Really great place to buy a good used car or truck. I found my truck online. Called Orion Thomas and set up an appointment to look and drive. No pressure what so ever to buy. Even told me they would look for a certain model truck if needed. I drove the truck they had and loved it decided to purchase. Wildcat really makes it easy and enjoyable to buy a vehicle. Would definitely recommend!

They didn't have that much of a selection of used pickup trucks. But what can I expect around tax season? They seem to be very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience even though I didn't get what I was looking for on highly. Recommend stopping in and seeing what they have to offer if you're in the market for used vehicle.

I purchased a Chevy Truck from Wildcat Used Cars. I live in Colorado, which made things challenging. I have known Perry Johnson and Ricky Thomas for over 25 years. I have worked with them professionally as colleagues as well as a client purchasing autos. I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional people. While the process took longer than i would have liked, it was no fault of the guys at Wildcat. 10/10 will recommend to everyone looking for a good quality used car. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, including staying nearly 3 hours after closing to get everything finalized. Jordan was excellent, and answered all of our questions as quickly as possible. Thanks Wildcat!

Went to several lots looking for a newer minivan to replace our aging one. Went to Wildcat and Chunk Valentine listened to what we wanted and didn t stop until we were satisfied. He was more than helpful and willing to help. We left with a newer minivan that we like and got a really good deal. Would recommend and intend to do more business with them in the future.

I visited there when they were closed. They have the nicest and cleanest looking inventory that I ever seen. Not to mention a wide variety to choose from. I sell cars in Florida. I have to admit they have a better looking selection of trucks that you will find anywhere. I ve known Rick for 9 years. Straight up guy. You definitely want to go visit Ricky before you make a buying decision. You won t regret it.

I highly recommend Wildcat Used Cars. I had a very good experience there. Seth Jones was my salesman, and he was very patient with us. We took our time picking out a car, and he did not rush us. He answered all our questions. Also, I like that they have a warranty on all their cars. Most used car lots do not do that.

I have bought 2 cars within the past year and a half. I am most impressed with Orion Thomas drive and energy to get the deal completed. The finance department was very professional and answered all questions. The Thomas family has earned my car business for any future purchases.

No haggling. I went in with one car in mind, had some minor things I was concerned about, it was addressed but actually they put me in a newer car, same make and model at the same cost. I would highly recommend!

Three years ago stopped at Wildcats used cars in Somerset Ky and salesperson was Orion who assisted me in trying out trucks to find the correct one. Last summer took my son to trade his Altima for a newer car. Orion helped and after check out 2 cars, Orion showed him a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. It was exactly what Travis wanted and Orion worked out the deal and got a good trade for his Altima. For any sales need I highly recommend Orion. Wildcats has full service department and utilize it as well and they are expanding to serve their autos and all surrounding areas. Been there and they do a great job! Will continue being a customer and working with Orion.

I wouldn t waste your time with this place. My wife had came here and they did 15 hard inquiries on her credit. Most car places are able to do a soft pull and give you an idea.

I am writing in regard to Wildcat Used Cars LLC located at 4469 South Hwy 27, Somerset KY 425501. I am very disappointed, and frustrated with how my family has been treated, please let me explain.I purchased my apple red 2013 F150 Ford, extended cab at the end of April of this year. Derrick was our sales representative. We $2,500 down and financed the remaining 17K, my credit isn t the best, so I got a high interest rate, it took me several months to save up and finally decide on what vehicle to be my daily driver.On the test drive, I noticed smoke coming from the passenger side tire, I was informed that the truck had a small oil leak, and it would be fixed before signing all the final paperwork.Let s fast-forward a little, the oil leak did not get fixed as promised and documented on the paperwork, even after bringing it back 3 separate times and having to make other arrangements for transportation. At one point it took 7 days before I was able to get my truck back.Since then, the throttle body went out, and I almost wrecked into another vehicle because as you know the truck doesn t stop when the throttle body doesn t work. I have replaced the front right wheel bearing, front and back brakes, and the back tires. This truck is a LEMON and I have tried to go back to the dealership (Wildcat Used Cars) and have spoken with office managers who assured me that they would help make this right.My credit score is not the best and their way of helping me was running my credit report again (more inquires against me bring my score down even more) to see how they could work numbers for me to trade the truck in, go upside down and try to finance another truck with the remaining balance.Fast forward again, this truck has been nothing but problems. I just paid another $900 to Bent Wrench Auto Repair who informed me that they found multiple cylinder miss timing phaser codes oxygen sensor codes and catalylist codes. They replaced the ignition system, spark plugs, R&R with coil boots. Replaced the vapor canister, purge solenoid, purge valve, and replaced the hydraulic system (vacuum pump).I have barely had this truck for 6 months, am I sure you now understand my frustration and disappointment. I have spent a fortune on making repairs that the dealership knew about and sold it to me anyways. As stated before, this is a Lemon Vehicle, and I am stuck making thousands of dollars worth of repairs and I really don t have that kind of money.I am a hard-working female and feel like I have been taken advantage of. Please do not ask my opinion about how they do business. I asked them to buy the truck back from me and help me get into another vehicle or just give me the down payment back so I could find something reliable elsewhere. That has not happened nor has any kind of resolution been offered by the dealership. I have receipts, text phone conversations, and more to prove everything stated above is TRUE!

I went to try and trade my vehicle to something newer i still owe on my vehicle so, i knew before i even went that whatever they offered for mine they would add the remaining in to whatever vehicle i got. for one i went and wanted a certain vehicle they had on the lot but i didnt qualify for it for two the vehicle i did qualify for was 8,000 more dollars then the one i wanted. never understood how i qualified for a much higher vehicle and when asked how i qualified for a much higher vehicle no one said a word
