Called the store for a needed part to complete a radio replacement. Was told on the phone that the part was $16.00. When I arrived at the store they jacked the price to $29.00. I could have ordered it on-line for $13.00 days prior from Amazon. But I was willing to pay a few bucks more and shop local. I needed the part for this weekend to complete my installation. Due to their Extreme pricing hiking, I will never cross their door step again.

They did an amazing job putting my sub setup in I did not expect to see literally no wires and they were pretty quick for how good they did and the price honestly isn t high at all for how amazing the quality was they know what there doing and they are very respectful people.

I have done business with these guys for several years. Very knowledgeable and always on the edge of the latest technology and products. Prices are very reasonable when you consider you get what you pay for. Brian and Justin are honest, knowledgeable, hard working guys! There is no one I would trust more with my home and vehicle audio needs, and that's coming from an old audiophile who use to do his own car audio installations! I may have installed my own car audio equipment, but I always bought all of it from these guys!

Their really nice people. The only thing is I think is the prices could come down a little bit..Plus I had a remote start intalled and they never told me that my alarm would not work on the remote start until after I done payed them. But I love my remote startup. Best this ever.

Had two smart screens installed in the back of my Navigator seats today. Very professional install! Kids are so happy now. Even came with Bluetooth headphones! Thanks Xtreme!

Got new speakers put in by these guys. They did an amazing job and did it at a great price! I'm definitely coming back to get my car tinted. All the workers are friendly and very helpful

I went there for an estimate for window tinting on my car. The man up front was so rude. It seemed as though he didn t want to deal with working with a woman. Was very short with me, made me feel very uncomfortable. Told him I would let him know, but I knew, I would never be doing business with them! Went to Detailtech on Pumphouse Rd. and they treated me with respect and kindness and a great price,. I would definitely recommend Detailtech!! The work they did was A+!

Got my windows tinted and they are flawless. And they were super fast. Highly recommended. I scheduled my daughters car for a tint soon.

Cool place! Although I don t know much about stereos and speakers.. They fixed my phone! They were very kind to me, it felt comfortable there! The person who fixed it also accidentally took a picture, which is a little funny to me! They fixed it very nicely though, I really appreciate them! Here s the photo they took by the way lol

They put my car stereo in and set everything up for me. They gave me a great deal and actually went ahead and replaced a few extra parts that needex it for no extra charge. They did a great job and my stereo is still working like new.10/10.

Not very Xtreme for a business. When your business is tinting windows and you cant even do that. Was told to bring my car by and they would look at it. they didnt even bother to come out and look at the car i wasted a trip for nothing. They simply said "no". Apparently there are some tint jobs they just cant do. I recomend going to some one who can tint anything and everything.

Had a boat radio issue. Called and they got us in immediately. Had part fixed within 30 minutes. Probably the best customer service in that business we've ever had. Robbie saved the weekend!

Beware of what you are told here.. I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler and asked about having a new radio installed to replace the factory radio. After a few minutes. I was told by an employee that there was only one radio that would fit in my Jeep other than the factory models. And if I wanted to replace the factory radio I would have to buy a $1,500 radio that they sold and it would cost over $3,000 including installation. It turns out that there are at least five different radio systems that can be installed in a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. Last week I had a Kenwood excelon installed in my Wrangler.. but I had to go to Autosound in Lexington to get it done. So like I said, be careful with this business!!!

I've been dealing with Xtreme Audio for many years.... Brian has always done great quality work. The Xtra money is worth the highest quality results in the area. If you want window tinting better get an appointment way in advance though.

Cannot believe a wire harness for a 2005 is almost 100 bucks what the heck although it was high we still got it because it's my sons 18th Birthday today ... It was good service the men were really nice

I've got some good deals here but you have to watch out because I've caught these guys in lies about how long it takes to fix a phone screen and sometimes they overprice things to ridiculous amounts. ($400 to install speakers) I can assure you that it is easier to do it yourself than to pay that much. They have sold me used things at reasonable price though ($200 Alpine 5 channel amp, $60 1 farad memphis capacitator) All in all I will return here but you got to keep your eyes on certain things.

Had a radio and amp installed in a boat. Left place thankfully wife wanted to go to j c penny's. Cause I got in boat to listen and they didn't turn the amp up at all took it back to store they fixed it then. Went to use my boat for first time since and they didn't turn toggle switch off after fixing the amp so battery completely dead couldn't go boating at all for day on my holiday week !!!

Called to set up an appointment for window tinting. Was told not to even bring in the car cause they could do 2 cars in the time it took to remove old tint to add new.... REALLY????
