Sold me wrong part - I offered model + serial numbers, parts clerk said he didn't need the serial number, WRONG !! And charged a $12:00 SVC fee , for what ?? Holbrook doesn't charge a SVC fee ! Can't even get a Good Morning or a Thank you outta these people, Ya got your last penny from me !

Service is horrible. Only person who you can actually communicate with and is friendly is the parts guy. Everyone else is hateful and rude. They over charge for inadequate service. We had a tractor over there for over a year. All we needed was reverse replaced in the transmission. Went to pick the tractor up and it was in worse shape then when it was dropped off. When confronted about the situation they became confrontational. Needless to say we will not be doing any service threw them

I have been here several times and the clerks have been rude every time. I can t always afford to buy tractor parts on the spot, but I certainly don t need a clerk acting like I wasted his time looking them up. It is literally his job to look up price and availability of tractor parts.*Covid note: no masks being worn and the bathroom was out of order so I could not wash my hands.
