I've had quite the interesting experience with this car lot. I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 here. I bought the truck and I drove it home. The check engine light came on so I contacted the car lot and they told me to bring it back and they would take a look and see what might be wrong with it. They call me a few days later and said it was ready for pick up. I go and pick it up and drove it home and then the check engine light came on again. I took it back to them and they worked on it again and I haven't had an issue out of it yet and it drives great. The best thing about this is, I didn't have to pay a dime for either repair!!!! These guys are very nice and accommodating. If you visit this car lot, ask for Kyle. Kyle was very nice and he was very patient with me and my wife through this ordeal.

Purchased a 2017 Silverado a few weeks ago from them. They got me approved without perfect credit. Extremely nice group of guys. Didn t pressure me for any extra stuff. It was a quick process and I would definitely do buisness with them again.UPDATE:Unfortunately after owning a truck with only 30,000 miles for a little over a month, I began having major issues which has now caused the entire motor to have to be broken downThousands of dollars going down the drain on a truck that is now not being driven ..a truck that I paid over 30,000 dollars forI can t say what was known or unknown but it definitely is a nightmare at this moment.Learned my lesson on buying a used vehicle from anywhere you don t know

Very professional and knowledgeable salesmen! Great selection of vehicles for all price ranges! If they tell you they will do something they will do it!We bought a vehicle off them and the experience was great! Any complaints I had about the vehicle before buying, they took care of. One of them was a big job that I wouldn't want to try to do myself but they had it done in a day and ready to go!If your looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend giving Andrew at tri-city motors in somerset a call and let him take care of you!

The best used car lot I have ever shopped from. We got an amazing deal on a 2018 Toyota Tacoma. The truck has had 0 problems, and we are super happy with it! The salesmen Kyle, Andrew and David are very knowledgeable about each vehicle they have on the lot! I 100% recommend them for anyone looking for a great used vehicle!!

First auto dealership I've ever been to in my life, and I've been to many that wouldn't give me an estimate on my car until after they ran my credit report. I didn't want to be dinged by all of the credit companies like the last time when they ran my credit 27 times and made my credit score go down about 70 points before I even left the parking lot. Which was very sad because I was 99% sure I was going to trade in and buy one of their cars.

Applied for a car and no one ever called me back to tell me if I was approved or not.. the car I was interested in is now sold would have been nice to get a call back

My wife and I have been looking for a vehicle with low miles to buy since we have to drive a lot. We have had bad experiences with a few dealerships here recently. We got in touch with David and he was AWESOME! We got the car we was looking for at a great price and no hassle or problems. Again, David and his team are AWESOME. Definitely recommend this dealership.

THIS PlACe is NOT a 5 star business!!!! This place is the worst place . Don't trust them. Their cars are dripping oil. Have a mechanic check it out first. They are cheats!

Great place to buy a truck or car. I test drove a few cars and this truck. David was super nice and not pushy at all very easy to work with got the payments where I wanted them. Even bought my old truck off of me for a fair price I will most definitely do business with this establishment again thanks for the New ride Johnny Ray

With hyperinflation at its worst Andrew was still able to hook me up with a great deal! Gave me more than my trade in was even worth when I bought it new!

Found a van on there lot and loved it.Was in Great shape. Very friendly service. Couldn't get the loan for the rest of the cost so they lowered the price just cause they knew how bad we wanted and needed the van! They lowered the price down so far that they made zero profit. I have researched vans just like this and everyone was way higher. So I would highly recommend T and T motors to everyone!

We found the truck online and immediately David contacted us to see if we had any questions and we quickly set up a time to come see it. It was everything we saw online. They face ya a fair trade in value and David worked with us to get us financing that worked for us. There were a few issues with the truck that we asked to be fixed (cracked mirror) as a part of the purchase agreement. It took awhile to get the parts in but David kept me posted on it and they did everything as promised. We recommend this place for sure!

The whole staff went above and beyond to my my car buying experience as smooth and amazing as possible. I was as much time as I needed looking at the car and doing my test drive to ensure that this was the vehicle for me, with no added pressure to just close the sale. They car was looked over head to toe to ensure the quality of the car! I could not thank the Tri-City Staff anymore for helping me purchase my new to me explorer!

I found these people to be VERY easy to work with and very accommodating! I drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase a car from them and was able to basically do the transaction over the phone. I asked them to have new tires put on and they did it without even knowing for sure that I would show up. When I arrived they made the transaction very easy! Here is the best part. On the long trip home a check engine light came on. I called and they were very responsive even though technically they didn't have to be! They stayed in touch and helped me out with what was needed to get the problem corrected! I do not even live in Kentucky and they had never seen me before I drove to their dealership. This is all the indication anyone should need that Tri City is a very reputable business and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice used car. Character and honesty is absolutely an attribute of the people at Tri City.

Very much recommend these guys! When we bought our Jeep the brakes weren t working right, we mentioned it to them and they sent it to their dealership and got it fixed right away! If you re looking for somewhere to get a vehicle I would definitely consider them, I know I will be considering them again once I need to trade in for more room.

They weren't interested in putting a battery in a truck they were asking almost $30,000 for. They also backed out of fixing a damaged mirror on the truck. I definitely will not be back.

We just bought a Buick Enclave, it was perfect! David Vanhook gave us the time we needed to make the right decision for our growing family. He let us drive the vehicle on our own time as many times as we needed to and we were set. He helped us out in everyway including making sure everything checked out before we left the lot. We couldn't thank them enough for giving us exactly what we wanted which was a very long list! Thank you Tri City!

Very nice folks, but unfortunately they don't do what they say.1) While I was signing loan papers they removed an accessory from the vehicle when they were "checking the fluids." I didn't notice the change until I got home and they promised to ship it to me (never came). Now they "can't find it" and promised to mail me a check for it. That's never come either.2) My only criteria for the loan was a bank that could be accessed online for payments. They set my loan up through Community Trust Bank, Pikeville KY. It turns out that bank does not allow online access to auto loans, and has a policy of not even mailing statements! I literally cannot get a statement on my auto loan, either by mail or online!
