Had a great experience with the service here. They told care of me when I need a headlight replaced in my car. Could not get much nicer people there. I will be going back when needing anything else

AutoZone is my go to for parts ya can't wait for I used to buy from there regardless but nowa days it's just too expensive to get some stuff at any store really if it can wait or some times even if it can't still has to but I always check first to see if the price is right! I wish they could get a lil closer to the online pricing love to start spending my money's with some local folks again nit far as it goes when I do get to go in they always help me or make sure I have wat I need and get me the rite parts the first time and they have a few but thi guy loved my veteran status and I appreciate that when I am out means a lot to kno some ppl still have our backs! So four five stars all day erry day zoned autos

This place has always given me the best prices. Eric, one of the mangers was a huge help. Was very knowledgeable and assisted me with the best parts for the right price. I will definitely shop there again! Thank you Autozone!

The manager wasn t helpful this morning I talked to a person over the phone who said they do change out batteries but once I got there and I asked the manager if he could just check to be 100 percent sure that it was my battery so he did and he was like yeah it s the battery but we don t change out batteries I said I thought u guys did and he said no we can t be reliable, if something happened and told me to go to other places to check to see if they would have a better price so I did, then I came back to buy the battery and was greeted by two young fellow, who actually helped and actually change my battery for me! I think the manager didn t want to do his job

I once thought autozone had better quality parts since they have lifetime warranty on some of their parts.. but I now know its all imported trash.. just relabled. Best to just shop around n get the best price. Chances are it's made by same manufacturer anyways

Package was shipped to wrong location, having to track down numbers to figure out how to get my package back to me . Other then that, everything seemed nice and chill inside the store .

Always have what I'm looking for and if they don't have it they get it as fast as they can.Friendly hometown workers who are willing to help you find exactly what you want.Never had a bad experience at all with this store I recommend it for everyone who comes into the area.

If I could give them no stars I would I called needing help because my battery was dead and I explained the issue and the guy's response on the phone was it's 0 degrees I'm not going to put a battery in for you so I don't know what you're going to do. Worst customer service ever it's good to know when you truly need help this store is not willing to help their customers.

Was clean and workers were friendly. The prices on a few things was a little bit more than I expected from an auto place, compared to like walmart, example boosting cables, Cheaper at Walmart, but all in all was nice place.

Some slight communication issues between prices over the telephone and in store. Pay before you pickup to avoid this issue. Store is clean staff is competent. Over good experience. They are attempting to practice Social Distancing.

Was just here to return a alternator, they said they didn t have the money to refund me . Seriously, go to the bank and ensure you have enough change. I just wasted 2 hours or my day to make a return (with a receipt). And they said they didn t have the money in the drawer to do a return (it was only $120)

Better store than Advance, which is right next to it. Overall the store has a better broader selection of product. I haven't bought any parts such as wheel bearings, alternators, etc from AutoZone so no idea of quality of such things.

This store is open and clean. Staff is helpful. Pricing is better than the Advance next door and the staff is knowledgeable and seems to genuinely want to help customers when they come in. They do seem short staffed at times.

Not from here... where I come from prices are a lot cheaper for the better quality item's and they sell the more budget itemsNot much in stock and the stuff they have to get from the warehouse takes days instead of 2 hoursThere response was denial but everything I said is true I shop AutoZone for over 10 years and a fact is a fact

The store is great. I'm more of a NAPA man, but if you're in the need for oil or 5.1 brake fluid Auto Zone has you covered.
