I was here a few weeks ago. I walked in and was welcomed with a warm greeting and a smile. The store was clean and the iles were all organized and inventory put away. I didn't have any trouble finding what I was looking for. The staff is super eager to help out yesterday I passed by and half the associates, looked like they were outside helping customers with things. Way to go guys. 5 Stars.

I had boat trailer wheel bearing problems and broke down in the parking lot of this store, I went in and explained my problem and the manager himself ( David ) came out in the parking lot and basically repaired the problem himself in a way to get me home... David went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate it!

I go in this place week to week and I wanna say this the man I believe his name is David is the best they got. David is always there to help each person and the reason why me and my family go there is because of his great service to us.

I had the best experience there. I came in with a serious car issue. I was helped immediately by a very nice girl working there. Given the seriousness of my problem with the car, I proceeded to explain it to a man who works there named David. He began testing various things on my car and found the problem. Because of his great knowledge, helpfulness, and friendliness, I purchased what I needed. My car was fixed!!!! This man deserves a raise/promotion! I WILL be back! Plus, I'll be recommending your store to everyone.

Ricky was extremely helpful and very courteous. He put oil in my car for me and when I tried to tip him and politely refused even after I insisted. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee.

Let me start with customer service was great and timely. However I came in for a windshield wiper. The gentleman helping me was nice but struggled with my drivers side to put it on. I was on my campbellsville but I didn t get but a few miles down the road before the drivers side came flying off. Can t exactly stop in a 55 with a line of cars behind me with no shoulder because of road construction. I safely made it to Campbellsville, stopped at their oReilly s, explained my situation and because I didn t have the windshield that flew off I couldn t warranty it out. So I had to buy another one . 60 dollars wasted. Guess I need to learn to put them on myself instead or get the cheap ones so it s not a total loss

They had what I needed and it cost 20% more than the other stores. Be prepared to walk the counter guy through what you need because they aren't the most experienced.......

My purchases were taken care of as quickly as possible. I don't like policy that the phone has to be answered while you're waiting on a customer in the store and making the customer in the store have to wait. Those auto parts store make their Clark's answer the phone priority higher than cash customer in front of them. It's not fair to be standing there and the phone has to be answered rudely interrupting the customer standing in the store. It is a policy that the employees of the auto parts store have to answer the phone and put the customer in the store on hold.

We're a huge fan of O'Reilly and so we do shop there more than any other auto supply. They're knowledgeable and willing to help you with something as simple as changing your wiper blades. Thanks O'Reilly's

We received the wrong starter on accident. So. Let's take it off,put one one, take it off,put one on again. Anyways they attempted to correct the problem and gave us a name brand starter with a lifetime guarantee. That's pretty cool in my book....
