Earlier this spring, I called the RV Specialist about replacing my awning on a 32 ft motorhome on Lake Cumberland. I live in SW Ohio and I must say, dealing with McKenzie was very smooth from a distance. He took care of ordering and the replacement without me being there. All I had to do was give dimensions and choice of color.When I arrived a week later after he installed it, everything looked great!Hats off and will use again for future work.

McKenzie was our inspector. He was incredibly thorough. We are out of state buyers and he was our eyes. His report was so thorough and professional that the Dealer was motivated to repair all major issues noted. We highly recommend his services. Repair work completed by the dealer is well over the cost of the inspection.

McKenzie is a rare commodity in this day and age. He diagnosed our problems, did the repair for the price he quoted and did it when he said he would. This is the man to call in the late Cumberland area.. He is knowledgeable, thorough and a please to deal with. Rates are reasonable and this young man can get you out of a scrape. It was a pleasure to meet him and have him fix my awning so my wife and I could travel back home.SincerelyRichard Seedle

This guy is too selective on who he will do work for and his hourly labor is through the roof.
