I recently bought a new Kubota BX2680 from Barlow Equipment and could not be happier. The before sale support and dealing with my questions was fast and easy on the phone with Brady Barlow himself. After making my final decision his driver delivered it to me and gave me all the paperwork, manuals etc and I paid at that time. The driver Marv was very friendly and helpful as well. My last Kubota was a BX2200 that is 22 years old and still running great so I didn't even look at another brand. This one has been amazing. The 2680 has more power and lots of upgrades. Thanks to everyone at Barlow Equipment

This place is what America was built on. Good people that actually work hard and try their best to help with quality products.I came here with my boss and friend to get some parts replaced that were broken on an old man's tractor because said old man needed the tractor working and my boss wanted to help.The price was fair and they found a way to save him some money and even expedited the ordering of the parts and went out of their way to make sure everything turned out in the situation to our favor.You can't get service like that from an internet shipping company that's over seas....This place makes me proud to work on a kabota and proud to live in somerset#Last of the dying breed called American buisness.

Having previously owned a Kubota tractor in California I knew I wanted another one for our new home in Tennessee. After visiting a local dealer in Knoxville and realizing the enormous price jump I decided to search for a nice used one.The service I received from Brady Barlow was amazing from start to finish. FYI I was previously both internet sales manager and internet director at large Mercedes-Benz dealership so I 110% understand the importance of good service and communication.My tractor was delivered yesterday and I just as promised. + serviceI assure you that you will not be disappointed when working with Brady Barlow.

I bought 2 Kubotas from Steve and crew in 2 years. No pressure. Honest conversation. Fair prices. Most accommodating company I've dealt with in decades. I see some complaints here...some folks would complain about a free meal if they were starving. Don't take my word for it....see for yourself.

A few years ago these folks were great and easy to work with; recently not so much. I previously had placed and received a bunch of orders with no trouble. As someone else experienced, several emails have now gone completely unanswered for weeks/months. I understand that the pandemic has wreaked havoc on supply chains and shipping but a complete lack of response does not make for good customer service.

This review is about a year late, but I wanted give credit where credit is due. After moving to my new home (6 acres), I was in need of a tractor to mow, move material, and just general utility purposes.After doing tons of research (I was after all purchasing a 20k machine), I realized that Barlow Equipment's name came up over and over for quality machines, fair prices, and integrity. I can say after a full year of owning a used B-series Kubota, I got a fantastic deal, great service, and a quality machine.We communicated both by phone and email, and each time, was met with patience and professionalism. The delivery was scheduled and arrived to the minute they said they would arrive - I am on the east coast so you can imagine how long a drive that was. Paper work was exactly as discussed, no added fees, no misc. add-ons, just exactly what was agreed upon. I am completely satisfied, and encourage everyone reading this to reach out to Barlow's and see what they can do (no, I don't work for Barlows, just a really happy customer). Thank you Steve and team at Barlows!

Very happy with my tractor purchase. After a few emails back and forth with Brady I was set up exactly the way I wanted and Marvin delivered my machine last week. They both were incredibly pleasant to deal with and the process was simple despite being 900 miles away.

Tried for 3 weeks to have someone get me a price for a few parts. Never received a call back (as promised). Each time I would call and speak with someone it was the same thing "I don't know" "He'll call you back". Very unprofessional business! I would not recommend!

We bought our first tractor from them and all our attachments along with our yearly service and they have treated us very well. We like Steve he always is very helpful and goes out of his way to help us. We will always use Barlows because they treat us like family.

Not a super friendly place to do business. And make sure you check all the fluids. they didn't make sure all my fluids was topped off had to drain water sepertor from water in fuel.fuel wasn't topped off and add a quart of transmission fluid all in under 3 hours

I bought a kubota a little over 4 years ago. Worked perfect for four years. Which is how long the warranty was. First year after warranty goes out. I take it in to have it serviced. Just to have everything checked out and after over $500 it break's a push rod. Youd think it would last a fee years after warranty runs out. For the price i paid when i bought it new.

Car salesmen should take lessons from them! Loved talking to these people! They are not pushy, didn't have to take a credit check to answer questions and get straight answers, will not be getting phone calls and emails wanting to know when we're going to buy. WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO PURCHASE!!!

Only speaking with Vermeer. Over several experiences with Barlows I am writing a review. From working on equipment to buying parts. If had nothing but horrible experiences, especially with lying on prices of parts after they come in. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Steve is awesome. They have everything you could need for your tractor purchase or attachments. They deliverd my equipment the very next day. Prices are as fair as you will find anywhere and they stand behind their products. Easy to locate, just minutes from downtown Somerset. Steve and his employees will have you on the field farming in less time than you can remove the ticks after a coon hunt.

Great prices. Called central equipment in lex and got same price qoute for a 40hp as a 7060 ar Barlows. Delivered free locally. Will talk with you snd show you ins and outs of how to use your tractor without feeling rushed at all.Also you can call anytime and they will call you back and answer any dumb question you may have (im new to tractors) highly reccomend this establishment!

Should not even have one star. Cant get ahold of no one and when you do theyhang up the phone. The phone is 90% bussy and when I asked why I was told he takes it of the hook because to many calls. I finally went there ordered a part and 2 week later they forgot about it. When I finally got it I got 4 instead of one lol. I returned 3 after that I thought maybe it be easier to order another part. I was wrong.

Good people. Bought a tractor from them and they've been nothing but friendly and helpful anytime I interact with them. They answer all my new tractor owner questions via email quickly and respectfully, even if they're stupid questions.

To couple years back I purchased a nice lightly used Kubota BX1850 from Barlow Farm Equipment and the transaction could not have been easier, we will be looking for a second one and will be shopping them first.
