Employee was very rude . Called before we went and he got smart . Then got smart when we ask for a price check. My husband had just found out he had two weeks to live and then we have to face this! I was highly upset

had called yesterday to order a part they said it would be there by morning the next day and they would call us. never received a call so we call and they said it would be there by 2:30 so we call at 2:30 to find out they never even ordered our part. would have ordered somewhere else if knowing this was the service we was gonna receive.

Store 7531Employees Conner and RyanVery upbeat funny highly outgoing employees. Quick service great quality. They were helpful on getting me the right parts. They are 1000% better than O Reillys not in just employees but Quality of parts. Will be back.

Received excellent customer from a gentleman (manager?) named Steven. Looked up the parts I needed and rang me up in no time. Even gave some tips and recommendations for our little old car. Will go out of my travels to visit this location again.

I went in to get a new battery for my car. Employee named Ryan came out and changed the battery for me. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about vehicles in general

Had car issues, radiator hose busted, and was out of town two hours away and it was late caught them right when they were about to close and got help with my vehicle if it weren t for this store and the great manager who came out personally to my car and helped me I would never had made it home I d recommend this store.

I went to return a set of brake pads that i purchased at the nicholasville branch which ended up being wrong & get the correct set- but the employee glanced at the box, ignored the receipt & said, "not our parts" & walked away! Another employee grudgingly refunded my $$ & once i had it in my hand i had words with the original employee: total bad experience!

One of the worst places I've been. Wasted gas taking something back that they said I could return with in 30 day's but of course they didn't sell the part that I brought back in the box with the receipt

Usually is a good place to go. I went to ask if they could look at the door briefly to tell me what parts they though I needed but a very heavy man that was sitting down the entire time said to bring it to a shop which clearly I was there to avoid going to a shop. His words were " we don't do nothing like that. We can sell you parts but can't diagnose anything." Now tell me what hooking up the check engine computer to my vehicle is? Yeah diagnosing. He could have taken all of thirty seconds to look at it at the least to look at it to see if I needed door bushings or a new pin but no. That will be the last time I go to an advanced Auto because clearly the people working there have no knowledge about vehicles and their only ability is to just " sell me the parts." I can go online and get a computer to sell me the parts for half the price I was looking for a little knowledge but won't find it at this store.

The sweetest little girl (Halie) helped me get everything I needed. I was really shocked at how much knowledge she had lol. I would not want to talk cars with her. I'm afraid she would embarrass me.

Maybe need more staff, or maybe I just got there the wrong time, but I only saw 2 employees (with masks on their chins) 1 was with helping a customer outside while the other was helping a customer at the cash register while answering THREE calls for inventory checks.

We have bought all our parts at this store since they opened.My husband bought a distributor here that had a lifetime replacement they will not honor it bc the part number had changed..SMH don't buy here if you have to take parts back they will find a way of getting out of it..will NO LONGER go here to buy parts..
