Treado Collision did an amazing job restoring my car after I was in an accident. When I picked up my vehicle it looked better than the day I got it from the (used) car lot. The service is very professional and everyone working there is friendly and helpful. I am delighted with the entire experience. Had over 22k worth of damages to my truck from the tornado in western Kentucky. All of the repairs and detail work they done were phenomenal and exceeded my expectations. Fast and great customer service. Highly recommend

They were quick to make the repairs to my wife s vehicle after we hit a deer. They worked seamlessly with insurance without any communication stops. The car came back looking even better than when we bought it! They even detailed the interior! I highly recommend Treado, and if I ever have a body shop need in the future, I will absolutely be using them again.

I just had Treado fix a dent on my vehicle. I dropped it off and had my vehicle back in less than a week. Their timing was phenomenal. The work they did was awesome and made my car look brand new again. They even detailed the inside and outside of my car for me. The staff was very professional and kept me up to date the whole way. If your looking for somewhere to fix your vehicle, Treado is definitely the place to go! Great experience with the repair work I got done on my Suburban. My suburban was cleaner when I got it back then it was when I dropped it off. Work that got done can t tell anything happen. Highly recommend Trento Collusion!

I had heard awesome things about this company when they were a smaller service. Took my car to get my window fixed. It was nearly 300$ but I paid. Months later it stopped working! Took it back believing they would make it right. Not only did they not but I was treated like it was just too bad. We have good news and bad news. Good is the part is under warranty. Bad news is we are going to charge you another 160$ to fix it . I was shocked. I will never refer anyone to them. I felt like if I had been a man I would not have been treated that way.

Hit a deer August 2022 while on vacation at Lake Cumberland. Treados was listed as a State Farm preferred shop so we chose them. They were very professional and kept us up-to-date on what was going on with our 2021 Durango. We got our vehicle back looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor, inside and out. Needless to say we are very happy with the job they did. They even worked with us on paying our deductible, over the phone, and getting our vehicle picked up since we live in Ohio. They just fixed my 2021 F150, and did a great job!! They are super nice and friendly in the front, and got my truck in very quick to be fixed. Fantastic shop. I wrecked my vehicle in the Spring of 2018. Friends warned me that because I was hit in the side, the car would never be the same that those types of collisions are notorious for creating whistling noises and air leaks in a vehicle. However, I trusted my insurance agent and took my vehicle to Treado Collision. It was like the wreck never even happened. You can't tell any evidence of the accident. No whistling at all. Just a fully functioning vehicle. Service was great. They handled everything and made it work without any hassle on my part. I picked up my car and it even looked better inside than it did before. They polished up the dash and seats. I'm grateful for Treado Collision Center. When it comes to your car and your safety don't consider anyone else. They'll treat you well.

Treadle repaired my car a couple of weeks ago and I just wanted to let people know how happy I was with the work they did. After a tiring trip up 75 from Florida my car had suffered some road damage. After checking with another body shop first I stopped at treado intending to probably use the other body shop. Upon listening to the folks at Treado and seeing some of their work on another vehicle I was very impressed with what I saw and heard. They started work on my car when promised and it was completed right in the same time frame as promised. When I picked up my car not only did it look pristine but they even took time to vacuum the interior and it was spotless. I am so happy and pleased with the work they did. I will not hesitate to go there in the future. if you're looking for a honest hard-working body shop I certainly am happy to share with how pleased I was with their work.Service: Painting

I had such a great experience with Treado Collision Center! One of my first calls after my wreck was to Treado and Kenneth Ashley answered the phone. He was very reassuring and walked me through the process. He was professional throughout the whole process and helped me so much. The work was done timely and he took care of follow-up calls to the insurance company. When I got my car back, the work was so good that I couldn't even tell it had been damaged. I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I received from Mr. Ashley and the staff at Treado Collision Center. They made a stressful time much easier! Thank you!

My insurance company was an absolute nightmare during this whole process, and no matter how difficult they were the guys at Grant Treado were awesome! Kenneth Ashley was the only reason I stayed sane throughout the process. Without his help and looking out for the best interest of myself and my family I'm not sure what I would've done. I can't thank him enough. I would recommend anyone if you have an accident to go see Kenneth@ Grant Treado!

Treados Collision Center was recommended to me by the Pit Stop in Somerset Kentucky. They got me a new hood for my car. It matched perfectly in color and the detailing they did to my car afterwards was simply amazing! I have never seen my car look better! From the moment I arrived at their business I was greeted immediately and was well taken care of. I recieved excellent customer service and would highly recommend their work to anyone!

They were great and did most of the work for us in having a loaner vehicle to drive from enterprise. The car came out looking new and detailed...it looked like it did when we bought it. They even cleaned out the inside. I suggest anyone who needs a repair to use them.

They did a good job repairing my bumper after a hit and run. I'm very thrilled that they detailed the inside of my car, even though no work was done there. With 2 dogs and a toddler, it sure needed it!

Tried getting a quote, they refused to work with me because there "computer systems was down", they just didn't want to serve me because of my age. I went back later wearing different clothes and they was willing to give me a quote. They then brought up the negative review I left and told me to leave.

Had our vehicle in for repair nothing but professionalism. Vehicle was detailed, washed and returned as new. Quality service and a smile. Wouldn t hesitate to take future repairs there.
