Matt was extremely helpful and informative. Not knowing exactly what I needed, a lot of shops would take advantage of that and sell the most expensive tool. Not Matt. He knew what I needed and gave advice about other options.I'll be happy to give them my business.

QLE is a great place to get all your outdoor needs, had my mower service here and for it to be an old as dirt craftsman I didn t have high hopes but she s running and cutting again! Thanks to the guys there.

Quality Equipment is my trusted small engine repair shop as well as the best place to buy mowers and lawn equipment and supplies. Mat is a Veteran and works his butt off to take care of everyone that walks through the door. The other staff are top notch as well! Everyone I send there tells me they have switched to doing business with Quality Equipment exclusively. Quick turnaround time on repairs. Very fair prices. They even have some quality used items including mowers, chainsaws and weed eaters. Oh, and they rent equipment! I was very pleased with my skid steer rental from them and plan to rent a mini excavator and a trencher soon.

My family and I have bought multiple mowers and equipment from Quality Lawn Equipment over the years. Matt (The Owner) has always been very helpful, knowledgeable and fair with his pricing. Took a mower to them for surging issues. They had the mower for almost 3 months, and charged over $600 to 'fix'. When they finished, it was well past mowing season. So it was parked in my garage. Used it for the first time since being 'fixed', and guess what, it still surges. Called about it, they told me to bring it in, and we'll see about it.' When asked about if they were going to charge me, since they didn't fix it the first time, 'of course we're charging you.' Go somewhere else for service, as they don't stand behind their work.3/23/23Owner reached out after my review, taking mower back for them to look at again. Asked me to remove my review, will update instead. Stay tuned.4/7Pick up mower after dropping off. Said stale fuel was issue. Literally had near full tank of 87 oct non ethanol rec fuel, $3.25:a gal. Charged me $14.33 for 1 quart of fuel. Was told that they would warranty the work, said they cleaned the carb. We'll see. Won't be back.4/8Mower is still surging. Will try to call, not gonna expect them to make it right, since they didn't last time.4/25I called, was told they would call me back. Still haven't.

My husband and I are local outdoors business owners also, new to the area. We ran into this store by accident and been loyal customers ever since. Matt the owner is very knowledgeably in anything that has a motor and goes outdoors. He is also very polite, respectful, willing to help, and reasonable priced. His mechanic is the bomb very quick and is full of tips and tricks. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They know about everything can fix anything and if they dont have it they'll find it for you.

Horrible experience.I needed tires for my gravely zero turn and through a google suggestion found this place. I called in and was asked for the size and told it would be there in 3 to 5 days. Then I was called back and asked the model number the next day so I took my time back to the place, an hour away, and made sure they had all the information required to order these tires. Again told 3 to 5 days. I waited 4 and called again only to be told it would be another 3 to 5 days...I then called locally and found the exact tires I needed and proceeded to obtain a refund for the tires I had yet to receive. They charged me 20 percent to cancel after not keeping up their end of the deal. I did not receive my tires in 3 to 5 days nor was I ever contacted to be informed or would be longer. There appears to be no managment in place and only 2 rude and/or poor educated young men answering the phone and running the store. I warn all to stay away unless you have the time and patience this place requires.

Horrible place. Took a weed eater to be repaired. It was there for 3 months. Never fixed it. Then they charged me $30 and didn't even do anything to it. Terrible place. Don't waste your time

The best mower I've bought is from Quality Lawn Equip. The owner is a great person and he has great employees. Since 2019 this company has improved and I recommend doing business with them before any other lawn equipment company in the Pulaski County area.

Got a new chain saw from quality lawn equipment here in Somerset Ky. Took it in for the new 1st time tune up, they offered to work around my schedule, which was great! The guys there are a good team who went above and beyond.

Called around sooo many places trying to find a belt for my husqvarna that he didn't have in stock.Was met with rudeness from so many. Lincoln at quality took the time to order in the parts I needed, was BEYOND polite.Purchased a weedeater from him later on, it had issues. Without hesitation I was taken care of and a brand new one was given to me.Now I simply won't shop ANYWHERE else for any lawn care equipment or parts.Give him a chance and he'll earn your business for life!

Fastest serivice in town. Good prices and friendly staff. Had a cib cadet and xmark worked on there. Both main seals, clutches and 2 hydraulic pumps on lazer Z. Would definitely recommend these guys. Had both my mowers back within a few days.

They did a fine job of tuning my machine and rebuilding some parts (instead of replacing the parts), saving me money in the process. I highly recommend Quality Lawn Equipment.

Ordered parts for 2 tillers a week ago last friday still haven't come in and they said they dont place any orders till Wednesday in the middle of the week . Was told my parts won't be in till Monday and I need those parts plus they charge extra if you cancel the order , 20% of the cost of the order!!!!!!!!!
