They do a good job. I don't like being coerced into buying something my car needs or doesn't need. It happens here but I ignore it because I like the service. I cannot see paying for a transmission fluid change if the transmission filter isn't changed. Still, I like how quickly it is to get in/out.

This was the first time coming here. Up to this point, I have gone to my dealer's. service department.Eddy got me checked and it was no time at all till the oil was changed and tires rotated. He saw I was a veteran and made sure I received my 15% discount. Thank you to all for a great experience.

If 5.8 quarts of oil even at synthetic is over a hundred dollars with no filter,not checking tire pressure or any other fluids I will be taking my car elsewhere..

The staff was very friendly and so very helpful when I broke down in Somerset KY. Got a oil change and all fluids topped off with a $15.00 discount.

Overall, pretty good experience. There was quite a wait and they took awhile rotating my tires and changing the oil and forgot to install the valve stem caps, but everyone was very polite and nice and professional. I will be going there again, even if there's a wait. Nice people

Very thorough! They changed my oil, air filter, and windshield wipers. They also let me know some things I could have done on another visit. The best part is they gave me 10% off my total!

Friendly staff and relatively fast,it depends on what time of day you are there. I've been getting my oil changed here for many years. Price is similar to other oil change locations.

Had my oil changed, transmission fluid flushed, rear differential flushed, radiator flushed and wipers replaced on my 31 ft motorhome! Location in front of lowes. These guys treated me like family will always go here thank you guys! It's not always about price it's about convenience and having well qualified guys on your team. They need help!! Waited 40 mins before waited on.. we asked them to shut our hood and we left... don't know how to respond to owners reply but it was just a regular oil change the young man even said.. I worked there before u bought the place and know all about how to do it.. standing around isn't how

We have been coming to this location by Walmart for a long time service was quick and the staff was great. Now that it has changed we waited for so long we decided to time the oil change. For one oil change it took over 30 min. For them to have so much staff why does it take so long. Seem to be a lot of standing around and talking and not getting the job done.Service: Oil change

On 12/8/2022 I had to call the store because my daughter was in line waiting to get her oil changed and she text me with concern and when she moved forward the gentlemen began to help her. Before they had quoted her the price for the oil change they already had her hood up and from what she says she could tell they had already dumped her oil out to ready for the oil change before she even agreed to anything in price. At this point the gentleman told her the price would be $97.00 and that's price included a $25 off special they were running. She told me this and I was flabbergasted at the cost of full synthetic oil and a filter for a 2015 Kia Sorento V6. I them called the Valvoline number and got a representative that gave me a quote of $56.00 after the $25 off special they were running for a full synthetic oil change and filter. At this point I told the lady what I was really doing was comparing what she quoted me and what my daughter was being charged ta that moment in line at the store and she couldn't give me any straight answer other than to connect me with the actual oil change center in Somerset. I was unable to speak with anyone that afternoon because it was near closing time. The representative said my daughter ordered a special "European oil" and a premium filter and that was why the cost was some much different. I told her that thier was no way anyone was gonna make me believe that my daughter asked for a "premium filter and European oil". I believed that she was just being railroaded because she was a woman and driving a nice car so they suspected she probably had money to spare, which she does not, and that she wouldn't care about the cost. Now I am not the kind of parent who interferes into my daughters business affairs, but she's 6 months pregnant and very hormonal so she was afraid if she confronted the guy about the price she may start crying and become embarrassed so she chose not to say anything. I spoke with the manager the next day and he seemed genuinely concerned that my daughter felt like she was overcharged even with him being the one who did her information at the time of the oil change. I explained to him that she was not expecting to pay nearly $100 to change the oil and filter in her SUV. And I asked him what they would have done being that they dumped her oil before they gave her any price. And he said that if she didn't have the money to cover the full cost they would have worked out something to lower the price. He apologized multplie times for making her feel uncomfortable enough not to say anything when she felt like the price was inflated. I explained to him that he needed to be more noticing of signs that people feel like the price is to high and yet are to afraid of confrontation to say anything, and to always give an exact price before the oil is ever removed from the vehicle. Because once the oil is removed it makes people feel that they have to pay irregardless. And to also ask them more than once if they are comfortable with the cost rather than just tell them the price and when nothing is said just to go ahead with the oil change. He acted like he was guinenely concerned about his customers feelings and how upset my daughter was. He said he was gonna send her a free oil change voucher for her next oil change. I just called my daughter and as of the writing of this, 12/24/2022 @ 9:50pm, my daughter has not received her voucher for a free oil change.**Update** my daughter finally got her FREE Valvoline oil change in the mail on 1/20/2023, almost 2 months after her initial visit to the shop. But at least she got it before here next oil change is due.

Friendly service . Tries to sell a lot of extras as oil change is taking place. But that's ok. FYI. Always check under your vehicle for leaking oil after change. I got a filter there that the seal had split. After I got home from the change I moved my car to go somewhere and I noticed oil on ground. Thinking it was where they had spilled it on my car. A few days later my oil light came on. There was no oil in my car . I put oil in it and went back to Valvoline. They looked and then showed me the filter with the black ring split. Oil was put back in my Saturn and a new filter.That was a very close call on blowing up my car and I love my car. I really felt I should have gotten the next oil change free for all my trouble and mental worrying that it damaged car . It was not intentional it just happened. What I'm saying is after any oil change watch under your vehicle for oil drops .

For a full synthetic oil change (6 quarts) My bill was $118! I have never paid more than $65 for an oil change. I do use Full synthetic oil which is more expensive but again I ve never paid anywhere near that amount for an oil change! Wow! They did give me a $10 quote coupon however that brought it down to $108.09. I understand inflation etc. but this is not the price at other oil change pits or locations. The men that were working were friendly and very helpful. I was just stopping in to get my fluids checked and they were quick and did not charge me a cent. Also gave me helpful advice. I highly recommend them and will be servicing my car there next time. Thanks guys.

$100 and waiting over an hour for a simple oil change? Yikes! Won't be back. They bought out the old Pit Stop Oil Change in front of Lowes and Best Western on 27. Definitely not the same prices or service.

These guys were pulling things out of my car that I didn't even know existed. Totally professional, and respectful. In today's world where it seems customer service has fallen by the waist side, I was pleasantly surprised on my trip to Valvoline. All people working in customer service should stop in and take notes. These guys really know what customer service is all about. I wanted to leave a tip.

Been a loyal customer for a few years now they went corporate and took away all the loyalty punch card discounts. I save a lot of money having 3 cars serviced here. Sitting in my work vehicle for over an hour now waiting in line. As if a guy in a work vehicle doesn't have actual work to do. Total disregard, I hope the company pulls this account. They need to legally be forced to remove the word instant from the sign. This is NOT an instant oil change.

Pretty good service. Friendly personnel. They are very thorough and offer a wide variety of services other than just oil change. I think they're a little expensive but I think oil changes everywhere are too expensive. This was my first trip here and I will be a returning customer.

My family have been using them for years. Nice to know if I use a valve line out of state they will have my info . However I just changed my own oil and found the oil filter was much smaller than the one I got to replace. Quick. Service. Under new ownership now. So they stopped the punching of the Keychain, with each oil change. They did honor the half off on key chain I had. But only this last time. So that' sucks. Regular conventional oil change is now 48.99 plus tax. Shew.

If I could have added stars I would have! Valvoline Instant Oil Change is a great place to have your oil changed, and an awesome value! The staff is both knowledgeable and Very courteous. Another thing I love about them is that you can stop in anytime and have all of your fluids and tire pressure checked and topped off at no charge whatsoever! I can't say enough good things about this business!!

Called to get info on getting oil change and pricing. When I got there they didn t even have oil for my vehicle. I had to wiggle my way back out of line and go buy my own oil! How does an oil change store NOT carry oil?!? When I returned I was 4th in line when I was next to begin with! After all this inconvenience nothing was any cheaper! I will never go to another place again to get my oil changed. I will always use Valvoline from now on! They walked me through everything they did, they were very thorough and the friendliest staff!
