right number so not their fault (prob bad batch); the boss came out and looked at it and had the parts man reorder one for me. This kind of service will cause me to shop here more often - THANK YOU BOSS MAN!

Bought a 2017 Pacifica today and will have to say this was one the best experiences at buying a vehicle me and my wife have had. No pressure and haggling. Ronnie took care of us from start to finish there was no going back and forth to a sales manager. He took the time to see what was the best financing he could find and didn't get upset when I found financing myself. He even drove our trade in and appraised it. Where are you going to find that these days. This is small town dealership at its best. Since I live 100 miles away I probably won't use their service department, but I can highly recommend them if you want to go in not feel any pressure and make a deal you'll be satisfied with.

Worked with Ronnie on a truck for a couple days, he was a nice guy. When I got there I gave them some money down. They pulled the truck around and I looked it over and it had a few scratches on it. I went in and asked if they may be able to buff them out and touch it up, I then said if they couldn't I may not want it. The owner over herd me and he raised his voice at me and said come out here and show me. He said you are buying a used truck, I then told him yeah I know I am but it's $31000 wouldn't you want to make sure it how you would like. The whole time he was being rude. He said I don't know if they can. I told him that was fine he could just give me my money back and I would go on. He said you will have to come back tomorrow. I said well just mail it, said no you will have to come get it. He said you have wasted 2 hours of my salesmens time. He said you can just leave and not come back, I told him he didn't have to worry I would be back to get my money and that I would find a truck somewhere else where they know how to treat customers because I am the customer and this is not how you treat one. Long story short I would not recommend any one to go to this lot because the owner is very rude and thinks he has the only vehicles for sale.So I went there this morning and he had the state police there like he thought I was going to say or do something. That's real customer service right there. The owner is just plane rude and if I was everyone I would stay away!

Darrell was able to get me in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I absolutely love that Jeep. Darrel & Ronnie we re great to work with & so nice. This is my second Jeep from Tanner Dodge & we will never go anywhere else. The service guys are great too. Everyone that works here is awesome. Great place!! I ll never go anywhere else.

Very friendly people. Seems to be very honest. I would recommend them if you are looking for a Jeep. This was 3 years ago. Today I say they are liars, cheats and not trustworthy. I bought my second vehicle here and the owner told me that the 3 oil changes I bought on my last jeep would transfer over. Went for my first oil change and the owner said he didn't know what I was talking about. I will NEVER go back here and I told that I should have been given the jeep wave for 3 free oil changes and didn't get that either. LIARS go somewhere else!!

My wife and I have purchased 5 vehicles from Tanner Dodge. The owner and sales staff are great to deal with. Of all the places I have dealt with Tanner Dodge makes purchasing quick, you won't,spend all day. The service department is very,knowledgeable and efficient. It is certainly worth your time to pay a visit,to,Tanner Dodge!

I had a key made from the dealer by vin number after they got ahold of it I had to replace the fuse box and the computer because the fried it not knowing what they was doing when they called me to pick it up they told me that it wouldn t start they had no clue what was going on with it so I had someone go tow it they fixed the fuse box I put different parts on it because it wouldn t shift it was stuck in 3 rd gear now the mechanic is putting a new computer in it.They need experienced mechanics in their level of auto care.I will never recommend anyone to deal with them.

If you are looking for a new car, go to Tanner Chrysler in Stanton, KY. They are friendly, treat you well, have good deals. You could not ask for a better dealership.

They want to charge 10% tax when you can go up the road and get charged 6% taxs thats just bad for them to do people that way
