If I could leave NO stars I would.. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!MY sister in law took her car In for her Cadillac converter to be taken off.. they told her it was stopped up, it took them 3 hours and 57 dollars to take it off. Upon looking at the converter it's completly white and u can blow right through it.. and to top it all it wasn't even the RIGHT ONE. They took one off their shelf and gave her that and kept hers.hers was worth at least 300 to 350 dollars for resale. ..Then she gets a mile down the road to work and NOW her transmission is completely OUT... it won't do nothing her brother came and towed her car back to our house and upon looking at it the transmission is totally out. We have called and they won't even come look at it and make it right they are just saying it was fine when it left there and his Mechanic of course denies even touching anything but the converter.. so now my sister in law has NO car and might even lose her job!! They messed up her transmission

If I could give negative stars I would, this is the worse place I have ever been to in my life, I called for an oil change the woman on the phone said $60 and it would be about 30mins, well 2 1/2 hours later my car was done and it was $90! I go to drive my car off the hill and I hear something dragging the ground, they didn t put my pins back in my underpinning, so here I go back up there and the man told me that all my pins was broke but he d do something to fix it, 3 days later my grandpa was finally able to get to look at it they zip tide it back up cause I broke all my pins this is on a 2022 car.

They took excellent care of me did a good job on my brakes and definitely gave me a good price they also picked my truck up from Hatfield Hideout campground, Brian was very nice and honest!! I definitely recommend them!!!

Took van in for wheel alignment and they claimed they couldn't do it due to needing new tires. Look it up on Google. Worn tires do not affect alignment. Won't give them any other chances to work on anything.

I had taken my car to this place and asked for them to please check the front end out because it shakes bad, my husband asked that they check the motor and check it out for a tune up as the car hasn't been drove in about a year. They came back with the only thing it needed was 2 tires and brakes all the way around. We paid over $600.00 for that, as I drive it home, it shook so bad, just as bad as it did ehen i took it to them....so I called them, they said bring it back and we will look at it, I did and all 4 wheels were bent, they fixed that and the car run like a dream. I have had the car back for about 3 days and noticed how bad it was knocking.... I get it home a realized there was not a drop of oil in it. I say all this to say, had they just looked at the whole car like we had asked, none of this would have happened. They are very nice people, but I won't be taking my car back there because apparently they just don't do what you ask them too.

I needed my tires balanced and stopped in to let them check it out. This joke of a place told me my brand new tires were "out of round." I took it to a different shop and my tires were fine. They balanced my tires wrong and tried to sell me new ones. This place is full of nothing but crooks!!! DO NOT let them work on your vehicle. They scratched my wheels all to pieces.

Excellent service, great people, plus you're supporting a local family that's been here for generations. Highly recommend these guys. They have earned my trust that this is the ONLY place I take my vehicle for anything I need!

They are very courteous and do superb work. There the choice for my truck. And there ASE certified which is a requirement for the warranty I have on my Honda Ridgeline

I have used this location fro my last two oil changes. They are always friendly and professional. I plan on coming back to South Side Auto to buy my next set of tires.
