EXCELLENT! Service friendly staff who also pointed out an issue i was able to correct before it became a bigger problem and they went out of there way to help me with a complex problem, I was stuck on the road on the weekend with very few choices. I recommend calling Tim's mobile service first. THANKYOU !!!!

Dishonest and very unprofessional. Called me cussing and complained about another tow company not wanting to haul a truck for him. When I told him I couldn't do it for price he offered he became belligerent and started cussing about how the call was being recorded and that was absurd that I would take it for price offered. Tim has been known to do shady business around somerset forever. That is why he was removed from all of the city and county rotation lists.... if you use Tim and get screwed don't say you weren't warned

I would rate 10 stars if I could. After getting many rejections for roadside service, Tim came to the rescue. He was incredible!!! He was there within 15 minutes and got us good to get back on the road in 5 minutes. We had been there all day so he was a life saver!!! Can t recommend this business enough.

BEWARE!!!!We recently called this business when our truck broke down on the side of the road in Somerset, KY in our way home to TN on 3/38. He was a kind guy (at first) came out, fixed what he said was the issue and we paid him on the spot. Upon leaving the side of the road, the truck would not stay running and cut off yet again. Tim towed our truck back to his property for further diagnosis. The following day. He called and said that it would cost around $2k to repair, but we would have to wait a week for the part. We declined and decided to have him tow the truck 3 hrs back to our city of residence. My husband had been in contact with the tow guy who asked us if it was okay to bring the truck after church on Sunday since it was Easter and we agreed. Sunday night 3/31, we had not heard from the guy so we contacted Tim to confirm that he was on the way and get an estimated arrival time. Tim had his woman as he calls her test is back saying that the tow guy lied to them and us. so they were hiring a different guy. This sounded suspicious to us, so my husband called him. He got on the phone with my husband and commenced to CURSING him out saying he didn t have time to be texting back and forth and so forth. When my husband cursed him back, that was all he was concerned about and threaten to send our truck to impound because he was afraid we were trying not to pay him. The agreement was for the truck to be dropped off with the key inside the gas compartment at the shop we specified. He did not want us to meet the guy there. The tow driver sent us pics after he delivered, but when the shop owner went to retrieve the keys, they were not in the gas compartment.. We have no way to contact that tow driver and inquire as to what happened to our keys.DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! I wanted so badly to believe he was legit with all his credentials and things. but this turned out to be a horrible experience and he was TOTALLY cruel once we began to question him about when the truck will be delivered and then, when we questioned about the keys. He also threatened to sue us for slander if we posted a bad review. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and ANY AND ALL organizations connected to this man s credentials. I would give 0 stars if I could.UPDATE:I STAND BY MY INITIAL REVIEW BEWARE!!!Just because you do not like what a customer has to say about your business, doesn t make our experience a lie! After looking at other reviews on Google as welll as other sites, we are not the only ones who have had this type of experience with your business. Your behavior and business practices are consistent with other negative reviews! As you said, GOD SEES AND KNOWS ALL!! Just as you did i with others, when we question what was going on, YOU CALL US CURSING IS OUT, JUST AS YOU HAVE APPARENTLY DONE TO OTHERS. THAT is why you got called a MF, so YOU may want to practice telling the truth. Just like you, we have texts and recorded conversations as well. Again SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

(Excellent service). We were driving to a job 5 hours away from home. Halfway to our destination our truck started acting up, kept cutting off while driving. I searched on google and found Tim s Mobile Garage and towing called him, he and his partner showed up within minutes. Long story short, they diagnosed the problem, found the part on a Sunday afternoon and had us on the road in an hour. Very nice and courteous crew. So fortunate to be in area when it happened.Tim Workman

When the ubolts broke on my boat trailer on a Sunday Tim was the only one who would come out and tow my rig and do the repairs (boat was on the trailer at the time). He and his wife and boy were there fairly quickly and got it loaded up. The parts took a bit to find but once they were in Tim's hands he did the repair fast. There was a part missing (no fault of Tim's) so Tim did a temporary repair to the fender so that we could get out on the lake the day we picked it up. Tim and his wife Jessica were great to deal with. Would definitely call him again.Service: Special vehicle towing

Tim and Jessica were the best! Im a medical student from Louisville and my car broke down in Somerset. I wasn't sure who to call or turn to. Tim answered my call and came to me and got my car running the same day (Within 4 hours of my call)! Id call Tim if I ever needed any help on a vehicle in Somerset or surrounding areas!Thank you Tim and thank you Jessica!

On August, 4th, 2023 Tim took my vehicle into his possession to make necessary repairs on it due to vandalism. He informed me the repairs could take 3 weeks to 1month however, he had possession of the vehicle for 3 months. Upon pickup I drove to Kroger for gas & notice there were still problems with my vehicle both from the vandalism & new issues. I immediately called Tim to express continued concerns along with new concerns same day as pickup. He told me Allow him to do some research & he d get back to me he has not gotten back to me to this day. Took my 2014 Ford Escape to a dealership with actual mechanics that know how to Properly work on vehicles only to find out Tim did not do the work he agreed to but also messed up many other functions on the vehicle necessary for safety & sound operation. Now I am out over $5,000.00 out of my own pocket & no working vehicle. In my very educated opinion, Tim is not only a liar but also a crook & runs an immoral business & practices. His business is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau & do not recommend him or any of his employees . Minor (s)/ random friends etc. to conduct business with. I paid him for NEW parts which did not happen. He left my vehicle outdoors uncovered where any elements of weather will ruin the vehicle when not Properly stored. I have voice recordings, texts, pictures & paper trails for every penny & interaction that took place between Tim & I through the process. So Disheartening the business owner employs such immoral practices & screws their customers over financially.

On a Saturday evening, Tim towed our Prius to his garage and performed a diagnostic test. By Monday afternoon he had the part and had made the repairs to get us back on the road to Oklahoma! Weekend warrior! Our 05 Ford Ranger broke down about an hour away on a Saturday morning, and he was the only one open and available to do the repair! Not only was he quick, making calls to get the best price, but he did it right. He not only could diagnose the issue immediately, but called out a mistake the previous mechanic made (lazy and shortcut) after getting in there to make the repair. Very informative and trustworthy - Tim s your guy!!

Tim assisted my daughter when her car broke down while traveling for spring break. He towed the car and ended up having to work with the warranty company to replace the motor. Tim kept us informed as to the status and was very accommodating to pick it up since we were coming from out of state. Thank you so much!

I used Tim's towing today after my van's alternator failed and left me on the side of the highway in the rain. He's working on fixing it now, but I'm happy to report that Tim was speedy arriving at the location, was safe with my van, and most importantly, he answered my call on a rainy Sunday when no other tow service would. I appreciate his level of service!Edited to add:*Tim got my car repaired in a timely fashion and managed to help me save a little money. Called just to ask if they were out on a specific road. I was yelled at and cussed out told I was making a prank call. (Mind you I called about 9 other places asking the same thing and was not yelled at or disrespected). He yelled at me saying it was against the law to tell me if they was out on that road. When I was finally able to tell him why I was asking he said he would call me back. He did not call back like he said. I had to call them.

My vehicle broke down on the busiest highway in town at the busiest time of day during a 98 degree heatwave and Tim arrived within minutes and had me safely loaded up and out of the rush hour traffic in no time at all. To say the price for the job was very fair is an understatement. He charged me much less than what others have, or would have for this particular circumstance. He was very friendly and offered advice for what he would do in my situation moving forward with my vehicle. Im thankful for his time and effort.You can't get better service, you won't find a better person to help out in a tough spot like this. Highly recommend!

The absolute best mechanic around! called while I was on my way to pick up the part I needed replaced and he was able to fix my car same day and less than half of what other places estimated with other shops being booked out for at least a week! Definitely recommendUpdate to my previous review: STILL the best mechanic around even fully booked he was able to make time to change my spark plugs for me at a better price than anyone else could have given he also took the time to make sure everything else was running as it should on my car I recommend Tim 10/10 & you should definitely give him a call if you need any work done!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

My trucks motor blew and I didn t have a whole lot to offer him, he gave me a price I couldn t say no to and to top it off his young son was right there with him learning the trade, it never felt good to pay a mechanic before I met him by chance. Tim has personally called me to keep me updated the entire step of the way. Tim has been so good to my husband and I! He has worked on two of my husbands trucks and really takes the time to go above and beyond! My husband just took a 1,000 mile trip in his truck right out of Tim s garage with no problems. 100% would recommend Tim for mechanics and towing! He s been dependable, on time, responsive and trustworthy in our experience with him!

not good service, never using again. he screwed up our vechile up more than what it was, because of him a perfectly good truck has now been ruined. after we didn t use him anymore he called left a voicemail and cussed us up and down and threatened to come to our house and make us pay for what we did, which was nothing. if you ever use his service just know you will be ripped of your money and it s not even worth it going because if you do you ll end up spending more money to get it fixed after him saying it s fixed . he s not true to his word anyway he s lied multiple times. he even had my husband work for him because apparently we didn t pay him for checking a fluid when we did, i feel bad for the next person who chooses his service.

We used Tim s Mobile Garage first when I was broken down on the highway, and he has been our go to ever since! Very professional, polite, and is always there as quickly as possible. His work quality is unmatched and I have never had any complaints what so ever, and is my top recommendation for Roadside assistance or towing in Pulaski County and the surrounding areas.

I was driving from Indiana to Knoxville and my car broke down about midway between. I managed to get off an exit and limp to a gas station. My car was still under new car warranty and Honda called Tim s Mobile Garage to tow me to the nearest Honda dealership. Tim kept me informed of his arrival and was very courteous to me when he arrived. He loaded up my car and took great pride in his work and safely got my car to the dealership. He then called me to let me know when he had dropped it off and that it was in the possession of Honda. I was very grateful to Tim for getting me out of a nasty situation. Not a good way to start a vacation but Tim made me feel a lot better. Thank you Tim.

My wife put unleaded fuel in our diesel truck and stranded us at a BP gas station. We sat there for 5 hours waiting for a tow truck with 5 adults and 9 kids in tow, what a hell!! It was a Sunday evening with nothing open. We found Tim's open 24/7 and were totally relieved. We had the truck towed 30 miles and got to his house/garage. He met us and was totally prepared to begin the work that was needed. He advised us on the progress the whole way through and was very thorough. He was prepared to place a new fuel filter and fuel pump in the truck if needed. Thankfully, no gas had reached the filters due to not driving it more then ten feet to park it. He even gave our truck a ride to the gas station in his own truck to put the correct fuel in and primed the engine to ensure we were OK. Tim saved the day and our first two days of vacation. We recommend his service for anything!!! I would use him for all our auto needs but, Ilive in Colorado.

So we were heading back to Alabama from visiting family in Ohio and my mother in laws Tacoma alternator went out and it s the day after the fourth all shops are closedown and found Tim on Google and he didn t hesitate to get us back up and running quickly. Dealership said would be 3 days before they could look at it and had to order part cause they would not use aftermarket parts. Tim really saved us a lot of time and money wish we had someone local where we live with his talent and kindness, thank you so much Tim for such a good job and fast recovery getting us back on the roadService: Engine repair
